I bought a motorola l6 on 4 may 06 and its under warranty. My charger stopped working and I went to my nearest motorola authorized center on jail road new delhi. They say they don't have the charger and I have to wait may be a week or more than that. Or I should try other centers which is far from my residence. I even asked them to give me a date after 10 days but they say they cant assure. They spend so much on advertising. Pls spend on customer service.

I had purchased my Blackberry Gemini 8520 from a mobile store in Chennai and only after purchase I knew it was a officially unlocked device and not a usual Airtel Blackberry, I was upset at first as I have nearly 3 years of experience with Blackberry service at Airtel and its just awesome they do it so professionally. I used a Rs.999 (approx. USD $20) worth cover for the phone from case mate, after a month and few days the display brightness diminished to very low level and I had taken it to the Redington India Ltd. service center in T.Nagar and they told me about the Rs.730 charge if there is water lodged in the device and I was 100% sure that there isn't any possibility for the same, so I gave my device for service and was waiting for about 2 weeks and I received a call from them saying there was water lodge in my device and they want me to pay Rs.730 to get the device back and the most important thing is that the device isn't serviced. I was like what the hell? Why would I pay these cheats the money just to open and take look at it and return? These people don't have the basic common sense that if I had known there is water why would I give it for service to pay Rs.730 unnecessarily? I would rather go to private service center and get it done for same price or something additional, finally they sent me some fake snap shots of water damage and stuff. I doubt if they had done it on their own to rip off the money. Today I got the device back and the display totally doesn't work. They spoiled it even more. Blackberry has to stop sending officially unlocked devices let the people get good service from Airtel, Reliance and other service providers. Never from these local Redington guys, I wonder if they have ever seen a Blackberry phone, these guys would only have experience in spoiling local basic phones like Nokia, Motorola etc. Now giving the service order to these guys Blackberry is spoiling its reputation in India. I need a brand new device and also my Rs.730 to be returned and I am not going to live them till then.

People beware of these guys. Redington India Ltd is totally a fraud company. Redington India Ltd rips off the money and spoils your device. Redington Group has to replace my device and pay me my Rs.730 back. Redington Group has to stop the scam in the name of service Blackberry devices. Redington India Ltd should no longed be an authorized company to service Blackberry devices. Blackberry has to stop the contract right away.

I've been with t-mobile for 13 years now and never received an upgrade. I bought one new phone from t-mobile only because I wasn't aware that I could get an upgrade (it was convienently not mentioned by the sales rep). Well my razor phone that I have had for 3 years will no longer let me hear phone calls unless it is on speaker phone. The screen is completely blank and it will only charge half the time I plug it in. I made t-mobile aware of my issues and they tried to give me an "upgrade". HA. My monthly bill went from $75 to $120 after the upgrade. When I asked if they had a free phone to upgrade to, the t-mobile employee explained that even the FREE phones have upgrade fees! WHAT! So a FREE phone was going to cost me around $40 (which had to be paid before I left the store, they wouldn't even tack it onto my bill) So you're wondering why I didn't use my insurance to replace my phone? Here's the kicker...my cell phone insurance didn't cover my cell phone! That's right, the insurance that I have been paying for for the past three years, the insurance that t-mobile set me up, did not cover the phone they sold me. My phone has no water damage, no dents or scratches, it just simply does not work. This is how t-mobile has decided to reward my loyalty of 13 years... No refund of insurance money, No free upgraded phone, No discounted phone. Needless to say I will be switching carriers asap.

i purchased a motorola l9 handet last year. Within a few weeks, its keys got removed and the coating on its backcover also got removed. service centre people refused to repair these parts as they said these parts were not under warranty. Moreover, within another few months, the phone became a complete embarassment! it often used to hang and many a times, opened applications like Messages, Browser on its own! I got the phone repaired but within another few days, the phone got switched off permanently! At the service center, one person switched on my phone after finding out the fault that had occured. But while he was returning me my phone, another employee at the service center stopped him from returning my phone and told me he would send it to delhi for repairing purpose so that its functioning doesn't get distorted again. But when i went to take my phone back a few days later, he said your phone is dead... they are cheat! The phone got switched on in front of me but he said the phone had been dead since i submitted it! And it had not even been a year since i purchased the phone!

