Back in Oct 9, I made a call. The website said I could pay and not be a member. I did not want to be a member but pay for the call from the vet. Needless to say the misleading information resulted in a $2 and a $42 and a $39.70 charge that day. I however did not notice this. I than was charged Nov 9 last night for a $42 membership that I had no idea about. Not to mention the information I received from that call was not even close to what was happening as the vet told me to prepare my dog was dying. Yet he was indeed not.
I called today to make sure no more charges and to get a refund from yesterday and find out what happened with these other charges and ended up speaking to a very rude and non professional customer service representative that told me too bad you cant get refunded and gave me a bunch of BS about the charges. $2 to get a membership but $42 on top so I wasted $2 to start with and calls are not included. And I didn't even know I was signing up for a membership but yet thought I was paying $39.70 only to speak to a vet.
VERY MISLEADING COMPANY...
Claimed loss: $2.00, $42.00, $42.00 All loss I wont claim the $39.70n as that was the only charge I agreed to.
Desired outcome: Refunded for the membership fee and for them to be very clear on their website. They can get people who are emotional and desperate to speak to someone about their fur babies and take advantage of that.
