Hi, i would like file a complain against your company. Here's what happened my boyfriend had a transaction with your LBC branch at silang, cavite. and he had a package pick up from binangon rizal. it's a "payment upon pick-up" process and ineexpect nya na package ay 3DS and little did he know that package is not what he's expecting ang nasa box ay GLOBE router na naka box. May transaction sya with a seller sa Carrousell na app and he's name is Roy, San Jose and ginamit pa yung company nyo para makapag scam, aren't you gonna do anything about it? dapat nga bago ipadala i-declare muna yung package eh para specific and clear. he deposited 3k upon payment, and sinasabi lang ng mga taga LBC na process na daw sa system wala ng magagawa, is that how your company works? please please do something about it. it's not only about the amount deposited eh, how poor your company process packages works, ganun ganun lang magpa process? PLEASE this is so disappointing and birthday pa naman ng boyfriend ko today tapos ganyan mangyayare, kung person to person lang transaction eh, eh kayo yung middle man tapos you guys let this happened. tapos i called customer care and all dinidiin pa yung shipper na lang kausapin, ano wala talaga kayong magagawa? like wtf kahit man lang i hold yung payment? para di mapunta sa scammer

Last July 17, 2019., May nag-padala sakin ng item from Taytay, Rizal going to Silang, Cavite (Boundary din ng Santa Rosa, Laguna). Badly needed po ang motorcycle part na ito para sa isang event. Chine-check ko araw araw ang update nila sa website or sa app pero until now (July 21, 2019) ay wala pa rin nakakarating. Paulit ulit lang ang update nila na iexpect ang package within the day and In-Transit pa rin ang nakalagay. May nagpadala naman noong nakaraan pero 1 day lang ay nareceive ko na. Ano po kaya talaga ang status. Sana magawan ng paraan. Walang sumasagot ni-isa sa customercare hotline. Kahit sa ibang branch walang makatulong. Tinawagan ko na rin ibang number pero walang sumasagot.

9:55pm tumawag ang nag pakilalang crew ng lbc, at itong call n ito na kina cancel q, pagkat natutulog na kami. Hanggang inulit nya ang ang tawag at naka tatlong tawag sya sa dis oras ng gabi. Kincancel q lahat ang tawag nya. Saka q sya nireplyan.. Na gabi n ito. Bukas mo pa namn idedeliver ung item, bakit k ngaun tumatawag sa dis oras ng gabi.
D nq nakatulog ng gabi iyon. Ganun po ba talaga ang lbc kahit dis oras ng gabi ay tatawag sa mga customer ninyo sa disoras ng gabi.. Sobra naman po pag ka hari nyu sa padala, pati dis oras ng gabi iniistorbo ninyo ang mga customer ninyo..

Sinubukas ko tumawag sa kanya gamit pa ang isang number q. Ayun lumusot ang tawag at ang sumagot ay babae na. Sinasabi ng babae n hindi daw sya connected sa lbc, at walang ibang gumagamit ng cp nya. Baka na orient na sya ng asawa nyang si gilbert.
Since hindi na sumasagot sa txt q ung crew ni lbc, pumunta aq ng lbc delivery branch, cor lacao and manalo st. At doon aq nag reklamo sa kanila, saka ko nalaman ang pangalan ng crew nila n si f gilbert pili na kanila daw naman reliver pag tambak ang idedeliver nila, nakuha q ang item pero nawala n si gilbert or lbc na dapat mag deliver nito sa aking tahanan sa sta monica. Nakuha q ang item pero nag reklamo aq sa kanila at sa manager. Gagawa din aq ng formal letter complain lbc delivery palawan at isusuit q ito. Nais q lang din malaman ninyo lbc main office para magawan ninyo ito ng agarang action..

Before nagpalakad ako ng documents, sya ung nakausap ko sa office binigay yung number nya every time na magfofollow up ako ndi ngrereply. At first he was good but then prang deadma na xa palagi. Ung documenta ko nareceive na pala minemesage ko sya hindi ngrereply wla din nagdedeliver sa akin nung documents to think na ininform ko sila na kailngang kailngan ko un on time. Late nadeliver kahit nasakanila na ng ilang araw ung documents. Tapos nagiinquire ako again for another thing parang napakaunapproachable nya. Simpleng tanung ndi masagot ng direcho. Prang walang product knowledge napakaunhelpful! Nakakainis namimili ata ng costumer o ndi siguro masaya sa trabaho nya kaya ayaw iassist ang costumer ng mabuti. Price lang ng shipping fee ndi masagot ndi ko naman hinihingi ang exact price estimated price lang gusto pa ata dalin ko ung item dun sknila pra lang mabigay nya skin ang estimated price. Kayo nang bahala hindi maganda sa image ng company nyo ung ganyang klaseng staff wlang pagaalaga sa mga costumer nyo panu babalik balik ang costumer kung ganyan ang magaassist. Sana maaksyunan!

This LBC staff has a very bad customer service, my number was reflected in the screen of LBC telling me to go to teller number 4, he already called customer number when he was not even ready yet to transact the next client, my number was C067, and other tellers were already calling until 71st client and he did not even bother to tell me "pasensya na at may ginagawa pa ako sa ibang teller ka na" even when i was complaining he just pretend he is not affected at ang mukha pa walang pakialam . This is promoting a bad image of LBC. Tumawag ng ibang clients without being sorry to what he did to me. I hope he will be sanctioned accordingly.

