I have been getting billed for charges from this merchant since September 2008, first on my credit cards then my personal bank account. I never authorized these charges nor did I order anything from this company. I am actively attampting to stop all future charges from this merchant through my credit card companies and my bank. These are unauthorized charges and they continue to show up on my statements every month. In fact twice in one month on one charge card. I have now been charged over the limit from my credit card company and over draft fee from my bank because of these charges. This company needs to be stopped.

what do you do about ghost you can see? i have a secret clearance with microsoft so i able to see ghosts. they just break in at any time of day or night and i run norton internet security 2011. stealing pass words, rape is common with their ghosts too.

My son has used my debit card several times for XBox live, thinking it was a one month charge, boy was I wrong! I get charged any where from a $1.00 to $19.99 a month from them. I called them, thinking I was cancelling any further charges, but it keeps showing up. Sorry to see there are so many others with this problem too.

Actually these are random... I authorized a ONE TIME purchase and was assured that it was ONE TIME... but now they keep charging me. I dispute it with the bank each time. and will continue. Son did not 'steal' my card, my number was not entered into a computer.. but MS keeps trying to add the monthly fees to that number.

For Christmas my son wanted an XBox 360 S, and Call of Duty Black Ops. He received both. We had been strictly a Nintendo family before then, and he has plenty of experience with game systems.

This morning he tells me that the Black Ops disc has a circular scratch on it and will not play.

This seems to be a known problem if you move the XBox while the disc is playing.

Only he did not move the system, it sits upright on our TV stand and will not lay flat, and with everything remote nowadays it wasn't accidently jerked down either.

So barely a month later and we have a $50 game that will not play anymore.

XBox support denied that there is any problem, and since it is a third-party game will not replace the disc.

Never had a problem with Nintendo.

Can't afford a new $50 disc every month!

I PURCHASED MICROSOFT OFFICE STUDENT 2010 THROUGH A WEBSITE I THOUGHT WAS MICROSOFT.COM. APPARENTLY THE COMPANY WAS DIGITAL RIVER, INC. THE CHARGE APPEARED ON MY ACCOUNT AND THE FOLLOWING DAY THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE FOR AN AMOUNT SLIGHTLY LESS THAN THE FIRST. I LOOKED THE COMPANY UP WITH THE BBB AND WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN THEIR NUMBER. CUSTOMER SERVICE STATED THAT THE FIRST CHARGE WAS ONLY A HOLD ON THE ACCOUNT AND THAT IT WOULD BE CREDITED BACK TO THE ACCOUNT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS AND THAT THE SECOND AMOUNT WAS THE ACTUAL CHARGE. I WILL COMMENT AFTER 48 HOURS TO UPDATE THE STATUS OF THIS COMPLAINT.

HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME SITUATION.

i am also a victim of this fake [censor] company xbox live .com. I pay 9.99 plus tax which make me own them 10.81. Later find out that i have a additional charge for 10.65 and 34.68 then another one for 86.54 .

Bought new xbox 360 with kinect, system worked fine for 30 days, received an update thru the system, after the update console will no longer play game disc. xbox claims I tampered with console, they refuse to admit it is because of their update.will not repair under warranty. look up under many sites tons of same complaints from all over the country. This mega company should be made to fix problem FREE. Lousy customer support

My account was charged a total of 17 charges with microsoft live charges.We called the bank and told them we don't own any of this equipment. If this happens kjust once on your account call the bank and warn them and cancel the account. I ave a feeling this isn't even microsoft but charges but a way that somebody is stealing money and using microsoft as a front. If mocrosoft has no record of transactions then we are dealing with something devious.

We just went through much of the same thing, my 11 yr old was able to bill $100.00 to my credit card over a two day period through his xbox. Contacting Xbox did nothing and my credit card company reversed some charges but not the entire amount. Kind of angry with both as I left an available amount of zero when he charged the very first game until we could get it sorted out. Instead of declining for unavailable funds VISA proceeded to charge the amounts above and beyond my card limit. Best advice DO NOT BUY XBOX! been nothing but a nightmare since hooking it up. Friend had better luck with Ipod reversing the charges when his 5 yr old bought smurf berries for $99.00 and Ipod set up requires a password to be entered before charging anything go figure. I will be contacting the Better Buisness Bureau to act on my behalf, fingers crossed!

