FedEx lost package will not honor the claim
On June 28th we shipped a package to a commercial customer who never received it
Upon placing a tracer they claim it was delivered and signed by a person who does not work for my customer so we filed a claim
They denied it we had to replace $960 worth of manufactured items
They closed our complaint and said sorry
How can they not be responsible for misdelivery of an order
This really sucks and we are going to stop service with them

I have a complaint on these tracking numbers. I purchased six plants but I was given one but three times the same number for tracking that was # [protected] for 6 plants. I called to have it canceled and my cancellation number that I received from Gustaf #C78600545. This item was purchased August 12, 2022 picked up August 15, 2022 I was told it would take one to two days. I hired a young man to help me plant these plants. If you follow shipping history it's spent a whole day in Pennsylvania an hour and a half away from my residence, needless to say it wasn't on time. It cost me $40 for this young man to be hanging around all day. That's the reason why I canceled the order. If you go on the website they have the plants still at jersey city. When this order was canceled four days ago. I'm trying to claim my 900+ dollars from the shipper. Your company is not helping also your track record in logistics in this area isn't good. Either you're a day early or days late, even with good weather. I lost days monitoring the shipment originally they said they were still delivering on Thursday. Do you realize the trouble that we have here we have porch pirates so I had to stay home to make sure. Spoke to the driver even told him it shouldn't be here it was canceled, and his report he says it was delivered never mention on the webpage return to sender what's up with that. Your website and your phone service has a lot to desire. It goes nowhere not informative by the time you get someone you're so frustrated and angry nobody wants to listen to you anymore. I ordered an item, got message package was being delivered by FedEx. Got a message from FedEx package was delivered to my front door on Aug. 12th. I live at 1478 Brown Road, Indiana, PA., package was never delivered to my front door, back door, garage door, mailbox or anywhere on my property. I called 1-800-gofedex, gave tracking #[protected], was told package was delivered to my front door, told them it wasn't, was told case would be investigated and 'someone' would contact me within 24 to 48 hrs and give instructions how to proceed. No one contacted me. Today, Aug. 19th, 7days later, I called 1-800-gofedex, inquired about package with tracking #[protected], was told "that case has been closed", anything else they can help me with.
Desired outcome: Where in the world is my package, where did it go? At least refund my shipping cost of $9.99
Driver
The driver in our neighborhood speeds down streets, pulls into driveways and blows through stop signs. Me and several neighbors have this guys speeding and blowing through stop signs on videos and pictures. We live by the bike trail so there kids and dogs out everywhere. Someone is going to get killed by this guy. I’ve called several times on phone but obviously nothing has been done. I have his license plate number. Please put an end to this and fire this guy. We are scared for our kids out here. Ridiculous
Desired outcome: We need a new driver that obeys the rules and laws of the road.
Ground delivery
I’ve been watching the package tracking for two days because I am picking the package up at a house at which I am house sitting - I didn’t want the package to get stolen or caught in the rain we are expecting. This afternoon I took a screenshot of the tracking, which said: “FedEx: Your package is scheduled to be delivered on August 17, 2022.”… “Commitment times of this service are not time specific, but day definite.” Less than two hours later, the tracking changed to: “No scheduled delivery date available at this time.” I have been sitting at the house waiting all day, only to be told it’s not coming today? When I called customer service they were of no help. Do not tell people their packages are arriving on a certain day if they are NOT! You wasted my time, and this is a recurring problem I have had with FedEx. I will no longer shop from businesses that use FedEx for delivery.
Desired outcome: Timely service and delivery. Accurate tracking. Do not lie about delivery dates - it wastes people’s time.
Driver’s recklessness!
This afternoon, Aug. 17, 2022 I witnessed one of your Fed Ex drivers at the Rt.110 Melville, Long Island N.Y. Office deliberately go out of his way to drive into a flock of Canadian geese in the parking area!
What kind of cruel and inhumane people do you hire? This is unacceptable and a disgrace to Fed Ex ! I will never use your services unless I see that you’ve addressed such an unethical act on the part of one of your employees!
You may not consider this important. However there are many of your customers (and the Dept of Environmental Conservation ) that consider it egregious!