So directly from a former customer service team member told me...
"When you call for a lost/missing parcel and we take your info and tell you we will look into and call you back within days...
Well we don't generally send anyone to look for your item...
We just hope it turns up within the days as it usually does (not all the time i know) or hope you give up.
With so much automated sorting and lack of people in their sorting facilities/depots parcels/letters simply fall or get jammed in machines sometimes and are set a side until a sender or receiver contacts them to try find it.
With their lack of organisation and compenent people it takes a while or sometimes never happens.
Call much as you like but most the time we'd just take the call to keep you happy and then go on with our day."
I think something like a royal commission into philippine post needs to happen now.
People need to ban together and make our voices heard. Probaly start with the ACA show etc to let others know (out side this group) they are not alone and it's time for a change.
We need Accountability, Professionalism, Integrity, Transparency, Reliable and Accurate tracking and Better Communication.

Hi, i would like to raise a complaint for the delivery person who is responsible for the tracking # i forgot. . My friend have sent me this item the other day and she told me it was supposed to arrive yesterday, however i did not receive any delivery yesterday. So she told me that it might be delivered today. Luckily, one of your delivery persons have texted me around 10:59am and was asking for the nearest landmark. Immediately i responded as quickly as possible and informed him that i am currently at the office and somebody else will receive the item for me. To my surprise, the person replied to me not just in a demanding way but as well as in a very rude way. Again i responded to him and gave him a side comment that he is way very rude and that he should be mindful with it. Since, around 11:10 am, he never replied to my messages and i texted him again for a couple of times regarding the time of the delivery so i could give my sister a heads up about it. He never replied and i tried calling the number but he was out of reach. Around 2:14pm this afternoon, my sister told me that the item has already been delivered. Good thing that she managed to get his name. JOSELITO BIHO ... please make sure to create a complaint for this person because i am totally upset right now about how he treated me.. sad this you got a person like him in the company who represented the whole image of LBC as "mga bastos" delivery people...

A parcel was sent from Tagbilaran Bohol and for pick up at LBC SM Clark branch. Online tracking indicates that the parcel arrived on July 16, 2019 at 1:13 PM. I went to LBC SM Clark to pick up the parcel. Arrived at the branch at 10:10 AM of July 18, 2019. I waited for 40 minutes and the attendant said I need to come back since she could not find the parcel. This is very inconvenient! Who can locate my parcel? I am going to file a legal case if I don't get my parcel within 24 hours. Take note that the parcel bears a very important document that did not meet the deadline due to mishandling of LBC.
I have another complaint for the staff who assisted me but I will put it in a different complaint as it has a different issue.

I went to your LBC Robinson Antipolo branch at around 5pm. I submitted my form at 5:01pm and the staff told me cut off time is 5pm. I asked for consideration since the payment is for SSS but the staff declined. The staff doesnt seem to have atleast humanity and consideration. I understand the cut off time but I dont think 1 minute will hurt his job. Disappointing and very poor customer service.

The checks I requested my secretary to mail to MISS AVON DUARTE last FEBRUARY 14, 2019 were not received. The address was very specific, Administration Office, 3rd Floor of WH TAFT RESIDENCES, TAFT AVENUE, MALATE MANILA, 1004 METRO MANILA. The contact number of the person concerned was also stated in the form. This is the second time that this incident happened. The first one was last year. The tracking number is [protected] and the ticket number is [protected]. My secretary called Allan, your supervisor in Iloilo, and they tried to trace the whereabouts of my mail. According to my secretary, somebody by the name of Ranque received the mail. I called Ms. Duarte and relayed the message that a certain Ranque received the mail and she said that they have no employee with that name. Again, I told my secretary to call Allan and further tracking showed that your delivery man left the mail at the wrong address at EGI Taft Residences and he allowed Ranque to receive it when she said that she will hand it over. The signage of WH TAFT RESIDENCES is so big and you will never miss it because it is right beside DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY, with a guard on duty 24/7. How IRRESPONSIBLE and NEGLIGENT is your delivery service to make such an error.
He called my secretary to ask if Ms. Duarte received the mail and offered to pay for the mail charges should I send another mail. It is not the mail charges but the checks which were way behind schedule and the CHARGES FOR THE STOP PAYMENT of those checks. Somebody called Ms Duarte and asked if she has received the mail and she said she has not received any; also to inform them if she has received. Your office is the one at fault and you expect her to call? I called your customer service and the reply was very pathetic and did not show any concern knowing that the mail contains checks. She spoke of the time lapse but I, too, did not know that Miss Duarte did not receive the checks. I just wondered when I checked last May why the checks I issued did not pass clearing. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS INCONVENIENCE ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT THERE IS PENALTY FOR STOP PAYMENT OF THE CHECKS. Do we need to go through social media to show how inefficient your office is?

DFA was supposed to deliver our passport thru LBC. I tracked my package. My passport arrived on LBC on July 10. On July 13, the tracking update was written, "Delivery attempted-recipient not at home(card left) but i was at home that time and I did not receive any text or message from them. Now, I don't know what to do. Also, the tracking is not updating anymore. I'm so disappointed. That was my passport.