MOTORLA kind of big Corparate should focus more on the after sales support to retain their customer . Also they should review the their service provider perfomance and approch with their customer . In may case my mobile is warranty and Battery not working, so went to service center in T.nager Chennai and log complaint and recived a WON - but after one month also the service centre saying They not recived batttery from Motorla. They asking us to call Customer care and escalate but customer care people when we rasied voice they so roud and asking me to go complaint in court, but battery will come when the sotck comes .

I never seen such customer support in my life even with any local company also ..

When I was given MotoQ phone by company I was a proud user of the phone. Initially I received excellent services. I do not go in number game.. who is number one or second in mobile sell.

My perception about Motorola has be washed out in the recent past. I have received world class POOR SERVICES BY one of your service centres here in Cuttack i.e. Channel 4, Singh Plaza, Dolmundai, Cuttack 01 Odisha. I felt my company has done a blunder mistake or I have done a blunder mistake approaching your Cuttack Service centre for repair of my MotoQ set vide Service Job Sheet No. 7074. People in the front desk were pathetic, unprofessional, un caring, rude, having no ettiquettes how to deal with the customers. They do not know any other language other than Oriya. This indicates the Motorola customers cannot get their instruments if they do not understand local language. This customer slept on the set to diagnose the problem. When I did not hear any thing from them I called them and faced same problem - of language Oriya. There was a huge communication gap.s I went to this centre twice. On first occastion I took an estimate but didnt get my set repaired cost of repair appearing to be high i.e. 650.oo but when I spoke to my company they gave me go ahead for repair. Again, left my set for repair. I was told that within a weeks time my set will be repaired but it didnt. I lost my paitience when I called them after 25th days when told instead of Rs. 650.. I will have to bear an amount of approx. Rs.1650. I am really dejected with this kind of attitude and unprofessional services of such a World Class brand. I dont know whether this is a right platform to justice or whether my complaint will be addressed. I was completed disconnected from my customers and company because of set was not repaired.

I hope, this note of mind will be addressed and suitable action will be taken.

If i would have been a decision maker of Motorola I would taken three actions :

1. Termination of Customer care Centre
2. Contacted the Customer with due apologies
3. Replaced the set or repaired the set without any further delay at no Cost.

All the services centres of Motorola are pathetic like their mobile phones. I think, Motorola should stop manufacturing with immediate effect and refund the money to the buyers of their mobile phone. What a bitter experience using mobile phone and world classs bad services. My advise to the existing users to take assylum of Consumer court and to prospective buyers to consider any damn mobile phone but MOTOROLA.

WORLDS BAD MOBILE MANUFACTURING COMPANY EQUALY BAD IN SERVICE WITH HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

I went to the store on Sunday January 2, 2011 to replace my mobile phone through the replacement service agreement that I previously bought. After having to stand there waiting while the clerk was on the phone with them, I find out that I have to wait for an email to get a gift card to replace my phone! I think this is the most ridiculious way of conducting business. It would be like going to Wal-mart for a refund and them taking your item, you have to wait for an email then go back to the store to get what you need done! So I gave them my phone on Wednesday January 5th, 2011, being told that it would be sent out and the email would be there for with-in 4-24 hours, it is now Friday January 7th, and there is still no email. I called the store yesterday and the lady I talked to lied to me and told me that it was shipped and scanned that Wensday, I called the service plan 800 number myself they said no that it wasnt done till Thursday, this morning still nothing so I called again, now Im being told by tonight or in the morning at the latest! I would like to know if Radio Shack is going to refund me also the money that I am paying on a daily basis for a phone I dont have in possession, and the gas that its costing me to run back and forth. Get your act together and take care of your customers in the store, instead of giving them the run around! I can assure you that I will not EVER buy from there again and when I get this phone I will take it to another provider to purchase a service plan.

Verizon has now sent me my sixth or seventh defective rebuilt phone. Except for the last one the others were the original Motorola Android. I know from the web the problem with all of these was the proximity sensor. I either had five or six of them with the same problem.

After screaming bloody murder they sent me an Android II. Good news, the proximity sensor works. Bad news is that the LED on the front of the phone stops working after about two or three minutes of use. Only way to reset or fix the problem is to remove the battery (Verizon's suggestion). But who in their right mind would do that every three to five minutes?

Verizon tells me that Motorola rebuilds the phones. Who at either firm is doing quality control? Anyone?

I've sent three or four relatives to Verizon Wireless because of great customer service. Having to rethink that.

I followed the directions to claim the rebate and I received a reply from another company located in Connecticut that handles the rebates. They e-mail back to me that it takes 4-6 weeks.

