TN: [protected] I received my parcel from LBC Libertad branch and I found out that it is empty. I purchased two mobile phones amounting to 41,595 to my shipper. That the shipper sent the items thru LBC on October 27.
2023, and was on-hold in Tuguegarao Delivery Hub on Oct. 30, 2023 after two delivery attempts, re-routed in Tuguegarao Delivery Hub on Oct. 31, 2023, on Nov. 1, 2023 it was delivered in Sanchez Apayao Hub, Sanchez Mira Cagayan and the said parcel arrived at LBC Jct. Luna on November 3, 2023. I handed to the cashier my payment before opening said parcel in front of LBC employee, and the employees witnessed that the parcel is empty. And according to the manager of LBC Jct. Luna Branch, said payment will be on hold to their branch prior to the conduct of investigation of LBC, until then Miss Lyza Collado could get back her money. But unfortunately, while the case in under investigation, we called the manager yesterday November 8, 2023 and said that my payment was forwarded to the LBC system already. And it was not what we agreed that they should hold my payment until the investigation is ongoing. Please help me to retrieve my payment or my lost items. I hope the investigation will not last long because it is obvious that the parcel is tampered as per my shipper (seller).
