I have been getting billed for charges from this merchant since September 2008, first on my credit cards then my personal bank account. I never authorized these charges nor did I order anything from this company. I am actively attampting to stop all future charges from this merchant through my credit card companies and my bank. These are unauthorized charges and they continue to show up on my statements every month. In fact twice in one month on one charge card. I have now been charged over the limit from my credit card company and over draft fee from my bank because of these charges. This company needs to be stopped.

I too would like to cancel my account. I thought I had and I have just received the disk, and a charge on my account.

Please handle this. Also, your customer service is really out of sink. A live person should be at least getting back to your customers in writing, if your too afraid to talk to us in person.

I received the following e-mail from the bogus company. My suspicion is that it is from a person that does not have a good command of the English language. If anyone receives the same letter, just check the English and you will immediately know that this a scam.

Go to the feedback section of hotmail and complain. You'll find it on Options -> More Options -> and scroll down ( Hands up who's got a sore scroll finger )to the bottom of the page. Feedback is on the bottom right corner.

Advertising will kill this off.

Please, please, please can I have my old interface back? I'm sick of scrolling, sick of opening up e-mails that I don't want to open, sick of having to move my cursor to the scroll bar, sick of having to move my cursors around all over the window to find the borders of function boxes, and my eyes hurt through the lack of colour contrast. I couldn't log in earlier. I'm sick of all of this. Recommend to new users. Yeah sure I would, I'd recommend that they stay well clear of it. You gave me the choice to stay with my old interface at the beginning. I tried the new one and instantly didn't like it and decided that I liked the old one better. Now my feelings are growing stronger. I now, not only not like it, I hate it. I've sent an e-mail before. It it possible to have a reply, please? Screen resolution? Congratulations to the idiots who designed this. You're real good.

Since the Launch of the XBOX 360 I have had, now, a total of 5 repair issues.

2 Hardware Failures with the infamous "Red Ring of Death"
1 Hardware instability where system locked up on any game after as little as 15-30 minutes of play
1 Drive scratched my Call of Duty 4 disc (XBOX 360 NEVER MOVES!)

and now, last night, finally:

1 more Hardware Failure with the infamous "Red Ring of Death"!

This latest happened just last night while I was watching Netflix on the 360 NXE. Of course this is one week before Christmas and this year my wife was really excited to see "Lips" come out for the XBOX 360. She isn't a gamer at all, so it was even more special that there was a game that she really wanted... so I got it for her for Christmas.

Now, I won't have a working XBOX 360 for Christmas. I asked the reps at Microsoft to get a replacement to me within a week. They said it could be up to 2 weeks even with a "rush" or "expedited" repair. So thank you Microsoft, for failing me yet again and this time right before Christmas. I'll be sure to tell EVERYONE I can at work, friends, on Live (when I get my 360 back) and ANYONE else I can how well Microsoft takes care of its customers.

Maybe if I scribble some signatures and stupid notes all over the console Microsoft might take notice of it... seems like they care more about some dudes swag that got cleaned than they do about trying to fix a Christmas gift. My wife is going to be excited when she opens Lips and disappointed when she realizes that she can't play it. She's a teacher so she has that week during Christmas off too, so it would have been a PERFECT time for us to play her new game together.

By the way... I've just counted it up. I've bought 26 XBOX 360 primary game titles, several Arcade games, and hundreds of dollars worth of Downloadable Content... I would think the LEAST Microsoft could do for me this year would be to replace my faulty console before Christmas so that my non-gamer wife can play her new game this Christmas!

Just out of curiosity, how did they charge your credit card for "something you didn't not apply for?" Obviously at some point you signed up for something and gave them a credit card number...

Anyway, if you email them at support@earnmicrosoftcash.com, they'll send you a cancellation form to get the charges stopped. Good Luck!

I bought bluetooth mouse from Yesbuy.net on Feb 20, 2009. First of all they didn't send me any order processing details at all. Then I received 'microsoft' mouse in a polythene bag with only packing list in it. It had printed sheet stuck on front stating to download software go to microsoft site!

Upon observation of mouse, it had multiple scratches on body, indicating an used item. I wrote them multiple times about it but they are not reacting. Also, on back of mouse, it said manufactured on Jan 2008! I was shocked to see such an old item.

After some time, I realized, even on/off button is missing which made mouse totally useless. Now I am trying to get my money back but I doubt if I will get it back.

