I am thoroughly dissappointed with your service. I have been waiting in front of my door for 4 hours and later checked only to find out that your status checker telling me that my goods was undelivered because i wasnt there!
I called your customer service line and frankly speaking I think a parrot is more intelligent than them. I had to force a report number out of one of the (727857) by thr name of Eka. They seem telling me that someone will call me. Its 3.16pm now and I am still waiting.

Has called GDEX customer service last week and have arranged for 2nd delivery on our parcel on 01/07/2017 (should be arrived before 1pm) but today until 4:56pm i am still waiting for GDEX to deliver. I'm trying to call GDEX customer so many times (about 15 times).. they pickup my call but then cut off. GDEX service is too bad and cannot be trusted anymore.

You guys said that my parcels shipped from kuala lumpur will arrive vithin forty eight hours! And when I called your office you guys said that you're closed. It's now saturday. Im gonna wait until monday!

I have serious issue on my parcel delivery as they said to me they will send my parcel on 23rd june 2017, since I made a call saying I cant make it on 22nd june 2017 as their office close at 8 pm, so when I said I want to pick up myself on friday 23rd june they said I cant since the parcel might have with the rider so I said then I proceed to make usual delivery by despatch on friday, when I call today as friday 23rd, they said the parcel still at the office without saying anything n cut off my phone line! How rude! A rude female staff and when I called back nobody pick up until the third attempt they cut off again! And I couldnt check wether my parcel will be deliver or send by despatch! Please check this matter seriously so this thing can be happening to others and I will take this matter to the top if they refuse to send my parcel as they promised! Please check management on gdex seremban!
I only receive my package after 1 week sent by the seller
I deeply disappoint because i receive my item very late. my consignment number is [protected]. how come i receive the item slower than pos laju which is cost only around rm10 but i have paid around rm 25 for this late service. my phone number is [protected]. previously, the seller request sent using by post laju but i insist using gdex because i always purchase badminton racquet using sunrise and it was very quick. but this time, my rating for gdax is drop from A to D due this incident.

What happend to gdex? I bought something from lazada and they sent the item via gdex. Yesterday lazada sent me the tracking number and I check the status the item is out for delivery. Then I wait at my house and my house have so many people at home but your staff dint ring the bell or what they just leave a sorry card? Today I check the status again there...

I have called the pickup service on 9th Jun17, around 2 pm, customer service promise to pick before 5 pm, and yet I wait till 6 pm, not one turn up to my office. I have also called for the assistance at 5pm+, customer service promise to return my call but yet to receive any.
On 19th Jun 17, I call for the pickup services for the same documents, customer service promises to pick up my documents by 4 pm not turn up, follow up call at 4:06 pm, customer service promise to return my call on the status. No, turn up till 5 pm.
Actually, my office at PFCC and GDex Puchong branch are very near to us.

Your courier man refuse to deliver my package to my office due to a lot of parcel with reason he have a lot of package while i can't go there due to my meeting. What kind of service you offer if your staff already here and ask me to pick up at your office due to your staff laziness to came up to my office. Courier service suppose to reach at destination not just half way and ask customer to pick up by themselves. If that thing happen you should offer a free service

This is the third time the delivery man fail to deliver my item.. i was at home all day but in the tracking system unable to sent because access not allowed..don't even call just a missed call..how i suppose to know the missed call from who. Delivery guy called at 8:30 am saying he wil deliver my package from lazada around 1 pm.
1:10 pm he doesn't show or call so I give a ring he said 15 mins away. An an hour past, I give him a call but he doesn't answer. Call JDX customer service "the most cluesless people on the planet earth" they didn't even have the delivery guy phone number. So I had to give it to them and they call me 10 mins away later saying the delivery trunk broke down "how convienent on Saturday" and the delivery will be reschedule on monday. I bought a new MacBook Pro on 6 January from a woman in Perlis and she decided to use Gdex to ship to my home address in Sungai Buloh but then until now, (as of 1 February) I haven’t received the item yet. I’ve been waiting for 27 days without any news or whereabouts of the item and the woman who sells it is really concerned as it’s the most expensive item.

I would like to file a complaint to gdex delivery to university malaya, lembah pantai area. The delivery guy is too lazy to find my office. Two times they called me to come and collect myself. He will just wait in the common area and I have to walk all the way to collect the things from him. His excuse is that he could not find my office, which is very lame since he can always ask around the campus (For goodness sake, there are many students walking around him). He will call first to make sure I am in my office, if I did not pick up the call, my things will be delivered 1-2 weeks later than usual. This is the second time I encountered this problem, usually when I ordered things from lazada.

pihak kami tidak menerima document dengan sempurna, kerana document yang di hantar hanya di letakkan di tangga premis kami, kebiasaannya pihak courier kan memberitahu @ mendapatkan pengesahan kami terlebih dahulu sebelum penyerahan document dilakukan. Masalah ini telah berulang 3x. Ini boleh mengakibatkan document penting hilang @ rosak disebabkan kecuaian & sikap sambil lewa pihak courier.
Untuk memudahkan pihak courier menghantar document, courier boleh menekan loceng yang pihak syarikat kami sediakan untuk memberitahu kami bahawa document ini telah di hantar.

I want to complain why we send the letter on 03 April 2017 no immediately send to customer (please refer your C/N No. : [protected], date : 03-04-2017), until yesterday our received call that customer no receive the letter, so call to GD Sungai Petani Office the operator say the documents no send yet until 19 April 2017 just known the letter already send. Before that our company no receive any call from GD Office that why the document late delivery two weeks, so our company no satisfied your service.

Im staying in an apartment. Delivery man called and asked me to walk al the way to the guard house. When asked why he said so that he need not make a big turn in the apartment and refused to make door step delivery that he should do. This is the first time this has happened to me in my courier service experience be it with gdex or other companies. I hope this will not happen again. Door step delivery is exactly what i signed up for and it wasnt delivered to me
