cash on delivery payment is not remitted to account
I have a parcel shipped via LBC and the consignee paid using Cash On delivery amounting P5755.00. According to them, Remit to Account only takes 1-3 days after parcel is received. The Parcel was delivered Jun 10 and until today, Jun 25 the payment is not remitted to my account. If I did not check this payment was not remitted, I wouldn't know that I lost P5, 755.00. I have called LBC hotline 6 times, but they kept saying that they will need to Check. My last call was Jun 24 with the OIC named Michelle Ardalles, even promising to call me back the same day to update me, but no one called.
a letter to be delivered from makati to taguig
Our house is just nearly at the back of LBC Waterfun, in Taguig MRT Ave. The delivery of the said important letter was suppose to receive on June 19, 2019 and JUne 20, in the morning I called LBC why there is no delivery and per your customer representative the said letter was returned to the shipper due to shipment issue of incomplete address and no telephone # but upon checking with the CEMI and provided me a copy of the addressee they provided complete address including the celfone #. Nobody contacted us it just mean nobody delivers. I paid P80 for the delivery from Makati to Taguig and you will cause me this damages. I need that letter very badly on June 19. Check the tracking #[protected] it said that on June 20, 2019 it was returned to shipper and I checked it now, nothing was returned to them. How irresponsible LBC doing this to your customer. LBC Manila called my sister in Cebu the week of June 16 stating one of our boxes is wet and delivery will be delayed.
The 3 boxes were delivered in Cebu on June 22 and none of the boxes were wet. However, the following items were missing from the 3 boxes:
35 cans of Spam,
7 bags of chocolates
9 jars of coffee,
2 big cans of coffee creamers
2 boxes of garbage bags
2 boxes of disposable gloves
I had been sending boxes through LBC for the past 15 years and this is the first time items were missing from the boxes.

books delivered was damaged
I sent two books to be delivered in Aklan (Visayas area) last week. I put the books in a plastic to protect the cover from scratches. However, when it was delivered to my sendee the LBC pouch was torn and the front cover of one of the books was heavily damaged like it was dragged on a rough cement. The sendee is asking for a replacement. How can I charged the cost to LBC?

money remittance
June 18, 2019, I made a transaction through LBC (pera padala). It's suppose to be a payment for an Iphone 8 plus buy the seller/scammer who's name is "Jessica V. Lopez" but using "Albert Lopez" as the recipient of the payment. We both agree that day to send a picture of the receipt as a proof. I shade the part of my tracking number so he/she can't use it to encash the money. The day after we transact I didn't receive any updates nor I can call the phone number he/she provided [protected]). Then, Thursday June 20, I went to the store where I remit the money and found out that it was already encashed.
Now LBC, my question is:
1. How come you allowed to process the payment w/o the consignee providing the tracking number?
2. Is it possible that he/she used only the barcode?
3. Why is it, when I ask the teller in the store she can't even track where the transaction was made.
4. The sender should receive a notification once the money has been received, right? But why in my case I didn't?
Up to now June 22 of 2019, I didn't receive any item at all. Also, i found out that the FB account this scammer is using was hacked. So, the picture that is showing in our conversation is not who he/she really is.
I am hoping that my money will be returned and my case to be resolved. Help me to arrest the scammer Jessica V. Lopez but using Albert Lopez as the consignee for payment transaction.

I am a business owner and we send our customer orders thru COD via LBC. Everyday we have 15 to 40 transaction in your New york E rodriguez cubao branch. every afternoon this branch only have 1 staff duty. So whenever we transact our items to this branch, the number of the customers waiting is around 15 to 30, waiting for their turn. Customers are angry to us because we have a lot of transaction. But the problem is not us, the problem is on this branch. Why only one staff every afternoon, you need to add a staff to this branch. Where planning to try J&T express, because of everyday situation in your branch is not good.

Iam expecting a very important document from the bank that contains a very sensitive information that involves money. When i checked on its status it was given to a person that no one knows. It seems they made up a name because even all of our neighbors doesnt have any idea who is Angel Delmo. If they gave it to someone is there any proof that i authorized that person to claim it in my behalf. Or why they did not make sure about the info of that person. Because of what happened there will be a delay on my monthly dues and loans and i will pay for the penalty which should not happen if they are doing their job. They need to be compensated on all of this inconvenience. We are talking about the 50, 000 pesos involved on that document that was stolen or given to unauthorized person. Sa tracking, June 18 ready nanaman for delivery sabi ng LBC, how come that it took 5 days eh alam naman po na perishable yung parcel (pagkain po ang laman).
Nagfollow up po kami (sender ng parcel) sabi i-dedeliver na yung pinadala. Pinagpasapasahan po yung receiver sa LBC bago nila makuha yung padala.
Sira na po ang pagkain, 9 days po bago mareceive? hindi na napakinabangan yung pinadala.
Sana naman iayos niyo naman po ang serbisyo niyo.
Sana marefund po namin yung nagasto namin.

I have not received update re: status of my package. This package was sent for delivery on June 12th. I have been trying to contact LBC customer service to ask for status but they kept saying that they have not heard from their assigned team yet. What is taking this so long to be delivered? I asked Lazada to reach out to LBC too and they said they're investigating. Investigating for what? Why can't this package be delivered on time? If this is lost, you better replace this asap! This has already gone too far. I need this delivered before my father's birthday! Someone needs to be responsible for whatever has happened to my package! I cannot accept an incompetent excuse! The item arrived at MAKATI DELIVERY TEAM 2 on 18 of June 2019 which was delayed, and remains undelivered as of late (19 June 2019).
The non-delivery of goods has caused delaying my refund process. I spent and have wasted much of my time calling LBC Hotline for the update of the product since the online tracker do not show much.
The delay has certainly put me in a very distressing situation.
I demand a clear explanation of the delay and compensation for the time wasted that could never be brought back.
I long this complaint to be escalated and thoroughly investigated to know who is responsible for this negligence in order to prevent similar things to ever happen again.

Hi. Good evening. Just to report you what happened last night june 18, 2019. Around 1845h, I arrived to your branch to send our employees' documents to our head office. Our office is your client for years, fyi. And I assisted by mr. Melchor guico jr. Twice for different dates. But last night is worst day ever! After my transaction with mr. Melchor guico jr. And got home safe, I received 13missed calls and a text msg from our office reporting if I get a package from other client. Text says that from lbc san pedro if I got a package from their client and put in my bag accidentally give it back of else they gonna sue me. They have my identity captured from their cctv. Then lunchtime today I got a call from mr. Melchor guico jr. Ang told me that he accidentally gave the package from other client that was first in the queue. He also told me that he was not the one who texted me last night. To make the story short, he gave the number to the other client I wrote on the info sticker which is our company phone number for heaven sake! And take note the message was read by my superior. Business hours is until 9pm but the one incharge tonight, wednesday refuse to accept my package. It is frustrating because I was told that they only accept package until 8:30. While on the sign board it says business hours is until 9pm. I hurried to get in time before 9pm and only to be inform that operation is until 8:30. Frustrating experience and false info if you intend to serve client until 8:30 then change your schedule details!

I dont know how to start my complain, What I know is you really have a bad service. I am very disappointed for the delay of my important documents from UAE thru SKYNET and until now it is still not delivered in the designated address due to LBC ‘s failure to deliver on time and unreliable service!

The frame was broken despite its good packaging. When I went to LBC Bartolomew Catbalogan branch and ask fir assistance the staff was not accomodating. I approached them in a nice manner but the staff did not give a direct instruction on what I'm going to do and she just glared at me. Bad service. They don't know what to do with my complaints. Bad!
