This morning i have received msg lasada says that, i will receive my package soon.
I been not notify at what time the item will be deliver to me.
Sudently at about three o'clock the guy with courier id 55158 come to my house to deliver the item with inform. I was not at home at that time, when i back to home i saw a note from the guy.
I immidiately call office but no one answer the call, i tried many times and finally get contact with them. I explaint what was happen to the admin staff who attended to me. After shortly again the same guy came to my house and shouted and talk without respecting customer very badly. He even challenge us to lodge a complaint.
First experience with gd ex but very bitter experience.
You will lose valuable customer if your customer continuously do such things to customer.
I demand for the written apologies from the company otherwise will escalate to consumer department.

I called GDex Alor Setar Front desk at 10.20 am and the receptionist was impatient and she keeps on saying she needed my tracking number when I am about to ask for information. She also hung off the phone before I finished talking which I assume it was rude enough. The service was good but not the front desk. I can tolerate if she was acting like that at 6 pm. But this is morning sister! You just started your work. Can't you wait while I searched for the tracking number and just answer me politely? Hopefully, you can make changes after this so that no one had the same experience with me. Thank you.
cracked and damaged goods
Our company goods courier by gdex always cracked and damaged. We suffered lots of losses due to the damages goods. Process to claim also need few months to get compensation. I wonder why gdex management is so so poor and bad services ever! I hope gdex can improve their services and those outstation worker please responsible. Dont use throw to move the goods! Thanks.
I have courier out my parcel on last Sunday hoping that GDEX will send it as soon as possible. However until today the tracking status stated the item was out for delivery from GDEX Alor Setar 16 May but the recipient never received my parcel. I was so disappointed with GDEX services. They could not proceed with my order as they did not receive my parcel yet. Please improve your services and management as I tried to call GDEX Alor Setar but no one seem to answer the phone.
despatch service is rude and sarcastic
This dispatch name Boi who sent parcel to BBCC on 15/3/2017 is extremely rude and sarcastic. When he send the document over, he got so defensive when I want to check the sender is who or the document attention to who..
His sarcastic remark is as so " I sudah cakap return document, tak faham.."
I told him i want to check this parcel is too who bcos our site has external vendor too who use the same address as us..
His next reply is " Sini BBCC kan, jangai So Hai sini. Professional sikit..."
This kind of sarcasm is totally unacceptable. I got so angry i told him straight to his face.
Im your client, pls show some respect. I will lodge a complain on you to Gdex.
Pls take action on this and improve your dispatch service. We do not such insult from your team.

utk makluman, perkara sebegini kerap kali berlaku..dokumen / parcel xdihantar ke alamat penerima sebab alasan bukan laluan, kmi kena keluar ke pekan berdekatan utk pickup..hri ni saya hubungi GDEX alor setar, dia sruh ambil di caw. sana..kerana alasan yg sma, tmpat tiggal bukn dlam kaws. liputan..bila ditnya knpa tiada mkluman, katanya telah SMS pda 07/03 tetapi bila check tiada pun pnerimaan mesej trsebut..dri trikh tersebut xkan pihak tuan tidak boleh fllow up, sebb no. HP pun telh disertakan?

We have a problem with your pickup service from Damansara Perdana Branch.
3rd March 2017 - called customer service (03 [protected]) for pickup (ref. no. BDN 95572), waited till after 6pm but no collection.
6th March 2017 - called customer service again to inform there was no pickup and arrange again for collection (ref. no. BDO 3483), told to make sure there is collection, waited until after 6pm, again no collection.
This has happened many times before and we are getting fed up with your service especially Damansara Perdana Branch.
When I ask the pickup person the next day, every time it is because he was on leave. Shouldn't you have a replacement person or if not you should inform your customers that there is no staff to pickup so that we can arrange for another way to send out documents.
We are very disappointed with your services.
Please take action on your staffs at Damansara Perdana Branch and get back to us on this matter as soon as possible.

