I'm Ohlie Morales, a restaurant owner from Arnoks DRT Bulacan. I'm filing a complaint because my parcel came from LBC Metrotown Tarlac and didn't arrive on time. the transaction took place on April 18, 1: 52PM and it should come on the 19th or 20th, The parcel contained important spices for my restaurant. Until April 23, the parcel didn't come. I called several times CSR but they always said they would follow up. 6th time I'm calling them. I closed my store last Sunday till Tuesday because of this. I lost a lot of sales in a day. The parcel arrived on the 19th no one called us that they had delayed delivery so that I could rush to pulilan branch to pick it up. no one inform us and a night of 22nd somebody texted us that they will deliver it but still no show on their part.