Desired outcome: Driver should be disciplined and retrained in professional conduct when he is acting in the capacity of Fed Ex worker! I would also like him to apologize. We have posted this complaint on twitter so an apology there would be appropriate!

Numerious witnesses advised a FedEx truck caused the damage then, the driver drove off without leaving a note.

I ordered a thrive order because this “township” or lack thereof does not have many options for grocery stores and I enjoy organic meats. I ordered the first package, it arrived opened and re taped with cheap clear tape, I asked the driver and his “friend” why it was retapped they said sometimes stuff gets tossed around during travel, they stayed while I opened the package to be sure I wanted to keep it. It seemed fine when I opened it but I hadn’t gone through the entire package yet. Low and behold there were 2-3.5lb chickens and 2-12oz frozen veggies missing from the package, which both just so happened to be for my dog.
I called the company they sent a new package with the same items and the package arrived worse than the diet shipment and scribbled on top said inspection completed.
Since I’ve notified the local FedEx, corporate FedEx, Thrive marketplace for a full refund, the USPS IGs office, and the FBI for mail tampering. This is only one of many many things in this town that I’ve experienced that make me question humanity in this locale.
The people here are far from normal and treat people like garbage, it does not matter who it is. Literally from the landlords to the FedEx to the food workers to grocery stores in this town - the people here are clearly bored and miserable for lack of things to do so they simply just mess with people out of boredom.
Lord help this towns future, it seems hopeless for these people.
Desired outcome: Reprimand and rectify the mail tampering! It is illegal and can be up to 5yrs in prison. So to the local FedEx, I hope it is worth 5yrs to continue opening and taking food items out of someone else’s mail.

A Fed Ex driver came by this morning to drop off a package, As I walked to the door to get the package, he drops the package right in front of the door to the the ground and speeds away in his truck. I very disappointed in how this matter was handled and when I tried to address the complaint I had a difficult time getting through as I wanted to make sure that it was still fresh on my mind.

Cover up
A FedEx truck and the driver hit my unattended vehicle then drove away. Witnesses advised they saw the Hit-n-Run and a Police Report was filed. Months went by. I requested a copy of the Police Report and was denied. I was told FedEx got a copy. I requested an update from the Police Dept. but, was give'n the run around. I returned to the area and found the FedEx truck operation in plain view. I took a photo and showed it to the witness, and he confirmed that it was the truck who hit my vehicle. I called the DA's Office and advised him I found the truck operating in plain view. I was told the DA is droping the Hit-N-Run charges. I filed a complaint with the BBB only to be rejected. I attempted to serve FedEx with a Civil Subpoena. FedEx has a web site where to send the paperwork but the address is an empty field. The locale FedEx Office are not to be found, subsequently I can't serve a subpoena.
Desired outcome: Find someone who can advise how to get justice, file a complaint other than to FedEx.
On 2/12/2022, Cannon Beach OR. A FedEx Ground Truck hit my car then, drove off. Numerous witnesses' advised they saw the incident. I filed numerous complaints with FedEx and they failed to make good on my damages. I filed a Hit-N-Run Police Report ([protected]). The Manager in Porland Or was contacted but was invasive in answering questions.
On September 19,th my parked car was hit by a Fed EX truck, in front of myself and two witnesses. The truck did not stop and sped away. I immediately contacted FED EX and filed a claim. I have been given the run around by their resolution company Gallagher Bassett. I have given them all the documentation they have requested including sending pictures of the car twice. I have been given the run around. Each time I call I am referred to another person. So far I have spoken to 7 different people. Gallagher Bassett is the worst company I have ever had to deal with Fex Ex is not an honorable company.
Delivery driver lied about making an attempt
I've been waiting on a package (now two) for a whole week despite being in my city and quote-unquote "out for delivery". Every day it's a new excuse, "weather delay", a delivery exception", "we tried but couldn't reach customer". I know for a fact that the driver(s) did not try and the delivery exception is bogus. I've been at home every day waiting for this package and no one knocks or comes around, and they don't leave a door tag so I know they didn't even bother to try. Customer service claims it weather delay backlogs but every other delivery service has no problem getting me my package. They also claim address and tag readability issues, but they corrected the address issue and the drivers are still claiming the address location is closed and the customer is not there even though the package does not need a person at home.
Desired outcome: I want my packages delivered and I would like someone to take this more seriously and communicate with these drivers about making genuine attempts because I don't believe they are

I live in an apartment complex with multiple buildings and units in each building. FedEx dumps all of the packages in our building and they sit there forever. Once in awhile I've been kind and took them to where they are supposed to go. If you want to ensure you get your packages, DO NOT USE FEDEX! PERIOD! I have no clue as to how they are still in business. I will never use them and demand anyone I buy from don't use them or I will buy someplace else.

