KFC review: Cold food, rude customer service 472

I went to the KFC on west vine and everytime I go there they have hard chicken it's not eatable they over cook the. Hockey they don't even give receipts.

I spent over R200 tonight at kfc northcliff for dinner, everything I received was below average, the order was wrong but how am I meant to sprinkle a solid peice of spice over my sprinkle pops ? I Tried to hit it with a spoon to try break up a bit, it didn't even crack! How old is the stuff you are serving ? And how do you expect us to eat this ?

Never answered phones telling me they don't sell hot wings. Food is never fresh and there attitudes and they customer service is unprofessional and uncalled for. Dont think i will ever eat there again.

Every time I buy KFC I feel cheated.

The pieces are small with not very much meat.

Wal-Mart has better chicken than KFC.

I'm not eating anymore KFC. Your commercials show that you have big pieces, and that just isn't the truth in Edmond Oklahoma on2nd st.

i consistently get short changed 1 cent here, might not seem much.. but if i didnt have it i wouldnt get the food.. something needs to be done here... and they need trained in english.i feel very unhappy with this and it can spoil my experience.. can you please get back to me.. regarding any changes made to how things operate at this store..

I was dining at the KFC in Del city, Ok today for lunch, got the $5.00 meal and it comes with a biscuit, I took one bite out of the biscuit and it tasted like it had dishwashing soap in it, left that tingling taste in my mouth, and of course I brought it to the attention of the manager.

I went into store J625110 located at 2111 S. Staples st. Corpus Christi TX. I had a coupon that read at the bottom that additional charges may apply for breast substitutions. Nashville hot or gold may apply. The manager Ashley would not honor making the chicken Nashville hot or gold even tho the coupon clearly states it. She wanted to charge me.

i visited the new boston, ohio store on 2/18/2018 and was surprised to see how dirty it was where they stored the lids for the drinks. everything else in the store looked clean but was disgusted to see this.

Please change your Cole Slaw. It is dry and lacks flavor. Thanks.

employee wouldn't correct wrong order and was rude. I was catering for my son's bday and guest and needed my order to be correct. yes I apologize for the short notice at the store but it's no excuse for rudeness and short mannered employees

Its very bad, service is not good! They don't give you what you order. Most of the time it's wrong! They say they will make it up to you. But generally give you half of what you spend. It's time to put other posting saying same thing! I remember kFC food be special treat. Now is nothing more then waste of money.

I complained about slow service at KFC Wale St Capetown and the lack of Toilet facilities to the customers as the security guard had told me the toilets are not working.
The Manager, Andiswa actually told me to [censored] off and she exchanged words with me. I tried to take a video but managed to take the last part of the argument.

Last night ordered 3 pc and a Pepsi with biscuit ..
After I ate it about 30 min I started feeling concipated
All night long and this morning...please be careful ..

I pull up here and order 5 chicken littles. 1 large potatoe wedge and 3 chicken legs. And Then not only did I have to pull to the side of the building and wait 14 minutes for my food half of the order was ice cold and I'm told they don't even have hot sauce or ketchup to offer.

Very disappointing visit to this store. Food items and paper products left on tables and floors. Restroom beyond unsanitary

Went to KFC on Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas.! To get your five dollar all white meat box. They told me they don't carry it. Why ? They have it available, they just don't honor the ad

Those damn potholes in that parking lot. Everyone knows the local employees cant do anything. Shows how lazy the above leaders actually are. Literally it takes a phone call to do it. I want a call from the OWNER. Not some dumb bass.

On March 31 2018 ordered a fill up meal from the drive thru window once home I had all thighs and a breast that was cold ticket # 1234 I am asking for a full refund of the amount I paid or store credit for that amount

Rude employees, no food ready, no cash due to them not having change, no tissue in bathroom, filthy bathroom, nasty dining floor, trash swept under the trash can, prep area floor nasty and one employee stated they weren't cleaning anything after she knocked an entire sleeve of cups in the floor

i was on front counter waiting on my food and i watched her make my sandwich with no gloves on and she didnt even have the decency to wash and sanitize her hands first. this is not my first time seeing her do this i am a regular customer and i see this all the time the sandwich was the last straw!

This complaint happen last year I gave all the information about costomer service and not only that but it was another costomer that came in the the store. And showed me a better deal for my food and get more at the sametime but soon as i told the cashier i wanted to change my order.She went on to tell me wont mess up my drawer.

Everytime the order is not complete and thr food is not well done. Customer service is not good and their is no support from the staff.

I purchased ten original recipe wing from LCD in Fulton, BY today. They were overcooked and completely dried out. By far the worst OFF chicken I have had.
Made me feel embarrassed I had worked for KFC in accounting the 70s.

We are on vacation in Florida and decided to have a relaxing chicken dinner. Went to KFC in Kissimmee. Ordered the $20.00 special. What a mistake we made. The chicken was burned and stale. Must have been left over from last night. We ordered original but what we got was crispy even though it was dried out original. Worst KFC we have ever been to.

The chicken in the famous bowl was so old that I couldn't even chew it. Had I not driven away I would have returned it immediately! I feel like money was stolen from me, because I didn't pay a discounted price, I paid full price for old food.

I have went to KFC Monday to order chicken livers they said they didn't have any that they would have them later that day when truck ran well I went back three days later to order same thing they told me same thing I feel like its poor management skills they never have what the customer wants

Driving through the drive through the PA system was terrible when trying to explain to the manager she was very nasty

Chickasha KFC needs to be closed down you can't even get good service you go there they don't give you all your order they give you piece of burn up chicken it ain't nothing but some slop. The bathrooms are nasty and stink I am never going back there again .

Wasnt even told that they were out of tenders for the chicken littles. Instead they just put some popcorn chicken on. I understand it was before closing time but alls you had to do was tell me you were out of tenders and I wouldn't of even got it.

The customer service was poor and the food was cold very unpleased with the service I was at the drive thru I had a question to ask the cashier she waved me off then got an attitude when I address her being rude they didn't complete my order on top of that cookies was hard and food wasn't warm

I went to KFC on south main in 610 in Houston Texas yesterday around 8pm threw the drive threw I ordered 2 family specials 8 pieces the meal both meals were not done when I got home the chicken was slimmy omg just a horrible experience I served dinner to a family of 6 no one ate there chicken the breast in thighs had blood in please look into this

The majority of the time this store does not have what is on menu. At 730pm on December 11th they had no breasts. Other times they can't fulfill with crunchy or original. You can place order thinking they will fulfill to wait 15 minutes and be told sorry they sold out. This store needs training.

My husband bought a 20 piece original bucket of chicken from your Litchfield illinois store tonight. It was bad before it was worse tonight. I had to get the salt out it was so dry & flat not to mention overcooked. Plus you had to overlook the hair i found in my chicken. Will not set foot in there again

I recently visited your Shreveport location on Mansfield Rd and was told they were out of chicken. That was the 3rd time it happened. I feel horrible wanting chicken from your establishment now. I feel like I'm bothering people.
