Today, September 22, 2023, I went on justanswer to get help with a legal question. The website immediately pops up into a chat. The rep asks me what's going on and said she will connect me for a $5 completely refundable fee. I clicked the continue button and put in my card info. I was charged the 5 dollars and started talking to the lawyer. A few minutes later I got a notification for a $46 charge. Immediately I went to the customer care chat and was like what is this, it said it was only 5 bucks why am I being charged this. The rep continued to tell me that I was informed of this membership fee and agreed to it, which never happened. I repetitively told her this did not happen and I was not informed, and she continued to tell me it was and I agreed to it and the fee was not refundable. I disconnected to get screenshots of the initial conversation to prove it to her and when I tried to get back on the customer care chat it said bad request, so basically they blocked me from being able to use it, as well as the contact us, and manage membership. I then got the customer service number and called them and was told the same thing by both of the reps, asked to talk to a supervisor and they refused, saying it wasn't a matter for the supervisor, completely talked over me and ignored me, and was hung up on. I went on the website and their refund policy on the website completely differs from what the the terms say. They're scamming people. That was my money for my electric bill, and now I don't know what to do. I need my money back.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund, as well as a response