Aug 10 at 4:05 I see a notification of a FedEx delivery exception, that an attempt was made to deliver my package, it never happened. I was waiting to sign all day and no attempt was made, further evidenced by the lack of attempted delivery tag anywhere on the property and surveillance camera footage. I called customer service and was told what I read online, After a time on hold I was told that the representative reached out to the branch and that they would "reattempt delivery'. I again explained that there was no attempt so there is no "reattempt"...10:25 the next day and still no sign of FedEx.

This is a very bad complaint Yesterday aug 9 2022 we were expecting a package...for the 4th time this year (4th time with fedex) it was delivered to the wrong address, luckily I knew the person and they brought the package so that was ok. today we were expecting another delivery, this was for my son, who is autistic he has a valve steam deck preordered for a year, (huge demand) and dinally he got tracking) Fedex drove up my neighbours drive, as the truck came past I stopped her, although she almost didnt stop, she just honked her horn, finally she stopped, I asked if she had a delivery for us today, she looked and gave me a package, it wasnt for me, it wasnt even my address. I told her it wasnt mine. She said theres nothing here...I then stated that fedex have been delivering our packages to the wrong address, also placing them inside the mailbox and on the floor next to the mailbox. She started waving her finger and said "let me tell you something this is my second day" i said can you please tell the manager or whoever that mail is going missing and being put in the mailbox or the ground next to it...but they drive up my neighbours drive. She then snapped "I wont deliver to this address anymore" which of course got me angry...I told her it was worth $1000 dollars, she then said "so why the hell didnt you get insurance"...even though the shipper didnt offer it...she obviously doesnt even know her own job or how shipping works...she then called me a "[protected]@@king smartass and drove away. The drivers name (I asked for it) is Roxanne Foley. This is the most horrendous way Ive ever heard a customer with a legitimate complaint be spoken to. I most certainly will never ship anything by fedex again, she was terribly rude, swore, unhelpful and continually wagged her finger at me. I want this person repremanded to the highest level. This experience will be online, Im contacted the papers, and anyone else I can think of, we still dont have the package even though I called customer service 4 times and they assured me it would be delivered august 10.
I had trouble some months ago of which I left a photo... our house is 200 yards from the mailbox... we have a turnaround for delivery vehicles... but thats where they left my new $2000 PC

This is the 3rd time at least that my SmartPost package has not been delivered. Shipped on 8/1, still not here 8/10…FedEx is known for its speed, USPS is not. Someone has dropped the ball here. Last time it was an Amazon package and the PO told me they never received it and that USPS did not at anytime take possession of said package. So it’s looking like you FedEx are the ones not doing your job and moving these packages. Or USPS is lying to me. Either way I don’t think ANYONE should use the FedEx SmartPost services, no matter how cheap they are. Unless you like complaints and bad reviews. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately it’s me, the customer, who gets hurt in the end.