I too, recently had two unatorized payments made from my debit card to xbox live. I have never had an xbox or xbox live account. They bill my card twice for $74.99 each time, on the same day. I contacted and what a surprise they can't or won't refund the money. And they won't give me any information regardind the accounts in question. They said, and I quote " we take this kind of matter seriously", yeah right. Well I contacted my financil institute, and I have to file a dipute. And they can't gurantee me I'll get my money back. You know I've been an a Playstation fan for years, and onthe Playstation Network you have to have an exact address on file with them, that matches the address on file with your card, for it to be billed. Seems to me Microsoft dosen't have there [censor] together, and Sony DOES!

$4.99 is the price for a 400 point bundle. Once you put your credit card in, it's in unless you physically remove it. Your child can, without your permission, buy microsoft points and have it billed to your credit card. FYI.

I received an mail saying that my mail I.D. have been selected & i have been declared winner of about 1 Million US Dollors & the amount can be collected from Barclays Bank London. I called up Barclays Bank situated in Kanchipuram, they said me that it is an Fake mail, dont get entangled into it otherwise i will lose money instead of getting it. If this is fake, then why are they doing it & how do they get our mail I.D. Please look into that. They also gave us some telephone numbers, which when i entered in Google, was found to be a fake number & it was already booked for fake phone numbers. Please stop such tricks done by these fraudsters. Hope you do the needful.

I use to have xp service pack 2 on my computer, and one night service pack 3 popped up on my computer telling me I had to upgrade to this, , I clicked the later button, but it popped up again saying I had to download this update, so I did as it was a Microsoft update, it crashed. The next day I looked in my control Panel the internet icon was missing. I rung up Microsoft in Denmark and they rung me back and tried to find out what was wrong, they couldn’t and I had to delete my hard disc and start again, this failed as well, then I rung again, and they changed the case number, I have many case numbers but and a lot of bad service. On service pack 3 I have had to delete and reformat my hard disc 3 times, in less than a week, as it crashed every time on the up date. I was forced to install this program, my computer was perfect before this update. I spoke to one in Microsoft as I thought this was unfair, sadly I was told to buy windows 7.

I did buy windows 7. A new program, for the first 3 days things worked great on my computer, then suddenly it started to do loads of updates, and it has crashed again, now my computer is in safe mode, and I was told Microsoft would ring me today, no phone call. I cannot use any program in my computer as when I try it states Fotofremviser can not open. I also cannot understand how a new program like Windows 7 can start updating, so many updates, its not that old..

I have tried to complain to Microsoft on the net, but one has to have a live hotmail account, I did have a hotmail account and it was closed, On December the 23rd 2009, my hotmail run into problems, 10 hours on the phone with no help, and one who thought it was a great joke. I’m still waiting for some help there, I was given lots of different case numbers, its seems Microsoft is good at that. I feel Microsoft in Denmark has employed the wrong people, as this cannot be fair way to treat people.

I am getting these charges on my credit card every year. I would like to cancel this subscription or whatever it is. No one has called to ask me if they could charge this to my card. I am not even sure what this is. I have no number to even call to talk to someone about this. Could you please help me get this removed and off their list?

Bill Gates should do something about this. He has the clout . This is giving xbox live a bad, no, STINKY SMELLY name. I had the same $75 taken from my account as did my brother. I called Xbox live to find out about this and even though the guy I spoke to was polite, he had the gall to tell me that he could not give me the perpertrators details to "protect their identity". What THE HELL do I care and for that matter should anyone care about their identity when they have just stolen someone elses. I was given a case number but I wondered just how far the case would go. For all we know, it may be someone at microsoft Xbox making these charghes. I had thought of going to the police as well but from previous experience and reading what other people have written, I wonder if there is any point.

I purchased a 1month fee through the xbox itself instead of using the cards like I used to and found out that even though I selected ONE MONTH they charge you one month endlessly only alerting me when I didnt have any money in my account. If I didnt set up my debit card to be declined when there was no money left I would have gotten 30 dollars od fee... I dont care about that, I want the money they were automatically taking out each month when I wasnt even using it!

was in the middle of ordering a student version of microsoft office 10 and stopped the process because I wanted a CD in case I got rid of my computer or if I had to reboot my current system. So I never downloaded this program and got charged for it.

