we have couriered shipment from LBC Bigte-Norzagaray branch on 28_October_2019 and Delivery date mentioned as 29_October 2019. It is very disappointing to tell you that we have called and emailed customer care till date no response.
Upon tracking and following up on the status, latest update showing
Wed, 20 November 2019 image Arrived at INTERNAL MAIL - PENDING. Registered concern by calling Customer care and 4 times called for the follow-up and still the issue is unresolved.
The response from the LBC care team found utter care less and disappointing.
We appreciate immediate action on resolving the problem.
