Today I went to LBC SM Cebu Branch to claim the money sent to me. It was 4:07PM, I was glad that there were only few customers waiting (2-3 i guess). I went to the counter and filled out a claim form which i did immediately. After patiently waiting for almost an hour i went back to the counter to ask about my transaction since I've been waiting there for so long. When i got to the counter i was told that i did not filled out a transaction form and was ask to write again. After waiting for almost an hour i wasted my time for nothing because they lost my form and had to transact once again. If only they were that busy attending to many customers, i would have understood why it happened but they were not. there were only few customers one or two coming in and out from their office. I was furious because i wasted an hour for nothing and had to go through my transaction again. Im not asking to fire those employees for this mistake but i would want you to call their attention reprimand these people for not doing their job right. Because of this i would not want to recommend LBC to any of the people i know due to the inconvenience they caused me. I don't know if they value time but i hope they wont waste other people's time. Please improve your service this goes out to SM Cebu LBC Branch.
