Harbor Freight Tools Security Officers

I WENT TO THE HARBOR FREIGHT STORE, 0131 Coors Blvd NW, Unit G3, Albuquerque, NM AND PURCHASED A welding helmet and welding gloves. I noticed that the marked security car was out front parked in the fire zone and was also parked over the handicapped ramp. The security guard was inside the Harbor Freight store. After purchasing the items i left the store and proceeded to take a picture of the security car and the violation of state law by parking in a fire zone and a handicapped zone zone. The fire zone was bad enough but to have zero respect for the handicapped is disgusting. While taking the picture the security guard exited the store and approached me and told me i couldnt phot graph is car (i have pics i will share) and the told me to get off the property that it was private property. I have been a long time customer of this store and have purchased many items. I was appalled that this you armed security guard was so rude and told me repeatedly to get off the property because i was photographing the security breaking the law. He told me i didnt know what i was talking about and that he could park where he wanted. I cant believe this portrays a positive image for Harbor Freight and the handicapped. The has been pointed out to Aaron Jones before, the owner of IPS Security and he and a photo was presented online, which he has since removed, in front of another Harbor Freight. Aaron Jones attitude is that he can do as he pleases as the company hired him however this is not state law. Being a retired full time policeman and still a reserve state level police.

Such an arrogant attitude. And this security guard of which i have a pic, followed me all the way to my car to photograph my license plate. This happened on 5/18 2022 at 415 pm.

Desired outcome: The security company, International Protective Service needs to park in regular spaces, they are no law enforcement. Next time i am going to call police for this issue.

Harbor Freight Tools Refund never recieved

On Dec 23, 2021 I went into the Vancouver, Wa store to return a item I had purchased a couple weeks prior. I should have got cash back. However the person in charge at the time didnt want to go to the safe in the back to get my cash. They didnt have enough money in there till. So they said they could credit my debit card. I told them I couldn't wait 7-10 days for my money and needed the cash. They told me it was instant and how they were going to have to do the return. So I ran my card.

It is now over 3 months later. I havent got my money still and the entire company is doing nothing. I gave them copies of my bank statement proving I havent recieved the refund. The manager of the store has done absolutely nothing but provided me with a email address to contact. And the corporate office takes 2 weeks to get back to me and has also done nothing to fix this. Apparently they stay in business from stealing from there costumers.

Harbor Freight Tools I bought a wet/dry vack on line from "harbor freights" I was charged $68.46. They claim it was shipped 4/01/2022 #[protected]

Althgough I was charged and bthey did send me a confirmation order with a tracking number #[protected] , when I attempt to track it on their web site ,its no there , in fact it gives a msg saying I didn't buy any thing on line which is false !

I have been calling the for a few days never got thru finally today I got thru after 2 hours , the person I spoke said he couldn't help me , that he would transfer me to a supervisor instead of back into the que . Well what he did was transfer me back to the que. This is fraud , I am a senoir citizen bought this because I need it and can not afford to be ripped off . If they are doing this to me they are probably doing it to other folks . Please help me . their tel is [protected]

I drove to the store but was unable to find the item on their shelves so I asked at the register (apparently the only place they have employees at that store) and was told they don't have it in stock...

Harbor Freight Tools Garden pump sprayer

OK, I bought the sprayer. It worked for a couple of times, but the pump soon gave out. I took it back to my store in Woodland California for an exchange. They told me it could not be exchanged because it had held chemicals. They said that once the box was opened, the sprayer could not be returned. I asked if that would be true if the sprayer had been taken out of the box but never used. They said yes, once the box is open it's yours. If certain items are nonreturnable, it should be so stated at time of sale, and you should stop advertising that you have a generous return policy.

Desired outcome: Give me a new sprayer.

Harbor Freight Tools CEN-TECH 63612

I bought a circuit tester for the 3 piece -set when i arrived home i opened up the pack of testers I found they were no good they would not work at all. After looking at the testers I found that they had never been put together inside. The ground wire was not connected to the ground part on the bulb in the tester so after looking none of the ground wires were connected so that is why the 3 testers never would so it seemed harbor freight never knew that the cen-teck circuit testers were never installed where they were made. The 3 cen-tech circuit testers no way they will work because the ground black wire was never installed so the 3 cen-tech circuit breakers will never work because of poor and improper installment please send me the 3 cen-tech circuits 214 meadow view rd bristol tn 37620 testers to david large

the 3 cen-tech circuit testers I bought none of the 3 were working because the negative wire was not hooked up that why they never worked

Harbor Freight Tools Metal gas can

I purchased a new Jerry Can style gas can. Upon first use, the gas exploded up and out of the can from the mere touch of my hand. This occurred on September 05, 2020. I have retained the can-which exhibits visual signs of blowing up. I contacted both the Idaho Falls location, where the can was purchased, and the corporate offices to report this accident on the 1st. business day, September 07, 2021. Beyond my initial reporting, no one initiated contact with me. I called and left messages repeatedly.
Despite reassurance that this matter would be resolved, I had to send a certified letter requesting contact. Upon receipt of my letter, I did receive a call from the insurance department. They requested a lot of personal information, which I provided. They have never contacted me beyond that one phone call.
I was injured and have medical bills that need to be addressed.

Desired outcome: I would like an Harbor Freight company representative to contact me regarding Medical bills, compensation for chemical burns.

If Harbor Freight fails to respond, I will be sending another certified letter. I will not disappear just because Harbor Freight has chosen to ignore me. This is a very dangerous product !

