In 2021 I purchased a frigidaire oven from American Freight located in Trussville Al. I start experiencing problems with my oven about two months ago seem like the oven was taking longer to cook items than a month later the oven would not come on. I called the store because my husband and I both heard about a recall the frigidaire oven had a recall on it from the news and I explained about my oven no working I was given the site and the company website used to make the complaints needless to say I attempted several times but my warranty contract could not be found I call back to the store where I purchased it from the mangager offer for me to come in to store where she would try and assist me she rant into the same roablock after being on the phone for over an hour. So needless to say the only thing she could offer me was a refund on what I paid for master protection plan which I havent received neither do I plan on cashing the check I want my oven repaird or replaced with a new one because I ended up calling Servicare and the technican told me my computer control panel was out and the facing it was going cost 700.00 to replace I refused that offer as that was cost of a new stove I paird 800.00 for the one I had and it was on a monthly payment plan along with a few other items I purchased from American Freight which il never do that again it was overpriced and I paid extremly high interest. I cannot get any help and I thought Frigidaire stood behind their products
Desired outcome: i want my oven repaired at no charge to me or a brand new stove replace at no charge to me with a diffrent model type the holidays are coming up and my husband make extra money by selling sweet potatoes pies now we cannot do either
