FedEx Cannounced accountence

I was told my package from FedEx is waiting at FedEx for delivery because no one was here to sign for it. I had to pay $1.95 in order to have it shipped to me. I called to decline the payment after I saw it was not FedEx and there was no answer with the number that was given, even though it clearly states I was able to do so. I called my card and they told me I had to get in contact with y'all, to not charge anything else to my card. I recalled the number over and over again still no answer. So I decided to look up the phone number and file this complaint. Even though the charge is still pending on my card my customer service said that because of this not being FedEx that they could try another fraudulent charge. I am trying to stop this before it happens.

Desired outcome: Pay my $1.95, back

FedEx Fedex lying about fake delivery attempt

I applied for an visa, and my passport was mailed back to me via FedEx. My flight is tomorrow, and my passport is scheduled to arrive today. I got up at 8am waiting for my phone call/doorbell, nothing. And suddenly FedEx sent me an email saying that they attempted to deliver the package but I am not home. This is simply a lie, a very costly one because now I need to cancel my flight due to this delay. I have had similar experiences with FedEx's lies before, how can they keep getting away with such blatant lies? This is simply illegal.

FedEx Package not delivered

For two days I’m waiting for a package that is on a truck to be delivered, at the same time both days I get a text message saying “Made a delivery attempt: Don’t wait and pick up your package at the FedEx facility.” I was standing in front of my apartment BOTH DAYS talking to the Superintendent and a neighbor. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE! I was standing right in front of my apartment when the text message came through my phone. This company seems to be going downhill, lying to their customers as I see in all the other reviews that they are making attempts to deliver. This is a scam, they never make an attempt and want you the customer. To go pick up your package? Your a delivery service, do your job or go out of business already and stop lying to your customers.

Desired outcome: Still waiting for my package and a return phone call from FedEx

FedEx Speeding driver

We got a new young female driver several weeks ago. She flies up our driveway so fast that if a child or animal got in her way they would get hit. She says she’s scared of our dogs. Ok but speeding has nothing to do with it. She goes so fast my security camera can’t catch her. But I’ve had it! Today 5/29/22 @ 11:00 am CST, FedEx driver sped on a privately owned driveway/county registered lane, again! She has been asked twice to slow down but she continues to ignore my request. We have 2 children, 5 dogs and 4 cats on the property. What do you think is going to happen if she runs over one of them?

Desired outcome: Driver should be changed to a different route or fired if she can’t follow the law.

FedEx Delivery

I recieved a email that my"express overnight delivery" will be delivered today' (5/27/2022"before"12:00 pm", so, since packages get stolen from inside the building,"I went outside, and stood next to the building entrance at"11:25" am, to wait for the delivery that was to be arriving before"12:00 noon. However, nobody showed up, after"12:30"I checked my email"tracking", it said" (*a attempt to deliver was made at "11:42:am", although I was standing there, at the buildings entrance, nobody showed up to attempt to deliver anything. So I called fed-ex customer care* (what a joke)"the rep named luis, told me he put a notice in, saying the deliver is very important, that he will contact the driver and he will deliver again before"1:30"this same day. I was suspecious about what he just told me, because it was"12:45"pm when he told me that, so I asked him again, for clarification on when it was going to be redelivered, because it was only"45"minutes from that moment when he told me, I explained to the rep,"are you sure sir", i'm asking because it's only"45 minutes from now* (1:30)* he assured me, "yes", ok, so I went back downstairs and stood up against the building to wait for the delivery that was now coming before"1:30". I waited again at the entrance, again not anyone showed up again, I called fed-ex again, and I was told by a different rep, that they can't contact driver's, so he looked it up, and repeated the same story that I had just told him, that it says that's, "a delivery was attempted st"11:42", but driver could not get in. Again, I was standing at the entrance waiting, the second rep, told me that the first rep told me wrong information, that he couldn't contact the driver to request he return to deliver. He saïd he was submitting the information to the supervisor, I asked if there was someone I personally could contact to complain, because it's a lie that he /she attempted a delivery, with me standing at the entranceway at the time the driver reported he attempted, but was able to gain assess.. I tried looking online to make a complaint about the lie, and never recieving my very important package, it's why it was sent"* (express overnight delivery)* the rep also stated, they will not attempt to deliver this package again, because the sender put restrictions on the delivery, which means, be was telling me, that I will not have it delivered again, not the same package because of the request made by the sender, they put restrictions on that service. So, o did just that, I contacted the sender, sounded like they were in india, or somewhere with the same strong, heavy accent. The sender was not understanding anything I explained, she told me, that the overnight delivery takes from"3' to"5"days before it arrives. I explained over and over that today it was scheduled for delivery because I recieved the email notification stating it was overnight definitely for today, before"12:00"noon. Which it was never an attempt to deliver made at all. But, this rep from the sender said,", to wait, "3" to"5" days for that overnight rush order to be delivered, so I still had 3 to 2 days more to wait. I explained"3" times to the rep. That it was being delivered on