Harbor Freight Tools Delivery

My elderly father ordered a 73"ICON tool box with a 22" add on cabinet. store stated that driver would call prior to delivery. Father was in hospital, no confirmation on time of delivery. Delivery Driver decided to drop large crated packages in driveway, also blocking garage door for cars. Location should have been at shop location in other driveway a distance behind residence. Called customer support, said they would process this issue, in the mean time, these large packages are sitting in the driveway of a residence blocking garage enter and exiting of elderly. No paper work was received or left with packages. This is a problem that needs to be handled TODAY!

Desired outcome: Send driver to move to proper lacation

Bought the winch but did not open the box until after the 3 month return policy had expired. I realized then the cable was frayed.. and I could not use the winch. I also realize I was outside of the 3 month return policy but it would have been a nice gesture to at least receive store credit. As I have bought many tools from Harbor Freight. I was disgusted...

Harbor Freight Tools Online Order Arrived Damaged

Order arrived damaged and returned to store on 10/23/21. Informed at the store they can't refund the shipping and directed me to call customer service. I contacted customer service after leaving the store on 10/23/21. I was told the shipping would be credited back to my American Express Card. I still haven't received the refund. I should not be help responsible to pay for shipping on items that were broke when they arrived. Please refund the shipping charges as promised.

Harbor Freight Tools Greenhouse 10x12

I am so pissed that we spent over 700$ on the shotiest greenhouse ever, we built a few weeks after purchasing and that same week the wind destroyed it, you should be ashamed for selling such poor quality EXPENSIVE items, we deserve our money back, the wind broke the very center of the door hanger, we're using straps around just to hold it together i would've gotten more use out of that money on a sketchy roulette table with loaded dice in favor of the dealer than throwing away money on a greenhouse that i will never get to use because it can't handle any of NM windy season. STOP SELLING THIS IN NEW MEXICO ITS GARBAGE.

Harbor Freight Tools There business practice!!

I received a card from them last year. I made one purchase and when I tryed to make my payment online it wouldn't go through. So I called them. My payment was supposed to be 27.00 but they were wanting 57.00. They told me my Nov's payment was late but my Dec payment wasn't due until the middle of Dec. yet they were wanting me to pay it in Nov. I told them I would just pay everything in Dec.
I made my FULL payment as promised. Then I received a letter stating my limit went from $800 to $160. This was last year. I have made charges and now I just pay off the balance. Now my card has been paid off for the last 3 or 4 months now. Today I tryed to make a purchase total of $185 and it was turned down. When I contacted them I was told my limit is $160 so I requested to get a balance increase and I was turned down. This is outrageous. I have 3 other cards. This is unreasonable. I'm getting the impression it's harbor freight not wanting my business.

Harbor Freight Tools Centec 4 in 1 power pack

I have a centec 4 in 1 power pack that worked fine. I only used the air compressor and never the cables. I re charged it each month but last re charge was about a month and 1/2 . Well now it will not charge, stone dead, and not happy with this unit. I have been corresponding with product support but get no where. The internal battery should not be dead this soon. Help!

Went to buy a generator. 3 day holiday Sales. At register to purchase was told sold out. Asked when more would come in, girl said they didn't know when next truck would be in. 2nd clerk said the next truck would not have any either. Asked why run a 3 day sale on something you don't have in stock. The 1st clerk couldn't answer any questions the 2nd made effort but then a third person who worked there showed up cutting in never identified herself. She was rude, abrasive, condescending, nothing constructive to add, and succeeded in an escalation. Said, No ordering in store, they sold out yesterday and did not keep them on the floor but in the back, sold out due to hurricane(which was over a week ago). I had been in 2 days earlier and there were none out, yet the higher priced had 1 in box on floor and the cheaper ones were boxed on floor. So why weren't they in the back? There was no out of stock sign on anything. I never got a "I'm sorry. Or even a "Let me check in the back to make sure."The 3rd had nothing helpful to say. It became an irritating exchange in a store I normally shop at but will refrain from now.

Harbor Freight Tools Sales Supervisor

I enjoy going to Harbor Freight to shop. Since I have visited the Whiteville NC store my shopping experience has not been so nice. the Retail Supervisor, Jason, is very unpleasant. Every time I have been he has seemed to have an attitude and very disrespectful. His demeaner is less than desirable. He seems to be disrespectful not only to customers, myself included, but to the cashiers. His tones, facial jesters, and body movement states it all. I a have heard him talk profanity to them as well. I am really displeased with him and his actions. I hope someone can work with him to be a better person or let him go. I am not the only one that feels this way. I have several friends that feel the same way. Something needs to be done.

Bought into your Lynxx line. On the web, you say you have replacement parts. When I call, your replacement part is only the battery. You don't carry the line anymore. Harbor Freight Tools Policy/sales

Hello. My name is Ryan Canfield. I am shopping for tool boxes and the US general 72 inch top/bottom box seems to be the best bang for the buck and well built too. Here is the problem; local stores do not have any in stock and the manager (she was polite and professional) at my local store in Culpeper Virginia told me orders are 2-3 months out. There was a nice green set (floor model) sitting in the store. I asked if I could buy the floor model and was told "no that policy prohibits this.
So a loyal Harbor freight customer like me wants to buy a big dollar item that is sitting on the floor i. My local store that can't be ordered in a timely fashion for months and Harbor Freight refuses to make a sale? That doesn't sound like a good policy to me. It just frustrates customers like me and prevents sales and dampens revenue. Why would (under these difficult logistics conditions and lead time in ordering) would Harbor Freight not bend their policy a little to make a sale and keep a loyal (Us Veteran) customer happy?

I went to your Buckhorn PA, store to buy an air compressor. I looked through all models and sizes, found the one I wanted and was told they did not have it in stock.
