This company has the worst customer support syatem i have ever seen. You can look online and you'll find 4 seperate "customer service" numbers, which all link back to the same automated answering system. From there, you'll get 5 choices, which all result in the same automated message telling you to go to the website and fill out the form at the bottom of your tracking history. There is an option to text with a live agent, however after a few exchanges, they tell you to go to the website to fill out the dorm at the bottom of your tracking history and then they cease all communication. I recently ordered parts for a time sensitive project from an online vendor and 2 out of the 3 packages shipped with lasership. The packages arrived at the local processing warehouse 3 days after receipt from the vendor. There they became stuck in a "doom loop", being loaded onto a truck for delivery, driven around for a couple of hours and then taken back to the warehouse because the shipment needed more information for delivery. This process continued for 3 days, even after filling out the aforementioned "form" every time the shipment was returned, and finally on the fourth day, the company attempted delivery at 615pm to a facility that closes at 5pm, every day. After the attempt the shipment was returned to the warehouse which is less than 30 minutes from the delivery location where it sits today, awaiting more information for delivery with an updated delivery date 3 days from now, nearly ten days after it was initially expected.
Desired outcome: Delivery of packages held hostage by an incompetent shipping organization
