I made contact with Siemens Helpdesk about a Dishwasher issue online and they linked me with the JustAnswer service site. I was advised that their may be a €1 - €3 fee but it would be refunded. A technician made contact and we emailed each other a couple of times on what my issue was and I was offered a telephone call as part of the online chat which I declined. The outcome was that the technician advise that I needed to have an engineer call out to the house to establish what the problem was as all the standard issue / advice did not solve the issue. At no time was I informed that their was going to be a monthly charge or that i was signing up to be a "member" or "buying a online service". As I did not agree to this extra service and have tried to make contact through the website but get asked for my account login and password that I never did I am unable to make contract through that process. There has now been two monthly unauthorised credit card transactions one in May and a second one in June which I am requesting are refunded to me. The dates of the credit card transactions are 15th May €3.00, 20th May €29.00 and 18th June 2024.
Claimed loss: Unauthorised credit card charges of 2 x €29.00 = €58.00
Desired outcome: Please refund me €58.00

Hi Venessa
Thank you for the reply and I can confirm that I did not use a PayPal account and I don't have any order number as I did not order the service I have been charged for. I also don't have another phone number so the only item I can provide details on is the requested first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the credit card number that these unauthorised charges are been made against. The digits are as follows.
First 6 - 4263 98
Last 4 - 3212
Thank you
Kind regards
Sam Dunwoody