"today", that today was the delivery date, that's what the rep stated so I gave up trying to get her to understand, I told her, ", ok, i'm going to wait another"3"to"6"days, just to show you what i'm saying.. That's my status now. I still have no delivery, nobody knows anything, nobody knows what's going on, and I have no way to file a complaint against fed-ex, or complain about the driver never attempted to deliver as he repotted. No recourse, at all.. So, still i'm without that important piece of delivery, important enough to be sent via overnight express.. I will make a report here for the next"3"to"5"days. I must say, the way this country has dumbed down, and worst, I have no faith that I will get this package, never, but, i'm going to see what they do, which i'm sure is going to be nothing. And the sender, wow.. This is a indication and measurement of where the country is today. On it's death bed, and the people lack morality, are non-caring, only cares about seif. It's really a huge sign of this"country' s status.. It's truly sad to see.

Desired outcome: That it's delivered today, or tomorrow. But, I Know that's ASKING for The IMPOSSIBLE.

FedEx Reckless driver

Headed to work on Friday May 27, 2022 around 11:05 am on county road CW watertown WI. I was driving at 60mph when a fedex truck came up behind me going over 85mph passed a motorcycle in a double yellow line nearly missed a vehicle going in the opposite direction and passed me on a double yellow line. License plate number was 131 7xxx. Not sure what the last 3 numbers were.

FedEx Delivery

I was supposed to have a package that was “on the truck for delivery” today and I have been home all day. I watched on my cameras as the FedEx truck drove past my house at 1:32 pm. Then I got a notification that said that said “ We made a delivery attempt: 05/26/2022 02:47 PM. Delivery will be attempted again on the next business day. Click Manage Delivery below to take more control of your package(s).” This is a blatant lie. I have cameras surrounding my house and NO FedEx truck was near my home at that time.

Desired outcome: I want my packages delivered like it was supposed to be and for the love of God, stop lying to your customers.

FedEx Delivery issues

Was told tried to deliver packages two times they straight up lied no ring at door or knock and none of the neighbors even saw anyone when I called I was told they would inform the driver to knock both days no knock no attempt to deliver the package this company is [censored] not only that the guy hung up the [censored]ing phone on me don’t go with these people to deliver [censored]!

FedEx Delivery attempted, no one home - NOT TRUE

Received text this morning that an expected package was out for delivery. At approximately 12.30pm, I received a text that delivery was attempted at 12.15pm and no one was home. This is not true. No delivery was ever attempted: I was working 20 feet away from the front door amd would have seen or heard any delivery person. No missed-delivery tag was left and my front gate was not even moved out of position, meaning there is no way the driver ever approached or even got CLOSE to my door.

Desired outcome: Redeliver and ring bell if you need signature. And stop the untruthful texts.

Second day in a row, no knock or doorbell ring, another "customer not home" text. My husband and I were both home, and I even went on the FedEx site last night to leave explicit instructions about ringing the bell. Driver ignored them, obviously. At least he left a tag this time, which meant he actually walked to the door, unlike last time. Still no package, tomorrow is final attempt. Will see if it can be held at FedEc pickup location, since the driver has no interest in delivering it. Terrible service.

FedEx FedEx Ground

For the third time this Spring, driver drives into soggy lawn, tears up edge of macadam, and breaks off branches to very expensive topiaries. How incompetent! Driver knew that the truck was much to large to make the curve but tried to save time. Three times - yes, I said three times! What makes this disgustingly worse is that I filled out all of the complaint form with ARC and they have done NOTHING about it, nor will they even correspond any more.

This is a poor company with poor leadership. When UPS accidentally drove onto my lawn, they came to my door to tell me what they did and asked if they could fix it. Now that was being responsible, much the opposite of FedEx. I suggest FedEx emulate the better delivery company.

Desired outcome: Pay for the repair. Correspond with me!

FedEx FedEx delivery

Ordered my product mid day in Texas paid for next day delivery product arrived in Birmingham at 830 am now it’s Saturday product is lost in FedEx warehouse $1200 phone not surprising. No ideas as to when I will get it. Originally on Friday said I would have it by 430 which never happened then it was showing back at warehouse in Birmingham so who got my phone bunch of crooks

FedEx A package not delivered

On 5/15/22, I received an email that a package was delivered from Chewy and left in a mail room, which we don't have. I called on Monday 5/16/22 and spoke to customer service, they told me I would have an answer as to why the package was NOT delivered by 5/18/22. I received a voice mail on my phone from Fedex on 5/19/22 to get in touch with Chewy to replace my shipment. Since this was left on a voicemail there should have been a return call #, there was not.As far as I am concerned Chewy did their job by packing and handing off my delivery to Fedex to deliver. This is on Fedex, NOT CHEWY! DO YOUR DAMN JOB! I am out 55.00 this time, last time it was over 400.00. I WOULD NOT LET FEDEX DELIVER MY NASTY CAT LITTER TO A TRASH CAN. Can't wait to see you fold. I work hard for my money, give it a try.

