This is in relation to my experience just this afternoon, December 4, at LBC, Nueva, San Pedro, Laguna. Agents there are not following proper protocol in terms of accommodating clients. They have a numbering system that is supposed to be followed accordingly. However, they accommodate those clients that they personally know / or maybe regular customers even they do not fall in line. It causes delay. It seems unfair to clients who waited for their turn. Moreover, there was also an instance when they accommodated a woman who just came in because she is in a hurry. Everybody wants to save time. How come the agent did not asked the customer to wait? Also, your store operation says that the branch is open until 7pm. Are they suppose to close early? They are not accepting transactions anymore at around 6pm. The agent said that they have 33 more pending transactions. I think your Operations team needs to do something on this.