Unauthorized opening of package and theft
I placed an order from my cell phone carrier and they use you to ship their goods, including phones. While tracking my package, I realized they were sending it to a previous address. After a long time on the phone trying to get ahold of a human person to speak with, I learned that as the recipient of the package, and not the shipper, I could not change the delivery address.
Since the package contained a phone I wanted to make sure it was not delivered to my old home. I selected a hold on the package, hoping that a friend would be able to pick it up and send it on to me. It wasn't until after I made the hold request that it became clear a friend would not be able to pick it up for me and I tried again (in vain) to contact a human person to stop or reverse the hold.
Failing, I reached out to my service provider who was able to change the shipping address. However, despite placing a new sticker with the address, someone at FedEx decided to put another sticker on it and send it back to the city of my old address for the hold.
Now as annoying as that was, I sort of understood that since I had placed the hold that those directions were followed. However, it should be easier to remove the hold.
As bad as that was, it got worse. I managed to overnight the package to myself from the hold facility only instead of overnight service, I got a two day service, again, not terrible because I didn't pay for Saturday delivery.
What really upset me is that when I finally received my package from FedEx, I could tell it had been tampered with. There was excessive tape around it. Sure enough, when I opened the package there was a second white box with a small bottle of amino acids inside. Someone from FedEx opened my package while enroute to me, stole my new phone, and then replaced it with something else.
Since then, I have been working with and waiting for my service provider to supply me with a replacement. I wasn't ordering a new phone for fun, I ordered one because mine is broken. Now it has been almost a month since I first ordered the phone, in a week, if I don't activate the phone i don't have, I will lose the $300 rebate on that phone and will be charged on top of the remaining cost of the phone I don't have.
Needless to say I am livid to have to deal with this daily and am disgusted that someone in your employ thought it was okay to open my personal property and then steal it.
And if all of that wasn't enough, a few days after my "delivery" I was charged an additional $75! I selected the flat rate shipping rate when I overnighted the package from the holding location. So not only did you charge me for that, but an additional charge for "increased weight." Increased weight? The whole package was supposed to have a phone in it and it only weighs 9,5 ounces!
What kind of shipping business are you running where employees can steal merchandise? I'm currently paying monthly for a phone I don't have!
I can provide the tracking number and dates when I know that someone actually looks at this by responding.
Desired outcome: I want a refund for all FedEx charges and I want to be compensated for my stolen phone.
Delivery location
The FedEx delivery person continues to leave packages outside in the sun instead of placing them inside the porch as the sign asks. I have complained time and time again about my packages being left outside and not being delivered to the proper location. Last week I filed the same complaint because my package was left outside and I caught someone trying to steal it! I have a hnadicap ramp with a small deck at the top and right in front of the ramp as oyu get to the top is a black and yellow sign that reads, "Please leave packages inside the porch." This sign has been up for more than 2 years and other carriers have no issue with leaving my packages inside the porch. FedEx has time and time again left medication outside in the hot sun and extreme temperatures, causing my medications to be unusable due to extreme exposure to heat. The mail order pharmacy will not resend me the medication because I can only get them every 90-days, regardless of the reason being due to a lazy carrier. I waste the copays I must pay to receive medication I cannot safely use.

I sent a parcel from Philippines to Brazil. When it arrived in Campinas City where it is being cleared at customs, they are charging the receiver more than what the cost of the package. Why is that? I, as the sender already paid everything, and the receiver doesn't need to pay anything for the parcel. How can the receiver claim the package? it's actually a gift and not intended for business.

Overnight package was due to be delivered by 12pm Monday, August 8th. The morning of August 8, I got up early just to be awake for delivery. Well they pulled into my driveway and never came to the door and just left. My status said “customer unavailable”. I was literally watching through my window and watched them leave. I thought maybe they placed it in my mailbox but they didn’t. I tried to find a contact number to get them to come back, but I couldn’t find any contact info. Now says to be delivered on Tuesday. I paid 20 dollars for that overnight shipping and I was at home and I want my package and my 20 dollars back.

I ordered two items from Wayfair, that was suppose to be shipped to Airville, Pennsylvania on 8/23/22; FEDEX drops off the packages to an address in Sunset Beach, North Carolina; off-shore customer service for FEDEX was extremely rude & unprofessional and were liars as well; they placed the blame on the shippers, stating that companies like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Overstock and so forth, put the wrong FEDEX Shipping numbers on packages and in-turn gives the customer has the wrong numbers; I spoke with Wayfair and they said it was a LIE; Wayfair and I research the tracking number using FEDEX Tracking online & that my 2 packages, what was suppose to arrive in PA, was dropped off at an address, city & state in NC; HOW IN THE HELL FEDEX got that wrong? When you call FEDEX, you cannot get a representative in the USA, it gives you an offshore CSR who lies to you about your delivery and will hang up the phone in your face without getting a resolution. FEDEX has insulted the USA for allowing those workers in those foreign countries to use our American Names (Ada, Art, Fay, John) which we all here in America knows that is not their true names; they do not understand the English language, just reading from a script. It is an awful insult to the United States of America!
