I ordered monitor from easy pc during 11:11 sale and the tracking status was out for delivery after a week the order date.
The status said, arrived at lbc sanchez mira branch but it was not delivered because it's out of LBC Delivery service area. And after that the status was out for delivery 3 times already but still no one care to deliver. I tried to contact customer service asking whether follow up and asked if what should I do to help in order to make the delivery but always same answer that they will follow up and now no one replying my messages, I contact lazada cus. service but no response. I tried contact seller but they don't access delivery. Until now nothing happen. Lbc shouldn't accept shipment if they can't deliver or out of service area or your people are just lazy.