On or about February 27, 2009, my computer crashed and I had to re-boot the entire hard drive. I lost all my software, including the Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student package that I had purchased from DRI Windows Marketplace on March 12, 2008. Unfortunately I am unable to find my receipt for this purchase, or the confirming email that shows the order number; but I do have the credit card statement that shows this purchase of $149.95. I have been trying to email the company from which I purchased the software, in order to try and gain access to my "digital locker". They have answered my emails a couple of times, but they indicate they have no record of my purchase, and are also very slow in getting back to me. Today (March 11, 2009) I contacted my credit card company to see if I could dispute the charge from a year ago, and they are working with me on this.

In just over 1 year I have had to send my sons 360 back for "repair" from their "Rings of Death" at least 5 times- The latest being the beginning of April. They still have our console! I have been given numerous tracking and issue numbers assuring us that the system is on its way back to us- however the first time they sent it back completely unlooked at. When we called them to tell them this they told us we had to wait 5 business days while they did an investigation and that someone would call us back. When after 2 weeks we still did not hear from anyone we called them and were told there was no investigation and there had been no reason to wait to initiate a "new" repair. This was not a new repair- it was one that they had ignored the first time around. We then waited another week for them to send us the shipping label and box via Purolator. We again found ourselves waiting. On May 13th we again called to find out what was going on with my son's console. May 10th was his birthday and we had bought him new games to play. We were given another tracking and reference #. When we tracked the new numbers we had been given we found out that in fact, our console had been returned to them on May 12th with a new tracking # and no attempt at delivery. On May 15th after much resistence- I was finally put through to a supervisor named Steve- Steve had no explanation and told me that he thought they would probably re-ship it on Monday or Tuesday. When I told Steve that was unacceptable, I was promised a return call on May 12 by himself or the escalation department. I must now assume Steve no longer works there and that there is no "Escalation" department as I never recieved a return call. On May 21st I again contacted them and was given yet another Microsoft reference # and purolator # as well as the excuse that the reason they were taking so long shipping it back to us ( and here comes the slap in the face) is because they had to wait for Purolator to send them a box to ship it in! On May 24th- we again tried to track this so called shipment only to find that the number they gave us was for multiple shipments and none of them to our address. I again spoke to their customer service people and asked to speak to a supervisor- he offered to "comp" us something when (and if) we received the console back. When I told him I wasn't interested in any comps and that what I was looking for was the prompt return of our existing console and some inkling that the money, time and frustration we had experienced would be looked into and resolved so no one else would have to endure this- he hung up on me!

When (and if) we ever do get the console back- we will be selling it cheap and purchasing from either Nintendo or Sony.

BTW- my boys still have my old SNES and 64 - which works perfectly and has never caused us even a second of grief in over 15 years for the SNES and over 10 years for the Nintendo 64!

I just found a charge for 62.62 from this company dating June 4, 5. I did not make any orders on those dates, I don't have Xbox - I have a Mac and don't have much to do with Microsoft. How did they get the credit information? I'm very careful about my security data, don't do online lottos or even business opportunities.

I called my credit card company immediately when I found the account restricted online, I told them I did not authorize these charges. They will cancel the card, issue me a new one and transfer the information over.

And I thought Computing was supposed to make things simpler!

I HAVE HAD IT WITH MICROSOFT SUPPORT AND THEIR XBOX 360! My husband and I bought the 360 for my Son for Christmas 2006 (no longer under warranty). We sent it Microsoft a year after we bought it because it had the "3 Rings of Death". They supposedly fixed that problem, but since we received it, it only worked for a short time and then it no longer reads ANY discs! After going through all of the tele-prompts and pushing buttons to finally talk to someone, they say it's no longer under warranty and it would be $99.99 to have it fixed! THIS SUCKS! She gave me a reference number and when I started to ask why Microsoft doesn't stand by their products, she hung up on me!