My son signed up for XBOX LIVE when he was 16 years old and used the service until he was 17. When he turned 18 he moved to Canada and does not use his XBOX at all. He was automatically billed for a yearly subscription on a auto bill that he supposedly agreed to when he was 17 - a minor. VOIDABLE CONTRACT. He was billed on January 20, 2011. I caught it and called on February to have this service canceled and they said although they would cancel it he would not be refunded his money because it had been longer than 30 days. I explained he was billed on January 20 and it was only February 10th and they said that it went by the subscription date of December 31. Basically the completely screwed an 18 year old kid out of $60.

For some reason, X-Box live can't get their act together and make their billing for services seemless. This is the second time they decline my payment irregardless of what payment I submit. I had this happen the early part of January 2011 and now it's happened again. They keep giving me a notice that I need to contact my credit card provider because the payment has been declined. When I call the credit card provider, there is no problems with the account. They can see where Microsoft has attempted to charge the credit card. In talking with the X-Box representative, they were unable to help. Their suggestion is to wait a couple of days to see if the problem resolves. They think it might have something to do with the server. I guess that could be to problem, but I would expect them to get off their butts and fix the problem instead of taking a "wait and see" attitude. Now I get to go out and visit my local gaming store to purchase a points card. I might just see if theres another gaming console there. Something NOT Microsoft. Wii is looking more and more appealing.

Me han llegado cobros que yo no e echo de micosoft bill.ms.net WA eso es puro fraude no recomiendo comprar juegos ni puntos ni nada introduciendo una tarjeta de crédito porque microsoft no tiene la seguridad correspondiente para evitar que otras "empresas" entran a las cuentas de los subscriptores y realicen cobros no autorizados .

I am Imran Deshmukh from india . I got email that has written that i have won lottery prize of $1, 000, 000 million dollar .He said our assistant manager will come to india to transfer a fund from RBI to your local account . After coming to india he called me he needed Rs.18, 500 and ID proof of my . I transfer a money to his account which he had given to me. Then after 2 days a email from RBI Foreign department with my account number for swif transfer of money but after 50% of transfer they have asked for ATC code. for ATC code they have demanded Rs.68000 money from . i don't give that money because we don't have that much of money .
So plz help ane that his company is true or fake urgently as søon as possible .

This is ridiculous! I just got hit myself! I dont own an XBOX, PS-PS3, only computer. How is this going on and how is it to be stopped. I was fortunate, so far, I've only lost or more like got RIPPED OFF for 50 cents. My wife has an iron fist and keeps the books rolling legally and balanced.

I would like to talk to someone in Authority at Microsoft about a disaster with your on line support at Microsoft. Everything was wiped off my computer by a Tech person who came on my computer remotely to fix a simple Silverlight problem. The computer was rendered useless – all my files and back ups were ‘empty’. My email program was deleted and the back up file for the email program I used. She was unable to restore to an earlier date! My emails to her Manager were ignored. Problem started 16th December – 2 months ago! I have over 80 emails to your support staff with absolutely no result and no forward movement what so ever.

I have spent hours on the phone and I have spoken to Team Managers, Microsoft Help, Customer and Partner Advocacy – North America.Populus Group @ Microsoft Corporation. and others. Ater giving me a Ref# they tell me someone will get right back to me. After a week I phone back, no one at that department recognizes the Reference# and I have to start again! Annoyed and Angry doesn’t even come close to how I feel about Microsoft today. Is this how Microsoft have trained their Staff to treat their customers? The people I have spoken to are like zombies who haven’t a clue what they are doing.

When I tell them the computer is wiped out- useless, Kaput, not working, they ask me if I would like them to put me thru to the Tech Dept to fix the Silverlight File problem! There is no Silverlight problem any more because there is NO computer any more – it is just a shell – a useless box!

Same problem here but add on that my son and I are disabled and I receive S.S.I. that is less than $700 a month, In one month they charge my debit card 5 times and then the bank added overdraft fees for allowing the charges!
