It's all the bad remarks that you can give to an organization; no efficiency, no protocols, no professionalism and of course with an outstanding remark of an awful public transportation service. At least 6 times a day, the train is late, at least 10 times a week you're stranded in the middle of your journey... It's always "we're sorry for the inconvenience" tone with ktmb. All their sorry's are being washed down the sewer. Something has to be done or it's going to cause ktmb great and it's a total humiliation to our tourism industry.

I was sitting the 1.30 ktm train from subang to Klang I was I didn't notice anything unusual until I went back home and my wallet was stolen
Harap jadual pkul 6 dianjak jadi 6:14 juga seperti pkul 7 punya, kerana mejority balik kerja pkul 6 tak sempat nak grab train pkul 6:09. Kerana train tak smua yg dekat dengan kawasan kerja, ad yg 10 minit ke kawasan train. Harap rayuan saya dapat di pertimbangkan
master pemalas bukak kaunter..asal pergi je kaunter tutop..tiga kali saya pergi kaunter tutop..banyak makan gaji buta je..senang betul kerja dorang bukak time kereta api tiba je..bukan nak memudahkan kerja orang tapi menyusahkan kerja orang..ingat orang lain tak ada kerja lain ke nak buat..harap pihak atasan ambil tindakan
Please adhere strictly to the schedule, one delay on types of transport will causes the delay of the other. U never know how urge ur passenger is. And if delay cant be avoided, make sure u provid a valid reason and if necessary a compensation to ur passenger. I’ve experience 2 hours delay of ktm just because the ETS cant come on time.

The toilet at ground floor is always closed. Passengers are requested to go upstair instead. For emergency cases as well as time constraint, we prefer that the toilet at the ground floor near waiting area of Platform 1 to be reopen and remains open for the benefit of the passengers. Thank you for your early attention and cooperation.
So many guys are still on ladies coach even though there is announcement. It's no just the foreigner, also local peoples. Shame on it.. Please thake action on this kind of peoples. It's happened on Sunday 11/Sept.. it's train from Tampin to Batu caves.

My Seat is table seating and I fine cocorouh in my seat and ada gatal.. When I complain to the pegawai said train penuh tidak bantu saya... I have pay for my seat and travel for 4hours with this conditions? Train kerajaan pun kena scam..
I enter terminal at BTS. Waiting train to KL sentral 30min not arrive. All train arrive is to south. What kind stupid schadule? Estimation not accurate. Kindly improve before provide the service. I enter BTS 1750. Untill 1904, still no train heading to batu caves. Really stupid. Much batter you state that we only route to south no way to north.

It can arrive at KL Central station around 10:35 but at 10:54 AM still stay at KL station.

A lot of male passenger does not obey the rules on women coach is only for WOMAN. Can you do something about this? Before this, I often saw officers will do rounds. But, nowadays, not so much or barely does. PLEASE

Please display on your operation hours , and your customer service is so bad. Please improve.
Your driver often depart before the scheduling time. I am mentioning the Mid Valley 6.15pm driver. Please try to leave 1-2 minutes after scheduled time instead of leaving before scheduled time.
Saya nak complain setiap kali saya ambik train KTM, train akan tiba tiba berhenti 15hingga 30 minit, kadang - kadang akan berhenti sejam untuk solat. Masa itu emas, please take noted don't waste other people time!

Train tidak on time. Lebih setengah jam lambat untuk sampai ke destinasi seterusnya sebab banyak berhenti. Asyik menunggu untuk memberi laluan pada train lain.
Please consider increasing frequencies of KTMB shuttle trains frequencies from JB Central to Woodlands especially during :-
. Peak hours
. Weekends
. Public Holidays.
KTMB need to study their tickets sales for the above days and times and will surely noticed the high demands as seats are fully booked all the time.

I'm traveling in KTM Tiroi to KL Sentral. All I see us a bunch of guys sitting in the Female Coach D and refusing to move.
We wanted to sit in Female Coach because of safety and right now it does not feel like it.

I took a KTM train from Nilai to KL sentral and there’s more men seated and standing in the LADIES COACH. It’s sick to see as how the public is taking things for granted and no one is able to voice out since the ladies are lesser than men in the coach.

I was able to enter with IC from batang benar to kajang with a balance of rm9. I don't not bring along any cash and I told the staff that i was willing to pay by card or ewallet. The staff at kajang here are so rude that she first call me to settle on my own to find cash, find an atm machine on my own, call friend to come to pay cash.

during 26th March 2023 about time 1457 the ktm stop sudden and it looks like the ktm restart again... there is no aircond and stop for about five minute below a very hot weather. Hope that this will not happen in the future.
There are many smoker in the train that make the whole coach smells like cigarettes. Ktmb should consider putting a no smoking signboard or the crew should stop the people from smoking because basically you don't smoke in a train. Take note there are also children in the coach and students in there. Please do something about this

From Nilai to KL sentral

On 24.04.2023 12:00pm Shouldn’t the customer on board bring along their earphone or softer the sound of video during on board. It will disturb other passenger resting. I hope there is a rules or staff that can walk around and control this issue. As they are not respecting others passenger who need to have a rest.
This happen again on 8th May 2023 8:30am. Always saw there have male inside Female coach. Not sure is because not enough pink or the sticker not enough big but always have male inside female coach. Especially when peak hours, those coach is for pack with female but there always have male inside female coach.
Saya datang pada tarikh 12/5/23 sebelum jam 1.58 tengah hari. Saya dapati tiket saya ada masalah untuk scan tiket di scanner. Saya memerlukan bantuan staff untuk menyelesaikan masalah tiket saya. Malangnya, tiada staff berada di kaunter mahupun di tempat scanner tiket. Ini menyebabkan saya terlepas perkhidmatan ETS untuk pulang ke kampung halaman.

I took train Padang Besar to Butterworth. I think the aircodition not woroking no fan and have many customer( full) so you should be cheak everything okay just bring train to run .

Always stop at station Batang Benar or Labu wait up to 20-30min for nothing. Please lah 16 year operate still never improve the delay issue
I was charge RM79.20 from my CIMB Bank on 23rd January 2024 when i was using KTM from KL Sentral towards Port Klang Station arriving at 0019Hrs.
I was charged RM33 (found deducted from my KTMB e-wallet) for a journey from KL Sental to Petaling Station last month. Lodged a complaint and after a long delay, KTMB reimbursed me the amount. KTMB entry machines and KITS is flawed.
Went to KTM Serdang just now. The services still poor after all these years especially the staffs at the counter. The staff at KTMB are still not friendly "muka masam" all the time after all these years..Why? Is it so miserable working with KTMB. Staff at MRT n LRT are much better