My son used my debit card to charge 19.99 for XBox Live this past Friday, July 10th.
My bank shows two $1.00 charges pending since Friday night. The $19.99 charge cleared my bank on Monday, July 13th. Why are the two $1.00 charges still showing pending on my account. I already called XBox Live and they said they are not showing these charges and do not know who they are from. The following are as shown on my account:
7/15/2009 MICROSOFT *ONLINE BILL.MS.NET WAUS 063012 Tran Time 20:45:04 $1.00
7/15/2009 MICROSOFT *ONLINE BILL.MS.NET WAUS 060438 Tran Time 20:36:04 $1.00
Please let me know what this is for and why it is still on my account.
Thank you. Sharon

I just got off the phone with these jerks. They have charged or caused my daughter over $300.00 in double & triple billing which caused overdrafts. By threat of contacting the attorney general, BBB, & consumer affairs. They cancelled the account & agreeded to stop all renewal membership associated with the credit card. It took 6 months of threats to get them to do this much. They actually paid $10.00 to be reissued a card with new number, only to have them, start billing her husbands card. They are slick. So be warned, any cards associated with original credit card can be obtained by them & billed. The banks are of no help, they want the OD fees!

Recently upon noticing charges for Microsoft points on my son's X-box live account I decided to remove my credit card from the account. After several convulted conversations with "customer service" reps who did not fully grasp the language, or whose accents prohibited clear speech, it became clear that X-box engages in extremely deceitful practices to make it virtually impossible to remove a credit card.

As a company it is especially fruitful, how many working professionals can spend several days and hours on a phone with no resolution. After finally talking to a customer service supervisor I explained simply I wanted to remove the current credit card. She informed me I had a balance of $7.99 and would have to pay it off with another credit card. No problem, payments are instantly authorized. The representative said I could remove it by that night. Then, she informed me that card would now appear on the account for 5-10 days until the payment cleared! I asked her my intent was to remove the card, not put another one onto the account. It was their policy she exclaimed. After expressing my frustration and if my intention was not clear to her in the first place, she said there was nothing she could do.
I ask how could a multi-million dollar technology company who has no problems instantly taking money online take 5-10 days to clear a payment for $7.99. Ludicrous. The company uses unsavory practices banking on busy parents who will forget to take off the card.

My son has been warned if he charges anything the X-box is ripped out of the wall-but as any parent knows this stuff is addictive, and what starts out as an innocuous past time quickly runs amok.

Nevertheless, as a paying customer I should be given more power over my credit card.

This is an outrage, I am contacting the BBB over this issue. I feel violated as a consumer and this company should be ashamed of their practices.

This is really aimed at the USA and Bill Gates in particular. For every one useful bit of info picked up, usually by accident, on the internet I have to plough through a manure heap of rubbish. It doesn't even work properly. An enquiry for 'Hyundai paint PN' gives me 'Sexy Black girl with big boobs, the Irish Parachute Club and Welcome to the city of Dallas' When I select UK only, I get pages of US websites including the Chicago film critics and auctioneers.com
How can this man 'earn' such obscene amounts of money for such a crappy product? Even it's biggest area of operations, Pornography, is so riddled with viruses it's only safe to use by the pervies who produce and download some of the most vile images on the planet! Even then it's only a few middle aged lonely men and the occassional couple of child abusers in the UK or USA who get caught. Never the 'big wheels' even in the USA. Too much profit to be had I suppose.

I havent played my XBox 360 (about a year old) in about a month or two an i go to turn it on today September, 2, 2009 to play a game while im waiting for my cloths to wash. The xbox live was telling me to update an so i did. 2mins later after the update loaded an rebooted my xbox freezes. So I restarted it an again it freezes. I repeated this several times with 3 red lights flashing at times an it still freezes. So i called XBOX an the automated phone machine for xbox tells me if i have 3 red lights or my xbox freezes i can go online to xbox.com an request a repair. I took a look at the cost an they start you off at $100 for a repair... Something just doesnt seem right... An my xbox360 still wont work!

I just got off the phone with XBOX. The people were actually nice and helpful. To find out, it WASNT their faults. The charges were because my son purchased points for a game online. Anyone can purchase points on the XBOX that is in your home because the credit/debit account information is already in the system when you registered for XBOX live!. I just need to have a "GOOD" talk with my son!

You can call XBOX and have them put a block on the card. They will give you an authorization number if you want to unblock in the future.

I've read all these comlpants & guess what they've done the same thing to me. A $25.00 charge then before that 5 charges from 9-10 to 9-13 of $1.00 but these charges are in pending except the $25.00. I called they claimed my card was not in thier system & the couldn't do anything. I should call my cc company. But guess what it is a prepaid debt. card so I will just not put money on it.I shouldn't have to do this but I have no choice. They are not going to do it to me again.I will never buy anything on line
