I am trying to get my payment date shifted to the 16th because I dont get paid until the 16th. Mid Month. So if I pay on the 16th it cost me $5.00 each time.
I have been trying to get a LIVE HUMAN BEING on the phone at FPL for over 2 weeks and it is impossible! I only get the same horrible useless recording each time I call...no matter what number I dial. And each time I call a supposed 'support number' I only get a recording that tells me "That option is not available" when I ask for a Representative.
This is a multi-billion dollar company that supports the state of Florida and they can't employ a Customer Support Help Desk? And there are NO other options so I cant even cancel my service. There should be a law against this...and I thought there was...NO MONOPOLIES! But for whatever reason, Power Companies have that leverage! This is completely unfair and shows their lack of caring for the consumer! I am trying to get my payment date shifted to the 16th because I don't get paid.
