KFC review: Cold food, rude customer service 472

Paulpietersburg KFC is terrible, it's either you close it or you improve your service. Even their customer service is bad, i once ate their meat and I felt sick and the meat is not well cooked, it's not the same KFC that I always have on the other places. It's either you do something or I will take this further.

Now i eat at KFC at least 3 times a week and wondered whyyy my stomach would hurt me thinking chicken grease okkk but nah i go in order my food as i fix my drink it was coming out like it was cloged so i look under and what i see mold built up like just nasty i ask fa a manager and she stated that she was to busy to deal WITH me so i took pictures

Apparently your chickens (the drivers can't drive in this). 8 called in an hour before to ask if they are open for delivery and they said yes.

The chicken tasted old and over fried. The meat was hard and dry inside and the crust was old and tough, couldnt eat it. Tried to call and no one answered. The mac and cheese was overcooked and ended up being a glob of glue. Biscuits were hard and cold, crumbled when we tried to open them. Gravy was cold. Coleslaw and mashed potatoes were fine.

I haven't heard of KFC helping any child... and we doing every day. We have to witness it

Why is it that when you buy through the drive thur you hardly ever receive the cookies in the $5.00 Fill up box it was listed on my receipt but not in the box. This is at the Nashville, Ga. 31639 #L940017 I ordered two fill up boxes.

Allways out of items listed on menu. Allays. When i enter the store my first question to them is" (what are you out of today)" so i know what not to order.
Today they had no pot pies, no original chicken and no grilled chicken. 1pm in the evening. Its allays something every time i enter the establishment. Sad

Hi, My name is Mary Johnson I don't know what happen with the cooks at the KFC in Irom but for the past 2 till 3 weeks i have experience some of the disgust half cook chicken and salty places do better so when I pull up to the window I see the General manager and another manager kissing and hugging seem not professional at all..

Delay the delivery almost one and half in hour until now and I received a call from the delivery said they delivered to other area, the family all upsets and I think last time I will order thru kfc online .

The chicken was old hard turning green been sitting way to long tasted like old grease got shorted 1 gravy and 2 biscuits

This was advertised online with two large potatoes and gravy and four biscuits for $19.99. When we got to the store, we were charged $18.99 for 10 pieces of chicken and No sides. That is false advertising. We will never buy KFC again.

Your prices go up and up. We love it but can't afford it anymore.

Complaint same issues

I ordered a breast and thigh xtra crispy, potato wedges and Cole slaw. What I got was breast and wing, mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Then at the window I asked for butter and jelly but got honey and jelly. I did not open the bag until I was home since I assume that it will be done correctly. It doesnt seem to much to expect that.

I drove 10 miles one way I order 8pc meal box I got home and there was a hair and something stuck to it in my chicken leg not to mention thay let a truck pull in front of me and I had to set there 15 mins when he was behind me

On May 5th 2019 at 8:32pm i went through the drive through and ordered 30 hot wings and potato wedges. I have been to this kfc on more than one occasion and every time they get my order wrong and I stay a few mins away but this time I went and I order a famous bowl with a biscuit mt.dew light ice and the Oder they give me is tenders wedges and two hard biscuits the only thing they got right was my drink I didn't get no receipt either

Lately we're noticing that the chicken pieces here in the Morristown, Tn Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant are getting smaller and smaller! Today I received two chicken that were so small and dry I couldn't/wouldn't have even attempted to eat them in fear of breaking my teeth out! Something needs to be done! 24th may 2019, 3pm ..Kedah, Amanjaya Drive through Branch, Infested with flies. The staffs were not bothered, they didn't even have work to do as there are no customers, but none wiped the tables clean.. food scraps were just swept under the chairs.

Ankeny, Iowa KFC on May 23rd. I ordered the tenders meal with the menu board said 12 tenders, 2 sides, 4 biscuits, and drink. Employee informed me that the menu was outdated and the drink was not included and they wouldn't honor the difference.