Finally, in February, they e-mailed me again that the rebate is in the mail. I never received it. I called them up, but is impossible to get to them. I wrote them a letter and received no response. This is my first and last experience with Motorola.

Also, from the beginning this phone did not hold the charge for more than a day.

Thank God it didn't break down. Then I would have to send it in for repair. BEWARE of Motorola rebates.

my friend is new to boost mobile and asked if i could call the store due to her schedual, to check if she paid last week why then is she getting a text stating that she owes $55.00 on March 25? I called Monique said as long as it showes she has a balance she's ok. I called again to conferm of what Monique the employee said to me, then get this she said in her words "I told you. What didn't you understand? it's simple" Oh and she's the manager she dared me to complain. I don't live in Sparks Nevada I live in CA I told her that she was out of line and that she needes to take a class on customer service. I sais what if I had a learning disability then what? Oh well she said. I guess she doesn't value her job specialy in today's economy. She is lucky she has a job. I wish someone would contact me regarding this issue.

I bought a Motorola Xoom five days ago and signed up the data plan with Verizon but no the phone plan. I have had difficulty getting the initial password, so that I can register with Verizon to check usage status and pay bills. The problem is that when I register, I need to provide a temporary password. But the temporary password was either sent to the phone# attached to the device or in "snail" mail. I did not sign up a phone service with Verizon, so I could not have a phone to retrieve the text message. The Xoom cannot receive text messages but the mail usually takes several days. They did not have a way to send the password in email or FAX.

This is what I found out today after I went to the store talking to two people and called the customer service talking to three people. I talked to total of 5 people eventually eventually found out why I was unable to register. The people I talked to had no idea what my problem was, telling me to use the password I created, but since I could not even get an initial password to sign in at the first place, I did not even have a chance to create a password. I was then told to check the text message in my device, but there was no such a folder where I could check. The process of explaining where the problem was and how to resolve it took me 5 days. I was told to wait in the "mail" for the initial password. This is a ridiculous situation to even get their new customer to start to register with Verizon. If I had known I would experience this type of difficult process, I would not have even bother to buy Xoom with them.

Im going with you people... Its a bad fate for our India to hold Motorolla service center with Redington. Im n chennai. I bought MB300. Its external speakers are very poor. So, there is only one choice to go with the headset. Even i tolerated and enjoyed with what i have. After 1 and half month, it didnt work. I checked with the chennai service center at T Nagar. The agree to provide replacement as the fault is with the headset. They raised a work order for my requst. Its date is around February 1st. But, till todate they repeat the same answer 'NO STOCK'. In the middle, i forced them to keep track on my headset. And, i went 3 times based on the confirmation that they got replacement for my headset. But, fortunately, i know the headset no of my handset. They trying to cheat me with the local one which not even suite for my mobile. Even i cant hear anything with the replacement headset which they provided. And, they try to conveince me with the answer this is what the logistics ###ers are providing for this mobile. I believe they are doing things like smuglers. I believe, they are receiving the replacements, but selling those stocks outside for sale. This is the worst service center i ever hear.

I believe someone will take a look at our complaint. Else, people will loose their faith on Motorolla.

2 My Mtorokr E8 ph was given for repairing on saturday 14'2011
: G-7, Vardhman Plaza, Plot No. H-3,
Netaji Subhash Place, Pitam Pura Delhi 110034, Delhi,
Pitampura, Near Netaji Subhash Metro Station, India,
Tel: 011-[protected]

There is network problem in it...
After the recovery of my phone, when I wentmotorola service center ... The staff is not well prepared to handle the customers,
service is third class,
after paying the payment of Rs850.00 for damage in the phone ... they don't give any bill or cash memo
For Asking for proper bill they were they don't have problem or going here and there to escape from us
we were sitting there for around 45 minutes or 1 hr ...To get the bill...And they were saying system is off you ll get it tomorrow
It doesn't make any sense that i take my phone today and come there again for getting the bill
motorola service station on netaji subhash palace
getting weird day by day
service is very bad
just take care of that and one copy of this is also going to main officer
my main motive is that why customer should wait for the bill you should provide us that thing immediately
rather than saying that wait for 15 or 20 minutes and i was waiting there for 45 - 1 hr
I guess the service center avoid the payments not paid bills to the customers and also avoid Sale Tax paid by us
these centers are working like do{2} no. ways
the center cheated the company as well as the government revenue like sale tax, and other amounts to be paid by the centers to the company as well as the govt.
Kindly to look after the activity of working of your authorized service centers

The complaints are actually geniun and i faced similar problems with motorola service center. i went to change my Q9h handsets front body and they almost spoiled my handset and after complaining to them they say sir there is no gurantee over electronic gadgets. Such lame excuses doesnt make any sense. Right now my handset is in rest and peace and thanks to those efficient engineers which are working in redington for motorola.

