A parcel was sent to me by my friend from Singapore. She bought it from taobao and had the package shipped directly to my address. It has been a month and i still have not received my package. I coordinated with their customer service A LOT of times already but no one is offering me any real help besides asking me to fill up a disposition form. I requested for my package to be picked up in an LBC branch near me and they continued to ignore my request. A lot of their employees emailed me but never offered any solutions, they just kept saying "fill up this form". Di ko alam kung binabasa ba nila yon form na yon. I requested for my package to be picked up nalang instead of delivered kase ang bagal nila and wala naman usad yung parcel ko, also because of the fact na hindi ako palagi nasa bahay so baka ma-miss ko yung delivery. After requesting for it to be transferred sa LBC branch malapit sakin, i get an email na for delivery that day yung parcel ko. It's a holiday so wala ako sa place ko non. But i waited for the rider to at least contact the phone number i left, but throughout the day i received no phone call or text message regarding my package. I just received an update that it was returned to the warehouse. The following day, i email them asking for any updates regarding the status of my parcel, expecting for it to be redelivered, only to be responded with an email saying that my parcel was due to be "Returned to Origin" (RTO) without any explanation whatsoever. Now all they keep telling me is to coordinate with the sender because they already processed it as RTO.
