It's all the bad remarks that you can give to an organization; no efficiency, no protocols, no professionalism and of course with an outstanding remark of an awful public transportation service. At least 6 times a day, the train is late, at least 10 times a week you're stranded in the middle of your journey... It's always "we're sorry for the inconvenience" tone with ktmb. All their sorry's are being washed down the sewer. Something has to be done or it's going to cause ktmb great and it's a total humiliation to our tourism industry.

Waited for train to Sg Gadut from KL Central at 11:20 a.m. today Sunday 11 November 2018. We board the train at 11:18 it goes in the opposite direction to Kuala Lumpur, the train diriver throws about 80 passengers off the train and then changes direction and goes back KL Central. My friend was late for teh train and eactly the same train arrives at KL Central. Professionalism to KTMB mean stranding passengers at the wrong train station to wiat one and a half hours in the heat with no fans at Kuala Limpur station. These are former Prime Ministre Najib supporters so that says it all. It cost me RM16 in taxi fare to make my apointment.
At KTM Alor Setar station.
It seems no urgency and issue being taken seriously by KTM to repair the elevator at platform 2. Seeing elderly walking down very tirelessly and those on wheelchair asking helps to carry them down. It's really unsafe and unwanted accident could happen.
Will like to complaint at Padang jawa station why the toilet for male and female always closed for at least more than 2 months. Especially at morning, . This is very inconvenient for the customer when wanted to use. Kindly help to improve the services to care the customers needed. Hope this issue can be identified and fixes.
I have to wait for 1 hour and half for the train to move. They didn't even try to apologize or explain why we as the customer to pay them should wait for 1 and half hour for the train to move. Not everyone have time to waste like this. What a lousy customer service. Their official website didn't even has a customer feedback mechanism.
The lady duty at klang KTM station on 5th Nov morning was very rude and impatient. Every time when I buy tickets from her like she is my boss or owing her money. Please provide customer service training for her to improve service quality at klang station. Tq.
Bought the ticket online thru KTM website and payment is successful, however did not receive the booking.I guess is due to server error! I've lost count on how many times I tried to call the centre and NOBODY is picking up the phone call !

I already paid the RM33 for the KTMB-I card, but it says on my application status on KTMB website that no payment has been made . Please fix as soon as possible as I use the ets regularly, so I am at a lost if I keep using it without the card . I have provided the screenshot of my account transaction statement and it clearly states I have paid
I am currently at bandar tasik selatan station waiting for train to miss valley megamall. The time of departure kept changing and it's a waste of time. It's service is very bad and lousy. Need a lot if improvement.

I reach BTS at 9.48pm and the board mention the train to Seremban will reach at 10.22pm and I keep wait until 10.22pm the train also haven't reach. Until I wait 11.30pm only the train reach. I waited one hour plus for the train. This is too horrible. How to improve your service. Place to sit also don't have. Bad service that I have seen.

Hi KTM. as i am using KTM everyday and will seat in the Women Coach. i feel uncomfortable due to everyday there will be a GUY seat in the Women Coach. then the guy get a seat while the women need to stand. can you guys please do something regarding this matter. you guys can use a cctv to trace them in women coach and asked them to move out
No beep sound on touch n go machine at stesen btg benar..just find out today 2may2019 why i hv been penalty-fined on 28april2019 at stesen bts.

I came to Ipoh to purchase ETS ticket and the staff Azmah is so rude and unprofessional in dealing with customer. She also take a long time in solving my problem and I had to asked someone else to solve it. I hope your staff can improve their attitude.
My card touch and go from batang kali to sungai buluh its not insane because i have to paid RM27.20 to that station. If online website the price is only RM4.50
On 8 Mei 2019, the tren was delay and taking so long from kl sntral to seremban.Ktmb should do something to fixed this problem. Hence, your should not charge the passenger if the mistake happen from your side like RapidKl do when they facing a problem.Please be matured in services since to many people using your services.

I would like to bring up to the attention on ktm online server. This online server has been down for months and until today its still not get it done. It's very inconvenient for customer who want to buy train ticket. Please look into this small matter and get it done soonest. Thank you.

I had in 2016 cancelled my return trip from Shah Alam to Butterworth and till today have not receive my refund.
We have reached KTM station at 8:23PM .
Schedule write on time timetable 8:25PM, train from Butterworth to Sungai Petani .
What does it mean on time timetable?!
We ran from ferry to KTM .🙄 And the workers close the gate at 8:23 PM .

Only in Malaysia, the stupidest train system exist here. Unreliable timing, route changes without notifications, and unreliable workers. It will make you late for 1 hour anywhere. [censored] you KTM Berhad
I do feel disappointed because the train had stop about 3 hours. Such waste of time and you need to improve the service quality. We as citizens absolutely will use the KTM service but in way dont make us feel the burden of waiting for such that long. Im sorry
PLEASE! MAKE SURE, train come every hour. I wait at batang kali since 11am to 12pm and there is no train come. Once I reached rawang and I missed the ets train. PLEASE BE SURE MANAGE YOUR TRAIN TIME TABLE WELL.

Upgrade ktm service pass the Tanjung malim route to central kl, recovering timetable time from rawang to central kl !
Please don't give trouble to user, expensive ticket prices but bad system !
