I went to LBC to pick-up my package. There were only 2 customers in line when I arrived. They didn't even said to wait or something that could entertain a customer. I waited for about 10 -15 minutes for the two customers to be done. I kept on asking if they could prioritize me since I brought my child with me but they had no response. Until then, someone they knew came in and she was entertained first before me. I was so pissed off, the thought that I arrived first and I carried a child. They kept me wait for almost 15 minutes while they were doing some works with the packages. When they called my attention, my son was already having tantrums. I almost cried due to anger. I even said something to them that they should prioritize customers before anything else. It was so disappointing knowing that customers should be entertained right away and priority lane should have been imposed. I hope this complaint will be heard and could call out their attention. Employees like these should be reprimanded.
Due to my unavailability to bring the documents to my cousin, I had to send it via LBC on Dec 1. After two weeks, my cousin told me that they haven't received the docs yet. I followed up many times to the customer service thru messenger because no one answer me in the landline. Utang na loob naman, sana ininform niyo ko kung hindi niyo makita ung location. That document is now urgent tapos next week pa maibabalik sa pinagmulang branch?