It was a very urgent delivery. I ask to courier a document on 25.2.2017.
But until today 4.3.2017, the document still under transit, waiting for deliver.
The recipient's is in the same state, same town. Why is it taking so long?
I've been call to centre thousand of times, and they said will followed up with my case. But nothing came out. They said will call me, but no one called!
If my customer gone due to delay of the document, who going to take the responsibilities? I demand an explaination!

slow and stupid
I bought my personal item on monday and want to use it urgently (Seriously yes, very urgent). Target delivery to my office was on tuesday and there were progress throughout the day. Unfortunately, the day end without I receive the item. I track it and there mentioned that 'consignee shifted' (Recorded in tuesday & wednesday).. What the hell? Then I called customer service and asked him to explain. Conclusion is, they were not look at the address carefully. They know my office, but they thought it was at ampang park area. Hello, it was long long time ago. We have moved to jln raja chulan long time ago. But, the thing is, are they read the address carefully? If they read properly, it clearly state that it is at jalan raja chulan. Not jalan ampang. Read the address carefully n properly, every single words. Not just to the building name or what... I am seriously having problem with gdex.. There were many issues before. Please!
bad service, took 2 weeks to send packaging within klang valley
How bad can a courier service be if it took 2 weeks to send parcel within Klang Valley? After call many times, give excuses such as understaff, broken vehicles etc. After you call the customer service to complaint, they would always tell you to call back but most of the time they never call back. Sometimes they lied on the tracking info, they put "No one at home" when in fact they never reach my home at all.

I missed a call from the office. But at first I didn't even bother to call back as I didn't know it is from gdex and neither it looks like an important call. Because they only called me once! Once! So I check the tracking on that day, only then I know it's from gdex and my parcel is already arrived at the office. I decided to wait but there is no delivery on that day. Same also on the next day. When I check the tracking again, it still wrote the same. But suddenly on the third day, the tracking wrote, (Unable to locate). I called but no one pick it up! Why the hell they didn't call me back before decided to change the status to unable to locate. What's more, this is my 2nd time with gdex. They should have know my address because the first time with gdex, they called me twice to confirm my address and then to ask wheter im home. Wth with gdex. Just close your effing service

I make call helpline about hundred times, the call never pick up at all. Such gdex big courier company, no people willing pick up the call. I suppose receive my things on saturday, then delay... And deley to monday. Ok, monday still no receive anything from gdex. I search they facebook, free to upload anual photo, lunch photo, but no free to pick the helpline. Harlo, if really no willing to work, go end up this business. Dont delay customer parcel and things, and no pick up call at all. What a bad service.
incomplete delivery by gdex (11street product)
1. 16 january 2017 - received a call from gdex delivery agent (Around noon) that they were at my home to deliver the package. Since no prior notification was given (Not even a sms or whatsapp) I was not at home so I asked for delivery the next day.
2. 17 january 2017 - no delivery. Called gdex from 11am - 5.30pm. No answer whole day on both their general line and hotline. Called their delivery agent also no answer.
3. 18 january 2017 - finally managed to speak to someone on their 'pick-up hotline". I was informed that the package is in malaysia and that 'maybe' delivery will occur tomorrow. They said they will check and let me know.
This is unacceptable. Gdex is basically saying"we'll let you know when we want to deliver" even after people have paid them to deliver.

There are 5 contact numbers listed for SHM branch. Unfortunately, 3 of the contacT numbers are forever engaged, while remaining 2 are unanswered.
Phone calls and text messages have been used to approach Mr/Ms Loganathan. However, no single reply from him/her has been received.
14/01/2017 Received reply from SHM branch in morning, around 8 a.m., called from Cik Lalina (verbally translate). According to her, the parcel has been EATEN BY RATS, thus IMPOSSIBLE TO DELIVER to our customer!
Therefore, we have requested the manager or person in charge of SHM branch to contact us in order to speed up the settlement. Unfortunately, no call has been received since then.
REQUEST: quick and proper arrangement from Gdex ASAP!
poor delivery service
I suppose to receive my parcel yesterday (11/1/2017).in the end, I didn't receive it. So I called to my supplier and get the consignment note number and check the tracking status. The parcel sent to ipoh again!
This is second time my parcel sent to ipoh again!
If this is not for business purpose I don't mind to wait but this item is for business usage.
For the first time, I called to general line and asked for help. I did ask your customer service to call me back after she called to ipoh branch. Who knows. I waited from saturday to monday and no one called me back!
Who I should seek for help?!

I have consignment, the 1st delivery unsuccessful & try to call many times but no one pick up the phone call. (Jb branch).
Try to call service hotline, the person who answer keep mentioned my parcel was dispatch by lazada but my order actual from overseas.
Called again to arrange for reattempt but they failed to meet their commitment. Already 1 week I waiting for my parcel.

