I was told in a telephone call before placing an order that they did in fact accept returns within a week of receipt. Unfortunately, they neglected to tell me that an item not fitting is not deemed an appropriate reason for returning. That is absolutely ridiculous.in addition to being the size of a small tent on my 105 lb. Frame, the quality of the material is embarrassingly cheap.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I've been asking for the returns instruction and returns address for days. I can't get into my account as the password won't work. I can't get a new password reset it just will not work. I have requested the information to return items that don't fit. Flory do not answer with the information. Having read these complaints there is definitely a pattern of none cooperation. I would definitely give you negative feedback and recommend to not use your site. Definitely would not recommend. Wish I had seen all these reviews and not bought from Floryday.
