Morrisons Turkey rashers

I brought a packet of turkey rashers (photo attached) yesterday from Morrison's Store in Gravesend Kent UK the date now I have checked as about to use the product is 15th March use by date!
When I brought them on 22nd March, so this means they were in the fridge a week after use by date?!

I didn't notice obviously until home and using the product as id assume they would be in date.
I am trying to find my receipt currently to show I had brought yesterday but I have proof I shopped there yesterday and the image of the turkey use by date on today's date 23rd March.

Morrisons Behaviour of Delivery Driver

The delivery driver was rude and agressive in his manner. He parked his car on my drive and rang the doorbell. I opened the door and he said "I need your I.D." I didn't know who he was and he didn't introduce himself. Rather confused, I just asked "Sorry?" and "I don't understand". After he asked me three times for my I.D I realised he could be the Morrisons driver and had to ask him who he was. I felt extremely uncomfortable and did not want to give him my I.D.

This was a very different experience from other supermarket deliveries. I usually know who they are as they drive a van that has the store name written on it. They usually say 'Hi' and introduce themselves and tend to be friendly. I am 42 years old and have never been asked for I.D when alcohol has been delivered. The rule that I couldn't have any of my food shopping either because I wouldn't hand over my I.D is overkill. They may be your rules but the delivery of them was far from re-assuring. The driver was condescending and on a power trip. I told him I was going to ring Amazon. He then drove off with the shopping and didn't say he was leaving.

I chose to have a Morrisons delivery as Amazon delivered the same day. I am disappointed I can not use it again as I could end up with the same driver. I don't feel this was taken seriously. At the least, acknowledging this was a bad experience and passing along the feedback for further training would have given a 5 star experience. What I would have wanted the most, was for there to be a note on my file not to have been given the same driver again so I could try to use the service again.

Desired outcome: To be able to use your service with a different delivery driver

Morrisons Flowers

I purchased a bunch of fresh roses from your flower stand yesterday - within hours two of them had begun to droop - by today more have drooped and one has snapped - I trimmed them and added the flower food as instructed and am disappointed at the way in which they have begun to droop - they have not been near a radiator or a warm place that would often cause this. I've attached a picture. I look forward to receiving a response. Many Thanks

Morrisons 10% NHS Discount

I am absolutely fuming to once again go shopping tonight and hand my more card across to find the 10% discount has yet again not been applied.

I recently complained about this and received a response that confirmed my card was linked to my NHS so I should receive the discount but again tonight I have been refused the discount as I did not bring my staff card as the last email I received from your department confirmed that this was linked to my NHS discount which clearly it is not - not the service I expect or want pointless offering a 10% discount to key workers if it doesn't work.

I will take my custom elsewhere.

Most disgusted once again.

Morrisons Member of staff

I attended at your store at halfway in Sheffield a couple of days after Mother's Day. My husband had purchased socks for me which were not suitable, I therefore returned them. I approached a female member of staff on the cigarette counter in her late 50s with white spiked hair, quite heavy build, very broad Yorkshire. She was extremely rude to me, telling me I could only swap the socks for another nutmeg item, nothing was suitable so I ended up just swapping them for another set of socks! At no point did she offer a credit note, as I did not have my receipt. I ended up having to queue again with a basket full of shopping, when it was my turn, she kept me waiting a few minutes before she even acknowledged I was there. She seemed disgruntled that I had got a basket full of goods, I asked for a bag, to which she replied ‘we haven't got any' and carried on. She didn't request a bag from the till area, she just left it at that. I had to place all the shopping back in my basket to take to the car. I was fuming! To top this ordeal off, I had bananas in my basket. She saw them in my basket and said ‘ I can't scan those, we don't have a scanner or weighing machine on here you will have to queue again round the corner!' I was extremely angry that she just couldn't buzz for a member of staff to go and weigh them for me... It was deplorable behavior and very poor customer service - I ended up just saying to her, forget it then, I'll get the bananas from Sainsbury's... I have to say, she was one of the worst members of staff I have had the misfortune of meeting in my 45 years! I would appreciate her being spoken to about her overall attitude and customer service as this could potentially discourage customers returning!

Morrisons Pizza counter

I went to the pizza counter to order a pizza of my choice The lady behind the counter said it was closed On top of the counter it said it was closed at 8 o'clock she said it closes at 7 o'clock due to coronavirus. This is not the first time this has happened to me I've been shopping at this particular store for many years you don't cater for people at work all day Who can only do there shopping later in the evening if you don't value your regular customers I will take my custom elsewhere. The Store in question is bescot in walsall.

Morrisons Delivery

I have received my order today and to be honest I'm really disappointed I've ordered from morrisons for months online due to shielding but this month I'm appauled I am missing a number of intems which I will list below

-garlic bread slices 0.75
-2x fresh cream profiteroles £5.00
-2xmorrisons variety pack £5.00
-dog treats £0.75
-ham slices 36 pieces £2.00
-chicken slices 36 piece £2.00
-hash browns £0.75
-vanilla ice cream £1.25
-7 days croissant cocoa filling £1.00
-strawberry doughnuts £0.50
-morrisons grated cheese £1.75
-cloudy apple juice £
-killtie scampi bites £1.20
-morrisons 4 beef grill steaks 2.00
-hash browns £0.75
-2xmorrisons straight cut chips 1.75

And was refunded only £8.40 please explain how this adds up? I would like a refund for all items not received I am severely disappointed

Morrisons Product availability

3rd week running products unavailable in Penzance branch.
No 18 can Stella Artois.
No 1 kilo white sugar.
No Golden Virginia 30 or 50 gram packs at the fuel station.
No Morrisons brand Hazelnut yogurts.
Far too many empty spaces on the shelves makes the supermarket look like it's in some 3rd world.
I'm going to Tesco's now as it happens far to often.

