I was awaiting a package from oldnavy.com being delivered by lazership. I checked the tracking last night 8/24/2023 at 11 pm and it showed awaiting package from carrier. So I added delivery instructions for my package to not be left unattended and for delivery driver to knock on my apartment door before leaving my package unattended. This morning I checked the order status from oldnavy.com and it showed returned for refund. When contacting oldnavy.com they said that the delivery company marked my package as unable to deliver so oldnavy automatically put it for returned for a refund. What I don't understand is how did it go from8/24/2023 at 7:40 pm awaiting package from carrier to undeliverable? When checking my tracking info it doesn't even say anything aside from waiting for parcel as of 8/24/2023. Did lazership even receive it? It's bad enough I was already receiving it late, I needed what I was awaiting for for work and now I have to either reorder it again or figure something else out! This isn't the first time I'm having issues with lazership and packages being delivered to me. I've had shien packages stolen because lazership left my package in my lobby. I've had a Walmart package stolen because they left a package by the elevator doors. I've had lazership leave another oldnavy package without knocking at my door thankfully I got that one because I happened to be leaving and saw it. And I've had several situations where, like this one, it goes from I'm waiting for my package to lazership claiming its undeliverable! Lazership is not a good delivery company! I'm complaining because drivers, or perhaps company as a whole, think that if an excuse exists and can be used then that's the go to option as opposed to delivery of packages! I wish I had a choice in companies using lazership because I'd chose not to! I receive all my packages with much less issue from every other delivery company. Every time it's lazership I know either I have to stay at my window awaiting that little yellow truck or my stuff will be stolen or I won't be receiving it at all because of some bogus reason! I hope someone figures out what the problem is, trains the delivery drivers better so they can take their job more seriously or something. Because this is just ridiculous!
Desired outcome: Company get better at their jobs. Drivers, receivers or whoever be better at their jobs.