My company decided to give Motorola Milestone (with flip keyboard pad) to their employees but not to be claimed for any malfunction with my company but if any of us have any issue we are to consult directly to the guarantee provided (mobile assembling company) which are simply pathetic in pakistan. Now, i Paid Rs. 38000 for a phone which Motorola calls 'MOTOROLA MILESTONE' but its not nothing more than a ###. Lot of employees bought this phone and all are crying. This mobile phone just brought an extremely bad name to MOTOROLA phones to such an extent that none of the employees ever wishes to buy the Motorola Phone again and just regretting on the Motorola Milestone they have bought. Just almost a year complete and my Mobile's and my collegues mobile (Both Motorola Milestones) started malfunctioning and their touch is out of order now and its keeps working on its own. Furthermore, from the very start all of my collegues who bought this Mobile phone had issues regarding Voice Quality at recieving end. Its a simply design disaster. Now, it simply had brought a very very bad name to your company, believe me. Once upon a time we use to wish we had a motorola mobile and now none of the people who have experienced Motorola Milestone wishes to open even the website of new Motorola phones. Simply pathetic ! Now, if some one will ask my opinion i will simply discourage to buy motorola. If MOTOROLA thinks they can pay me Rs. 38000 or some motorola phone similar to that price as a remedy i will send my discarded Motorola Milestone phone back to your company, else what more can i do, i am a job person, i am getting time after very long to report it to you and in pakistan there is no market of motorola, it has a poor resale and repair facility. I simply would think i threw Rs. 38000 into a dustbin, if none of the Motorola Company personal contacts me and pay the remedy for it. If any of the motorola personal wants to contact me here's my email ID yasirchishti@gmail.com. Thanks

I bought a Droid phone by Motorola through Verizon back in January, It is only August and now my $599.00 phone is outdated and worthless because they have to introduce the Droid X. Is that highway robbery or what? Buyer beware! You are obsolete the moment you leave the door of the store. They do that so you spend more money, there should be a law against that! Oh yeah! A monopoly!

i purchased a motorola triumph approximately 6 months ago and i have had numerous problems with it...the worse being that the internal memory continues to be eaten up by log files building up on the phone with no way to delete them...resulting in having to factory reset the phone every couple of days...not to mention having to recustomize it as well...so to avoid this very huge inconvenience i purchased a the lg optimus elite...which turned out to feel very cheap and fragile so i returned it back to the store only to have my triumph's serial number locked by virgin mobile...which i discovered when i tried to reactivate it...supposedly for failure to return 2 replacement triumphs months earlier which i provided the vmu tracking numbers for and it was found that the merchandise had been returned...yet my triumph is still locked and now i have no phone until they finally unlock it or i purchase another...which i really do not want to do because anything beneath the triumph is not my personal preference and the htc evo tht is being released is waaaaay too expensive...not to mention i wld not dare pay another $200 or more for a virgin phone only to end up with bad results like i did with the triumph...the manager Carlos was courteous enough to give me a month free service for the inconvenience after we went round and about on the issue for almost 3 hours! he placed the funds under a serial no of another fone so that i wld not lose them since i have no physical phone at this time...the only replacement he would offer is another triumph which i refused since iv had 3 and no luck! i feel that virgin is going to lose alot of good customers if they dont start standing by their products...and showing more concern for their customers...! i will contact corporate concerning this issue!

I purchased a motorola defy handset (model no MB525, IMEI no [protected])) from Croma outlet in Mumbai on 16 Jan 12. However in mid Jun 12 the phone started developing lines in the display. As the phone was under warranty, I contacted the motorola call centre and they directed me to visit a service centre which goes by the name of 'SAP mobile service' which is essentially a Sony Ericson service centre. However I visited the service outlet in Mumbai and I was told after a long wait that the display needs to be changed and it would take approx 15 days. I must confess that the service centre is manned by an unprofessional bunch of youngsters who were more involved in chatting rather than attending to serious complaints. On further querry as to why the repairs would take so long the service centre representative (mr Naresh) told me that 15 days is an optimistic estimate and it would probably take more than a month as the motorola service is POOR. Leaving the handset for an indefinite number of days did not appeal to me. The lines in the display are increasing in size daily and very soon the handset will be unusable. So may I request some Motorola technicians to resolve my issue.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Sagar Tarkhala, a resident of a small village Bantwa in Junagadh (Gujarat, India). I've been following your initiative since a while. Bearing in mind your effectiveness and accomplishment to successfully resolve consumer issues, I thought that you might be able to help me as well. I have complaint regarding Motorola handset for which I’ve been chasing Motorola India since September 2012 but I all those has been in vain till now.