This morning 15/3/21 when at the self service checkout I tried to use my blue light card to receive my discount. Which I can still use till 31/3/21 but staff were unable to do this for me. The lady did try to scan a barcode but it never worked and said that she never had the one to scan for the 10% discount. I would be grateful if this could get resolved

Morrisons Shop floor manager male at tills at Hinckley Leicestershire

On arrival at Morrison, I did my shopping of 15 products, small buy. With small trolly,
I waited in a que at the till
There was 3 customers, first customer was nearly at end, ready to pay
I waited over 45 minutes to be served
The male floor manager kept moving people behind me into empty tills, he did this for 3 customers, a couple of customers said surely this lady should go first, he just said My wait would not be longer, all 3 customers was served.plus other customers at the till next to mine.
I'm still waiting! I called out to him and he turned his back on me.
I understand there's a pandemic, I work in care. I'm a care worker. to be dismiss me, because he didn't like the look of me and favour other customers is terrible service
I work in equality to everyone
I did report to customers service on leaving
Then I realised, I hadn't given my name
I first thought it was 30 minutes waiting, I now realise it was around 40 minutes.
Due to the stress, my sugar were running low
Being diabetic, I had to take a glucose tablet
In my car.
At Hinckley store, at 9.35 . 15 th March Monday

Morrisons Prawn salad

I bought a prawn salad today it was horrible the lettuce looks as though it had been frozen it was soggy and see through the cucumber was the same and at the bottom of the container was half an inch of water Please i spent £145 in your shop can't afford to buy food that's disgusting I ate the tomatoes which there were two slices and a few prawns but to be honest it was awful

Morrisons Car wash

Today I purchased a 5.99 car washing service from the morrisons jarrow garage and I'm absolutely appalled at the fact you can state it cleans a car. Not only is my car still dirty the bird muck which was on car is still there and the brushes that are used to clean the car where filthy dirty and full of mould. Not happy in the slightest it's not about price as I'm aware there is a more expenSive wash available but I wouldn't even recommend using any of the services!

Morrisons Flower department

I went to Morrison Teignmouth on Tuesday 9th March at 9.30am when I finish work to pick flowers for a member of staff to do a Bouquet of flowers when I went to ask for the lady to come and help me I was told there was nobody in to do it and they would be back tomorrow unless i wanted to them myself. I went back today Wednesday 10th March and picked out more flowers to be done when I got a response back you are kidding me I haven't got time I have to get out the rest of the flowers and I shouldn't have been to that we can do them I have no stuff or room to do them, I was not happy about this at all she was very rude when she asked if they were all for one bouquet I said yes there for Mother's Day about £50.00 of flowers I haven't got the time or hands Big enough to that, she said to leave them for her and come back at 10.30am to see how she got on she did do the flowers but she was not happy about this at all, I said what about a sign above the flower wrapping station to say when they can do it. I buy a lot of flowers bouquet there throughout the year.

Morrisons Ankle damage from open drain cover

My foot went down an open drain cover in the car park at Basingstoke. I have stretched the ligaments in the left ankle and it is very sore, luckily I stopped myself from falling over completely, I think it needs to be fixed urgently as someone could really cause damage to themselves.

I've taken a picture of the hike with the cover missing, my foot went quite deep into the water.

Be good to get this looked at as soon as possible to stop further injury.

Morrisons Staff not wearing face coverings

I have just been in Morrisons in Woodley Stockport road and been served by a woman without any type of face covering. This is just NOT good enough. She might be exempt but can still wear a face shield.
Please tell me why you allow your staff not not wear face coverings! This is just not good enough!
I want a response explaining why she can't wear a shield if she can't wear a mask!

Morrisons Blueberries, bananas

We had a delivery yesterday(which was 45 minutes early once again). My partner had spoken to you about that. Once getting our shopping out, which was all battered and smashed up, we noticed the bananas were all black and soggy so had to be thrown. Ive just gone to do my little boys lunch, and i have noticed that the blueberries i had ordered went out of date on the 28th which was yesterday meaning the day we had our shopping delivered! This is getting a joke now, every week there is something wrong with our order.

I am complaining about my shop delivery on Friday
3rd time I have done this
My shopping arrived in a smashed up condition you have the photos
Frozen food defrosted
I don't have to keep explaining myself this Is on my account photos and complaints
This seens as if the driver has been in an accident and the goods had all smashed against the sides of the van
£140 if spent with you and I need to replace the goods as it is not in a state to be eaten
This is not just a small problem it is major

Someone needs to be responsible for this and customer services will not help

Morrisons Beers

I arrived home to find out there were only 10 beers in my 12 bottled beer case of Stella Artois. 2 had been smashed when I opened the box. I have took a picture of the 2 smashed bottles in the box. I paid £11 for this product despite it being advertised as £10.50 on the shelves. This was another error by Morrisons and I was upset by this as I ran out of beer quicker than expected. I hope these issues can be dealt with promptly.

I had a click and collect yesterday 24th feb from Morrisons Sittingbourne. The order went well and all social distancing was observed and my order was put into my car boot BUT My bread order had been substituted for an out of date mouldy loaf. Very angry.