FedEx Delivery and complaint handling

Tracking number [protected]

The package was sent for Saturday delivery, They charged me for the service but sent through regular mail (I was given this information by Marleen on Tuesday). I was told it maybe not deliverable due to signature requirement and I requested to remove the requirement.

As of writing this complaint the package is still not delivered and the updates keep saying the business is closed.

I received a delivery today that was suppose to be here last Friday. Check the pictures. I will NEVER shop at another store online that uses Fedex. This is not my first time. I use Chewy for my cat's supplies and 2 weeks ago they say a package was delivered on Sunday and it has not shown up yet. I am over it I hope they lose all of their business shipping. Just not worth the hassle.

FedEx Dangerous driver

Occurance was on 5/15/23 at 11:16 am in Bethel DE

When pulling out of my driveway heading east there was not a vehicle behind me. The road is a two lane road, one lane going east and the other going west with a 40 mph speed limit. I traveled about 1/3 of a mile when I looked in my rearview mirror and saw a truck so close to me I couldn't see the headlights. Coming into the town of Bethel the speed limit reduces to 25 Mph (from 40 mph). I reduced my speed to 25. The truck didn't back off and continued to tailgate me. Leaving the town of Bethel the speed limit increases to 45 mph. I was increasing my speed to 40 mph. At that point the truck passed me on a solid yellow line with on coming traffic coming towards me. As the truck passed me I was able to see it was a FedEx truck. The truck was able to get back into the eastbound lane but barely.

What the heck? The driver could have killed someone!

I hope someone at FedEx corporate sees this email.

Desired outcome: I would like an acknowledgement from FedEx that they read my email and addressed the driver of that FedEx truck.[protected]@comcast.net

FedEx Unsafe driver

I was in the left lane doing 70 in a 55 when a fedex truck, icence plate TCV-[protected] 9:00 AM came flying up on me and rode my bumper. The traffic in the right lane is going 60-65 so I don't see why I need to get into the right lane so this [censored] can go 80. But he uses hand signals to tell me to get over and gets right up on my bumper. In a piece of crap fedex box truck no less. This guy needs to find another job.

Desired outcome: At least warn this driver and write him up for being a danger to other drivers

FedEx Drivers speeding

Most all FedEx drivers are going too fast in Terrace Estates Mobil home Park at 1815 Sweetwater Rd. Spring Valley, CA 91977

If you make noise going over our speed bumps, then you are going too fast!

Slow down or we will send more speeding videos to FedEx Corporation Headquarters.

First video is today 5/12/2022, second was 4/30/2022 and there are more.

FedEx Incompetent driver

I had an important shipment due today. Item was for specific events this week. I deliberately had the item redirected to a nearby fed ex shipment center so that I wouldn’t miss the shipment while out. I even went to check on it today since it was due today. 10pm I get a notice that my package was “undeliverable” due to the incompetent driver bringing it to BROOKLYN instead of Manhattan, and since the shipper marked it “return to sender”, I’m SOL and now my package is being sent back to California, rather then delivered to me, and fed ex won’t do anything about it. What a terrible policy. If the package is “undeliverable” because THE DRIVER didn’t do his job right, it should be sent to the CORRECT ADDRESS not sent back. Horrible company. Hire better drivers or allow room for this own mistakes to be corrected and not make customers pay the consequences.

FedEx FedEx sent & was to be delivered in 2 days

Sent FedEx package on 4/11/22 & charged $71.28 & to date, (5/9/22) not delivered. I was contacted to get my daughters email (which I had put on form) & he said my daughter would be contacted by email to verify address. To date, no contact & no delivery. To top it off, no refund! This is horrible customer service & taking advantage of customers. I asked to speak to manager & Tinesha said she was as high as a VP in Kansas City Office. I think FedEx employee made no effort to contact recipient & just left it alone (did not care).

Desired outcome: That a refund be issued, since no contact was ever made to try & get correct address (which they say is wrong, but no issue before).

FedEx Packages never arrived

I have had two packages from FedEx they was not delivered at first I thought someone stole them but my mom was home all they and did not see a trunk both days. The first package was $270 worth of items and the second $60 .Both packages missing days apart .Calling their customer service support is a joke and waste of time .If their drivers cant deliver the packages to the right address they need to hold them accountable for the mixup. I also had two other packages delivered the same day of the second missing item they was from Ups and USPS and both of them was on the porch. SO FEDEX YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. You all need to do better.

Desired outcome: I want my packages and the driver held accountable for my packages. I WANT THE COMPANY TO DO MORE WHEN PACKAGES ARE LEFT AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. OR NOT LEFT WHERE YOU ASK THEM TO LEAVE THEM.