I would like bring this matter to your attention. I did purchase item from Lazada on 21/12/16 and i was told that they will deliver frm 03 Jan 2017 to 10 Jan 2017 within this time period. For your info in your GDEX tracking system my item has arrived on 28/12/2016 But till today i haven't received my item yet or any calls frm your company. Today when call the GDEX Butterworth office they told me it seems Overload (to much things) besides that i personaly when to collect my item around 1250pm till 1330pm shocking me my item was not found..not there. Is your system is out or what. From what i understand they are not doing it professionally all tidak apa. You see frm 28/12/16 till 09/01/17 what were they doing..don't they know how to work. Appreciate if you can do something about it sir . Thank you.

I'm not satisfy for poor of gdex services that took more than 1 week to deliver parcel only for location i'm think not so far and can be reach in one day. Beside that i've followed up many time in 4 days with gdex service operator for reattempt but they only just gave information that promise to something that not happens. At the end we have to collect myself at gdex hq and for last call the service operator was informed it is close at 4pm but actually the hq close at 230pm.

The gdex personnel who is doing the delivery on 07-jan-2017 had called me at 10.57am.
He was very rude where by he was suppose to deliver my package to my house but as I was only away around 5 mins apart from my house, he just wanted to put my package into my postbox and then asked for my ic no.
I had told him to wait for me or see me at places near by but he refuse.
He then told if I dont want to opt to his approach, that's it (Take it or leave it approach) and then he cut the line off. He had called me using mobile number [protected].
I had tried to call him back several times buy to no avail.
Thus i'm very dissappointed regarding his behaviour and call the gdex rawang branch to complaint (03-[protected]) and express my dissapointment to the malay lady there.
Previously I have no issue with gdex delivery but as yo my exprience today, I dont think that gdex customer service behaviour is acceptable thus i'm logging this complaint.

on 29th dec 2016, i have sent a box of school books worth rm 450.00.
Box collected from my office on 29/12/2016 @ 2.12 pm.
On 30/12/2016, fail to receive box by receiver, upon checking with gdex customer service - box left over in port klang and promised to deliver on 31/12/2016.
On 31/12/2016, receiver received a parcel. This is wrong parcel. Mine is a box ( 27 books packed in a4 rim box and wrapped using bubble pack). But receiver received a pc of bag.
This bag belongs to a person name ms aminah, andikah jaya sdn bhd, block d, lot 3, bandar kim sung sandakan sabah.
Irresponsible person have stick my consignment tracking sheet on someone bag/parcel.
Where is my box. All 27 books for my daughter is missing. School started and she going without proper books. All because of gdex poor service.
I have my office cctv recording that your people have collected the box at 29/12/2016 @ 14.12pm.
Secondly, i have to drive all the way back to teluk intan to collect back . Who going to absorb my travelling cost ?
next, my daughter and mother went back to teluk intan gdex branch to enquiry. Gdex personal over there simply answered, this is the cargo received from hq.
Very disappointing service from gdex and i didnt expect this.
Please track back my box and i desparately need my books.

poor delivery service
I am facing the same problem and maybe problems. First day delivery fail due to heavy rain, I am accepted. Second day hold for reattempt day without any reason. Third day out of delivery but deliver wrong parcel but same delivery address which is my colleague name while their CN is my name, as a result their system show my consignment is delivered. My consignment is [protected] while the delivered consignment which is my colleague's one is [protected]. I call them to clear the matter right on the day, someone is in-charge my case. Unfortunately, no delivery on fourth day. Fifth day, I call to their branch and get the answer too many parcels to deliver and I have to collect by myself at the counter! Before this, no one contact me! I call to their HQ right after that, their system show my parcel already deliver two days ago which I mentioned the mistaken delivery. One parcel with below 2.5kg, I get 3 excuses to fail the delivery until fifth day I am still waiting. First excuse, big parcel, hahaha... Second excuse, heavy rain... Third excuse, too many parcels to deliver... I do not make any complaint even call up when they delay my parcel until 3days and without any call to me as I am waiting my "turn" because I understand how many parcels their have to handle a day since mine is not urgent, but 5days fail to deliver even though the consignment check in the same area with my address! I can go for pickup, definitely, but why they can't even make it my turn after fifth day my parcel in queue, that's the problem!
