Monthly charges without knowledge of sign up
I started seeing monthly charges on my AMEX bill of $13 per month from Free Shipping. I went back and saw charges going back several months.
I called Free Shipping at the number shown on the statement and asked them when I signed up for this and they said I must have done it but could not tell me specifics. I don't ever remember signing up for free shipping. Seems like an underhanded way to get revenue.
Desired outcome: I would like the charges refunded.
Getting charged
I unsubscribed from Your site and You attempted to charge Me on My debit card. I do not keep extra cash on it just for that reason. I do not want Your services and I am a little ticked off that You tried to take money from Me. This will cease immediately, and I do mean now! You want 350 words or I may not get this resolved?! Seriously this is an outrage and I insist on immediate having You discontinue attempting to take money out of My account. You Folks that pull such insulting interactions need to find a better way of life. As I stated, I unsubscribed from Your "Free shipping" site as soon as I saw that You wanted to charge Me, Hell I can pay the shipping on anything I do buy and still pay less than You would charge Me. I am dead serious, do not attempt to charge Me again!

Free shipping scam
I was offered free shipping for items I purchased on the Land's End web site for the price of $10. Afterwards, charges of $13.00 a month started appearing on my credit card statement from FreeShipping.com. I feel that I was scammed and want all charges to date totaling seventy-eight dollars ($78) to be refunded. The company only offered to refund one month.

Service charge for a cancellation
Today, I just cancel the freeshipping.com offer I was given for a week . I was charge $37.00 for nothing, because you done nothing for me. That is excessive and abusive take advantage of individuals. I demand an explanation for this action. I did not sign up for this service so I do not understand how were able to charge my bank account. I can only assume this is fraudulent charge. I want you to to cancel this service that I did not request and you need to refund the $13.00 that you falsely withdrew from my bank account. If this is in any way directly connected to a specific company and need to know there name so I contact them as well.

I have taken the time to itemize the list of missing cashback claims and shipping rebate requests. In addition to the itemized list I have attached copies of the claim correspondences with Freeshipping.com yo highlight the extreme effort that I had to expend to reap the benefits of my paid subscription. Not only am I requesting for my account to be adjusted I am demanding that next month's subscription fee be waived due to this specific unresolved issue.
Despite repeated requests for a phone call to simplify the investigation and resolution process I continue to be denied this right and forced to communicate via email in futility. I am requesting for the last time for a phone call confirming receipt and correction PRIOR to the November 15th payout date. Please note that I am only submitting the UNPAID claims for review and processing! My contact number is included in the signature of every email.

Free Shipping reduced the rebates sometime in August/September to a maximum of $10.00! That is not free shipping! I have ordered a lot of merchandise thru Free Shipping and in the past I would get a rebate for the actual cost of shipping. But someone in the organization decided to pay only the maximum of $10.00. I have read the terms and conditions and nothing is mentioned that there has been a change in how much the rebate would be. I am going to cancel my membership because this is downright fraud and very misleading to the customers.
Cash back on purchase
Made a $3,000 purchase through Home Depot 05/2020. Should have received $300 cash back. When I did not receive the cash back I contacted Freeshipping.com I was told to send in a copy of my receipt, which I did. After several emails and phone calls, I was finally told two weeks ago I would be receiving the cash back. I was sent an email a few days ago saying now I would not and it was at their sole descretion if they would honor it. The email said I had received another incentive, which I did not. I asked them to tell me what I received and they did not provide that info. So the basically keep the $300.
Payment not received
I did not receive my check for march 2020. I did receive an email on april 16th stating my check for march in the amount of 56.71 was sent out and should be arriving shortly. After 2 weeks of not receiving my march check I called and was told there is nothing they can do until 90 days is up due to their policy. I called on July 16th and was told my request was being expedited and I would receive a call back within 48hrs. after 3 days I called again and spoke to a supervisor who informed me a check would be sent out by weeks end. I requested notification by phone of the check being sent out and was told I would receive a call back within 48-72 hours. no phone call no email. I called july 26th spoke with yet another supervisor who escalated my claim again and was told a check would be sent out by no later than weeks end. I requested a manager call me back and was told I would receive a call within 2-3 business days. still no check or email or phone call as of today Aug 2. I called again spoke to a supervisor, who told me an email was sent out on july 27. I did not receive the email. I asked for it to be resent. I also asked what was in the email, she stated they were waiting to see if the check had been cashed. She had no idea how long this would take. I requested a manager call me back please and was told I would receive a call by no later than Thursday. This whole process has been a farce and not worth the time and effort to keep track of their error. Each phone call is a minimum of 27 minutes and this last one was 32 mostly waiting. They are blaming it on Covid19 but I had a similar problem in Nov of 2019 and got the same run around. STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT USING freeshipping.com...

I ordered a gift on personal creations on the 16th of July. Oct 29th I noticed that I've been getting charged 13.00 since july. I don't do memberships so I knew this was an error. I pulled all my emails even from trash and none from freeshipping.com. I called and this lady tells my that because my email was on there that I filled out the form for a free money back rebate. I laughed in her face as she was full of [censored]. She was blaming me but did refund supposedly. Watch your statements.

So what I've read up on, is how they grab you is you're on a site you don't know, go to buy something and they offer FREE SHIPPING, so duh, you go for that option. But when you do, and hit buy, they automatically sign you up for a subscription, without you knowing, and yanks money from you month to month.
Instead of 12.97 each month, they took about ten bucks each month, for three months. So I called them and they canceled my subscription, but no refunds for the money they took, without me knowing. Cut ties, they're a scam.

It's a reliable, trust worthy website or company, even I have got charged but when i complained they return my money. I apologize for my inconvenient words and made a complaint without knowing. The first time it happen was on 02/26/19 and it only took $1.97 so i didn't really notice but then it became $9.97 on 03/12/19 and its been the same on 04/04/19 & 05/06/19. I guess they forgot about June because on 07/08-9/19 they took $9.97 . i called them on 07/08/19 they answered and they were trying to find my account but the thing is i don't remember ever creating an account with them so it was useless .
