Model #GRFN2853AF2, Serial # 4A31309821, Purchased May 6, 2023 (Costco). My problems started in September/2023 and had continued. I get the HI temp. Alert constantly and this has continued to this day Nov 16/23. I have lost over $400 in food as sometimes the alerts happens at night and I wake up with defrosted food in freezer and a warm fridge compartment . I have food in coolers and laundry baskets on back porch. Frigidaire dispatched a local repair company to assess and fix. Since September they have been here 4-5 times and the fridge is not fix. They replaced the 2 main circuit boards. It worked for a few days then Hi Alert. 2 more parts have been ordered. I think it is time ti throw in the towel. This fridge does not want to work. This is a useless piece of crap and taking up room in my kitchen. I want a new, working refrigerator!. Costco Concierge says I have to talk to Frigidaire customer service and they say it is up to the repair company and their report and the repair company said the decision lies with Frigidaire . So to say I am getting the run around is an understatement. I will never recommend Frigidaire to any of my friends. I have company coming for Christmas and I NEED A FRIDGE THAT WORKS. I will get my lawyer involved very shortly. Barbara Marks
