KFC review: Cold food, rude customer service 472

I have Been Coming to this kfc many of time the food have been horrible chicken dried out over cook hard to bite down on not fresh at all like it has been sitting there all day old pieces of chicken I've have never complain I had family come from out of town spent close to $60.00 on my order to have the food taste this awful

I found this feather from my order in bundaberg hinkler kfc so i asked them what u guys do for it and they just said can replace just one piece of that chicken i found it while I eating i feel so bad and disgusting but u guys just try replace only that one? They don't had an apology as well

The Unprofessional way this store is handle is ridiculous. The whole team needs to be re-trained on customer service from the managers to the cashiers and those taking order through your car service. The managers are always frustrated and the attitude is unbecoming of a professional who is supposed to be in charge of a crew of 5-10 people

Wondering why no one has contact my wife and I about becoming the next Colonel and Mrs Sanders.
Yes... people are tired of celebrities taking a shot at the Title.
So why not select a permanent replacement and get back to making the best chicken in the whole damn world?

I ordered a 7 wing special the manager whose name was Martin I believe made a comment " if you want free food go to the shelter" what type of customer service is that ? ! I will be calling corporate that is not the first time ! A young girl stood up for me I heard her at least you have someone who cares about your customers !

Went by one morning before they opened up an a worker was smoking a cigarette while cleaning the windows in the lobby then later drove around the other side store an 3 other employees were standing by the drive thru window smoking too very un sanitary

At YAS MALL KFC, ordered a zinger burger. ZB.

The ZB doesn't look like the one in the picture, the chicken is half the size of the one in the picture. The chicken is also lighter. The tomato is frozen, and not fresh.

I have dropped mail twice on the company site but they are not responding.

I bought 2 famous bowls and there was no chicken in it!

I had ordered 3 meals and 2 were missing wedges a wing and 2 biscuits. I Called first and manager was rude, went into the store again and was told by the manager that "I can wait" then was never attended to The entire meal had to be discarded because it was stone cold by time I got back to eat it. Manager/staff were very unprofessional. Plz help..

Ordered original discovered I had crispy, hard fried and dry. I did not receive a receipt. I had a $5 coupon. I will not go back to this particular KFC. Not requesting compensation.

We found a piece of the spine in one of the $20.00 fill up. We have a 2 year old. What if he are it and could have choked. We called the manager. He was so nice about it. I stressed it wasn't his fault. It's the chicken company's that send them the chicken.

I have placed various orders at ur restaurant and I have not one time got my order right. This time I didn't receive my biscuits and paid for them. I call and I get no response! Please fix this bc I love KFC and eat their all the time. I believe they need more experience staff

I have ordered 2 zinger supreme meals and it was supposed to be delivered at 06:45 pm as mentioned on the attached mail but I didn't receive the order till now 07:20 pm and when i called kfc egypt complaint, they told me that there is a problem in the site and we start the order all over again and you don't have the right for any compensation.

My chicken was raw inside and it was take out and the service was very bad. I love KFC but this was a nightmare. My soda was flat and I didn't receive the condominium that I asked for.

I'm a senior and get a free drink when I order, I love the chicken pot pies but when I order one I don't want the cookie and I should get a free drink but I'm charged the same amount as if I took the cookie and did not get a free drink.

Ive stop in the kfc in Greenville Nc twice this week and order a 10 piece hot wing both timed they gave me a 5 piece call store manager and she told me to start checking my box 4 i leave unacceptable thats there job not mines

The Chicken is not fully cooked. It's not pink but still under cooked. And doesn't taste like KFC chicken. And they usually mess up the orders.

I had a coupon for a free go cup when I got my food it was old, now this was at lunch 12 pm there is no reason why my food being old. This is lunch time I got to eat a few of my wedges. Just because it was free doesn't mean you can give people old stuff.

The food was cold, drinks were bad ( I tried every single one) the customer service was some of the worst I have seen here. I am a member of the US Military and they save they give free small sides which we asked for but did not receive.

The lobby was closed, it was supposed to open until 9:00. I requested grilled chicken no grilled chicken was possible. This is the third time this has happened. We have three locations if I choose to eat at KFC I go to the other locations as I did tonight. It is sad because this is the closest location to me. Thanks for your time.

We usually get corn on the cob fresh here. However this experience was awful. We got a side of corn which was 4 cobs. Took it out of foil and smelled it before we got to bite it. Had been reheated more than it should. Or reused. Just wanted to let someone know that could have made us sick.

I live by KFC THIS IS CONVENT FOR MY FAMILY But worst store ever the mangers are rude and disrespectful and everyone working looks unclean and has bad teeth
