I only used ' justanswer'once sometime in June this year, and $46 had been charged as agreed for the service on 29/6/11. How dare you keep charging me $46 monthly on every 29th of each month, i.e. $46 on 29/7/11, $46 on 29/8/11, $46 on 29/9/11 and $46 on 29/10/11. Your ref. : *Doctors [protected] CA. I am now demanding that you refund the 4 extra months, total $184.00, that you have charged me without my authorization to my account immediately, and then delete my credit card details afterwards. I hope it was a honest mistake. Your explanation regarding this matter would be appreciated. I have already informed my bank to stop giving you further payment, and they will investigate this matter. never recieved response on problems with canon camera.it was submitted 7/8/2009. requested refund, it was submitted on 7/10/2009, still no refund as of 7/22/2009. rayormsby39@gmail.com

I submitted a question and paid for an answer. Never got one.
They got my money, I did not get an answer.
Ironically they emailed me asking for money to 'make sure I got my answer'.
Never again!

I asked just one tax question (which was really never answered to my satifaction - but I agreed just to get the agent off my back) - now I am being charged EVERY month. Even though they do not answer any question and I have tried to cancel, but they won't let me!

On or about August 24, 2010 I ask a question for legal advice and was charged $30.00. I used my Mastercard credit card for the billing. I received my Master Card bill and was charged twice for a total of $60.00. I tried calling the number next to the billing amount, but it refers you to their website: www.justanswer.com/billing. But no response.

This website is a scam and are overcharging pe0ple's credit card.

I was charged for services before rendered. I paid my fee of $15.00 through PayPal. Hoping to get some technical software assistance I waited for someone to contact me and no one ever did. After 3 days I canceled my inquiry and sought help from another company. I find that JustAnswer never credited my credit card for my fee. I want a credit issued to my credit card in the amount of $15.00

I went on this site in August for a quick answer and gave my credit card number, thye said it was a one off but since then thye have continued to take £22 each month from this account.
I can't find an address to write to etc

Simple answer:
Close the account that they are draining and reopen a brand new account and then do NOT give out the new account info.

on 6 June £21.00 was debited from my account, stating ( justanswer Tech CD . . . . ) my last four ! so they are very well informed.
I did do business with them some time ago and paid my bill. so allI can do now is get intouch with my bank and see what they can do.

I’m sorry for any confusion. I think you may have misunderstood our site’s deposit system.

$88 charged to my credit card. I have never signed up for service through JustAnswer. Charge is fraudulent. Called the number listed on my statement and the rep "can't find" any account using the last 4 of the card. Well, there shouldn't be an account at all so that's probably why! Have to wait for a call back within 24-48 hours. It didn't take that long to steal my money. I want it back now! Sick of these scams online taking the hard-earned money of working people.

UPDATE - Received an email and spoke today with Just Answer Supervisor. Account issue has been resolved and charge refunded. Thanks so much Ethan! I'm very glad to know that there are still reputable companies like JustAnswer that believe in customer service.

I HAD AN EXTRA FEE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT I DID NOT AUTHORISE, HAVE PUT THE MATTER IN THE HANDS OF MY BANK, VERY UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR, HOPING TO GET A REFUND AND THAT NO MORE AMOUNTS ARE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.

I have a similar complaint as a number of people, I used this just once paid for accountant advice and was told to contact an accountant in my area. What a load of Bull, these people offered me nothing so I requested a refund. Unreal these people have billed me for this month I told them they were useless. I had not expected to hear from them again. I have not used this service since I was disgusted in their Idea of help. How dare you bill me for nothing I am sick of this sort of ### and expect that you sort out your billings before you just charge someone. You were told I did not want this at all .

You have charged me $39.00 from my credit card which was not authorised. I did not get any reports.
Please refund this amount immidiately.
If I do not receive a refund with in next week, I will be compelled bring the matter with Consumer Council

I have used your service only once and I paid for that service and your are still charging me $69.00 without my authorisation.
I have informed my bank and have been told this is fraud. I have also had 2 extra payment taken from my credit card.
Your were not given the OK to keep taking payments. This is just not on.

My question was about my new Bose Wave III player that I had just brought .I rang them i think between the 14/9/15 - 17/9/15. They charged me twice on the 17/9/15 and then again on 24/9/15.There so called EXPERTS did not even HELP me anyway, stay clear of these A...ES. My experience cost me on the 17/9/15 = $51.50 and on the 24/9/15 = $65.92...TOTAL $117.42 AUD.

I used Just answer for a question and got an answer i also got told that I was on a FREE trial when i checked my credit card I had been charged over $100 I e-mailed them at least three times and never got an answer as to why i ahd been charged for these amounts am still waiting for an answer I was under the impression that Free meant that Free. The amounts were 22 Feb 77.39, 5.53, and 56.39 all for the 22 Feb as well as international fees
