I am complaining about the behavior of your staff
This is my 2nd transaction in your branch at SM Lananag Premiere, Davao City, and your staff who assisted me was Mr. Rommel Ramirez (based on the receipt).
Just today, I never got a good customer service from this person. He was in a hurry. He asked me the PHONR NUMBER of the person I am sending tghe docs, but I replied I only got the telephone number in the office, and he just kept on saying, "BAWAL NA YAN SIR, KAILANGAN ANG PHONE NUMBER", (wala kc akong phone number sa padadalhan ko kasi sa office naman yun). Then he said, "YUNG NUMBER MO NALANG GAMITIN KO". I just said "OKAY". Thne he continued. Suddenly after, he threw the receipt in front of me, (the receipt for signing) he never even said to sign the receipt, he just threw it. Nabastosan lng ako. I assume he really wanted the transaction to be done quickly, because after I signed the receipt, he got his phone real quick, as no one was next in line after me.
I hope you will call his attention. Some people like him continue to be rude on their clients without management knowing. This might be isolated, but I used to work as a customer service rep. There must be some other appropriate way to assist your clients.
remittance
On 11/10, I sent a remittance to a person in QC. It was done thru your online portal and shows as ready for pickup. It is now 8 days later and funds not delivered. Recipient is told no funds sent. I have called LBC 800 number 2 x and verified funds are available. Now for 2 more days, they claim to be offline. I do not believe any banking service should be offline for 48 hrs and you are fraudulently withholding my funds that were sent for an emergency . This is the 2nd time I have had this issue with LBC in QC-you are illegally withholding money for the sake of personal gain at the expense of your customers. I send money to Iloilo and Guimaras every month without problems but this office in QC continues to operate without oversight. I have already filed a complaint with the US FCC and Philippine Dept of Finance and await an answer. I have tried using your Facebook account but it does not allow private messages which is another example of fraudulent activity. How can you discuss a transaction on your public boards?

They offer worldwide Delivery but they have limited ODZ. They should inform the Sender ahead of time for them to be aware and choose other courier that could deliver the package to the said address.
Desired outcome: Be clear and Concise with what they are offering. Refuns of the shipping fee as it cost MUCH nad can't provide the service they offer.

Good Day Ma'am and Sir! I would like to complain about the bad wrappings of my product which is my laptop.. the bubble wrap isn't secured enough and the box was too big. So there is a tendency that the item was damaged during shipment. As I received it for the first time, I tried to charge my laptop but it wasn't working. Every time I go to LBC Vermont location I always get horrible attitude fro theses ladies. One of them is Minerva Capistrano and other one I don't know her name but she is older one with glasses on. Revo told me that he will disconnect the call and put the phone down just like that, despite my request not to.

It was a terrible experience fhat we had with LBC Marcos District today. The teller refused to assist us and keep on saying that its already cut off though it's only 4 PM today Nov 13 2021. She shouted and saying so many bad things and she also said that if she will assist us it will be inconvenient for her and not even thinking about the customers sake. It was so sad that you have an employee like her, who can afford losing a regular customer and ruining the credibility of the company. Please escalate this message to the Manager and give this employee a sunction. We will go back tomorrow to get the parcel. I hope she wont be the teller by then. Rude, arrogant and unprofessional staff
Just want to complain about the staff here in lbc narra in macapili bldg osmena corner rizal ave. Your staff are rude especially the two men, mr. Dela cruz, the guy is tall and has mole under his nose. And the rude and arrogant butch dayrit. They refused to deliver my package because they said they dont deliver in our place, but I know that they can deliver package in our place. They are just lazy to deliver it.. When I came to their office I saw the riders and and saw them are just sitting, doing nothing. When I claimed my package the tall guy who has a mole under his nose asked me, are you the woman who complained earlier? Like omg. He dont even know how to speak with his customer in a nice way?, I was complaining and asking why they dont want to deliver my package in my house? Especially im expecting it to delivered in my house since it was marked as deliver in the house and not pick up in their office.. So rude and arrogant person.. They dont know how to speak to their customer well and they are trying to argue with me, so rude and arrogant staff and they think that im just a kid thats why they didn't respect me. I'm here to file a complaint. I bought a vintage Nikon lens online through a verified seller, Edward Ashley Arcilla [protected]) from the instagram store @filmstuff.ph. But when the package arrived, I opened it and there was nothing inside it but bubble wrap!
The waybill number of the package is 32000002240160.
I have complained to the seller about this issue and he has replied to me fairly quickly. He double checked to make sure there was no mistake on their part, but he assured me that they really did send the camera lens as intended. He also told me he will speak with LBC about this issue, as well.
As I have bought other camera gear from his shop before, I know that it wasn't a scam, nor was it a mistake on the store's part. The seller also assured me that he declared the value of the product (3, 500 pesos) and that it was officially insured. So, knowing all these factors, I have concluded that it might have been a problem with the delivery service itself.
Though the box of the package is intact and the seal or tape of the box didn't seem to look like it was tampered with from the outside, however I want to double check with LBC anyway if it was possible that it could have been stolen while on the way? Perhaps by someone working there?
I do not want to ask for a refund, I simply want to get the lens back into my possession if possible. So, if you could, please kindly look into it? If not plausible, I will demand a full refund for the inconvenience. If proven that the item in the package was indeed stolen, I find that it's despicable. For the company's security and system to be subpar or mediocre for the customer's need. This is the first time for me that this has happened.

Last October 31, 2021, i did a transaction in nepo mall branch pampanga a set of documents sealed in a hard envelope to zamboanga city branch. It took 6 days for delivery and when it arrived, the receiver noticed that those documents were crumpled as uploaded in your photo option and it was very disappointing. FYI, These documents are about to be processed in PRC government branch and those "same" papers will be sent to CGFNS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Do you think, its decent to send these papers to other country due to your reckless delivery? Please be considerate

I've sent a documents to someone and addressed it and to be pick up at your Marawi branch but instead of dropping it in Marawi branch, it was dropped at Iligan branch which is so far from the receiver. Those are very important documents and needed ASAP.
The Iligan branch already texted us that they've received the parcel and it was picked up by someone which was not the receiver and I contacted the receiver that they haven't picked up the parcel yet due to its very far from their location.. LBC will take your money and confirm COD but when the parcel arrives at the delivery hub, they will not contact the recipient and will not deliver, saying the area is not serviceable even though other couriers can go there freely. They don't ask the customer where they can pickup the item. They will just return the item to the sender. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Their email customer service is useless. They'll apologize and not do anything, just tell you to ask help from the origin branch. Branch will then email the receiving branch. EMAIL! CSR COULD HAVE DONE THAT INSTEAD OF MAKING US TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO THE BRANCH! In the end, you paid shipping fee for nothing! When you call [protected] to provide instructions, someone will pickup and say the line is choppy even if it's clear and then hang up. LBC's customer service is incompetent and lazy, just like their delivery crew! LBC IS A $#*!ING SCAM!
