Please be informed that we have sent a box via air cargo through LBC Bahrain Tracking No. [protected] on 02-April-2019 to send in La Union Philippines. But, unfortunately, we are having a hard time to receive it. First, we have received a message that shipment was not delivered since the recipient's address is out of LBC's service area, then your staff should inform us at the beginning, as we paid for delivery, not for pick up, secondly we continuously calling the LBC customer service in Bahrain seeking their help instead of contacting us to inform what to do and lastly when we received the package there are some missing items gone.

Description of the incident:
We have a delivery that was missed for pick up because no notification was sent regarding its arrival. When asked to have another schedule of the delivery, we both agreed for it to be delivered today, April 15, 2019. However, after missing the time of delivery, I have contact the number above to ask for an update. He replied that he arrived and was told that there was no one in the unit. I woke up at 7AM and made arrangements with my work schedule to make sure this delivery will go smooth. So when I heard that excuse or reason, I felt very disappointed. I told him I was in the unit waiting for him the whole time. But, there was no knock nor doorbell to be heard. Then, I asked series of question to know what really happened. I asked if he went to the right address. He confirmed that he did and that the guards told him that there was no one in the unit. He also told me that it is our building's policy to not let the delivery man go directly to the customer's unit without the guards go-signal to bring it to the customer. So I asked him why did he not tell the guards to check if indeed there was no resident in the unit and tell them that I scheduled the delivery. He kept on saying it is because the guards said there was no one. So I asked him why did he not contact me and inform me that he was downstairs. I could have gone down and pick up the delivery from him. He had all the means to contact me. And yet, he didn't. He replied that he did not have my number. And yet, when I texted him this morning, he knows what delivery I was talking about.
See, I admire your staff who are dedicated with their work in delivering goods. But this kind of service is heartbreaking. Your ways of working is not helping the customer. I honestly do not feel taken care of with your services. I felt stressed and disappointed. I had to do a lot of adjustments just so I can align with your delivery man's schedule. In fact, I was not even aware when will it be delivered which is why I missed its 1st delivery. The lack of communication between the delivery man and customer is simply unbelievable. It was never my wish to escalate this. But this kind of service is very concerning. Even your hotlines are concerning because I have been calling so many times and waited so long for an agent to answer it, but none did.
Please, look into this. I do not wish to lose faith in you.

I wrote to inform you about the wrongdoings of your delivery men in Sorsogon City Hub. It happened this April 6, Saturday, when I am in my permanent address in Irosin and I am far away from Sorsogon City which is my current address for the item that you will deliver that time. You informed me through text that the Asus Keyboard worth 650php will be delivered on April 6 that day and they called me that they will deliver it so, they asked where exactly my location because they cant find me as I am only renting and no one knows me except the land owners. As we exchange our voices through phone call, I am in Irosin so they decided that they will deliver it on Monday, April 8, in Sorsogon City so, I need to be there to get the product. They PROMISED that they will deliver it so I agreed that I will go on Monday to Sorsogon City to claim it. I went in Sorsogon on April 9 just for the product but they did not even call me until the sun went down. I am patiently waiting for a phone call just like any courier would do who will call their costumer for assistance but they didnt call. To my frustration, April 9, Tuesday, I scrolled my phone trying to find the cp number of LBC delivery man and I called and texted him a hundred times. I received your new text that you will still deliver my product this Tuesday, April 9, so I am okay with that. Until finally they replied and said to go there in the hub and they will explain everything. But when I got there, they are all saying lies. They pass and pass and get help to one another delivery men as I keep on asking, "Sino ba tumawag sakin nung Sabado at idedeliver daw na Monday? TINAWAGAN BA AKO?"
I can see in their eyes and mouth that they failed. They lied. They keep saying lies and I listened them with care. They lied about 'we searched for you everywhere in 553 Garcia Compound, Sorsogon, Sorsogon City everyday starting from Saturday, Sunday until Monday but we cant find you' which are all lies. They speak and speak just to cover up the lies of one another. As simple as, why will you deliver the product in my address in Sorsogon from Saturday, Sunday and Monday after calling on Saturday that I am in Irosin and will only go in Sorsogon in Monday just to get it? They stopped and looked each other saying I am not the one who called you, etc etc.
They even say I have a fake address and I am not a resident of Sorsogon just to have a conversation. The real caller also covered with lies. He said they are not required to make a call during delivery especially on Monday, which is the exact promised day that he will deliver the item. I know they extend it on Monday just for me because I know your rules that the item will be back to sender if the receiver is not to be found. But I am just right there waiting for that "smallest thing" worth of 650 they are calling on Monday. And I went to that hub just to know that my item is already gone with the seller even you texted me that my item is currently on delivery that Tuesday. There is also an angry lady who also ordered items talking to the delivery men that day saying why they always send it back to sellers even we are just here waiting for the items.
I dont know why you trust all those people in LBC Sorsogon hub. They are full of lies. They are not good persons with good attitude when talking to anyone. They want the costumers to adjust. They want themselves to be the rules. I don't know if you knew that the other 2 couriers out there are continue improving while Sorsogon LBC hub is in negative percentage already because of poor delivery. I always wish that my items will be delivered by other couriers (not by LBC EXPRESS!) because they are the one who adjust and will definitely call you everyday, who will go to your place even you are in Irosin or Sorsogon, and who will remind you the last day of the item before they send it to seller. LBC sucks at doing that. I NEVER ENCOUNTER something like that. Everytime LBC is the sender of the online item, it is always a poor delivery. There are times that they even got my 7 pesos because they don't have the change for my money. They will wait you to have your money be in exact amount and they will leave and get back to you once you have the exact money. They barely use the courteous words "po"and "opo".
Even my last encounter about the mouses of laptop that I ordered before this, they called me the first day but it is not a cp number so I didnt know they are LBC delivery men. Because I always encounter cp number when delivery. You always send me the message that it is currently in delivery but nothing happens. No calls the next day until we always see it "the receiver is not to be found". Even I already message you in email you didnt response. We are not rich just to go in far place and rent a telephone for an update of the item.
What will you do after this message? Will you ignore this again for a million times? Will you change the delivery men in Sorsogon Hub? Will you update me for your actions? Will you hire new ones?

the parcel was supposed to arrive last monday and according to their tracking express, they tried to deliver at my house but there is no one home which is impossible because my parents never leave the house on weekdays. Apparantly, they tried to deliver it again yesterday but suddenly they claimed that nobody knew who I was from our address. Nobody even tried to contact me and verify if they got the correct address. I mean, that's the reason why you require us to put our contact details in the form, right? This is not the first time it happened to us with LBC because my sister in law have the same grievance last year.