I bought Motorola RAZR, XT-910 IMEI [protected] from Hemel Hempstead, UK on date 18/12/2012. Then due to some personal reasons I had to shift to India in May 2012.

My phone is still under warranty according to Motorola website and considering the date of purchase of phone. Motorola India denies that specifying their policy: due to in availability of parts of foreign model. But, same variant model (XT910) of my phone is available in India. And according to the warranty page on my manual “Motorola Global Warranty Mobile Phones: For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence.” which clearly says the warranty is global. So, my phone should qualify under warranty. But still they deny providing warranty service. I’ve mentioned this complain on Motorola helpline [protected]) in June 2012. That issue remains unsolved.

On top of that Motorola Authorized service center has damaged my phone. The matters are described as follows:

On date 28-08-2012, I was in Ahmedabad, while there I had charging problem so, I called Motorola helpline on [protected] around 14:00 hrs, to seek help for problem in the mobile phone. I was informed about two service centers in Ahmedabad. Of which I chose DUGAR TELECARE, 20 ABHISHREE COMPLEX, BELOW NOKIA CARE, OPP. STAR BAZAR, SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD-380015. I contacted DUGAR TELECARE on no 079-[protected] around 1500 hrs and asked about the asked about the problem on the phone and I was told that charging issue is minor and would be solved within 2 hrs. Upon submitting my phone for repair at DUGAR TELECARE, I was given job sheet no.179 and was asked to sit for 2 hrs. When inquiring around 5:45, he gave my phone back. On checking the phone it still had problem, the battery status was displaying “?” symbol, the repair man called me in person and admitted that he accidently broke battery belt. So I was asked to wait till next day.

On 29-08-2012, I contacted DUGAR TELECARE quite a few times on [protected] right from 0930 hrs. DUGAR TELECARE kept coming up with a new excuse every time I called. In evening when I went there with his friends, I was called in personal again in small cabin and repairman confessed that he made mistake while repairing phone and phone has gone dead, this things will also be there in CCTV footage.

Following that I pleaded continuously to repair my not only expensive but more important phone. But I wasn’t paid attention and I was threatened to leave the shop. When I asked to show the CCTV footage of phone being repaired I was threatened and forced to leave. I felt helpless and I had nothing but to leave.

I reported this problem on National consumer helpline [protected]) on date 08/09/2012. They suggested me to submit my phone to another Motorola service center and get phone diagnosed and get its condition in writing. After that send notice to Motorola to resolve this problem.

Following National customer helpline’s instructions, on date 12-09-2012 I registered my complaint to Motorola on their helpline around 3:30 PM and I submitted his phone to ARYAN TECHNOLOGIES, UL-10, NEPTUNE TOWER, B/H RELIANCE WEB WORLD, OPP. JALARAM PETROL PUMP, KALAWAD ROAD, RAJKOT-360005 to get his phone repaired, where I was given job sheet no.3678. After diagnosing the phone the service center returned phone stating that the phone’s mother board and battery are damaged.
I’ve informed Motorola about this matter on date 12/09/2012 around 3:30 pm. I called again Motorola Helpline on date 24/09/2012 around 1:25 pm. Mr.Manesh attended the call but no response was given about advances in the matter. On date 07/11/2012 I called Motorola Helpline again to seek any advances and warranty matter, but no satisfying response was given. On date 12/11/2012 I called again Motorola Mr.Desai attended the call, but upon asking advances in the matter I was told that I can go to consumer forum if I want but, Motorola won’t help me in this matter. I called Motorola helpline on date 20/11/2012 again, this time Mr.Manesh attended the call and told they can’t help me until I go to service centre which is nearly 800 KM away and then talk to Motorola Helpline. Every time I called Motorola Helpline, I have mentioned all the details as well as I have cooperated fully with the Motorola representatives but no proper response was given until this day.
I’ve informed about these matters to Motorola by notice, on date 17/10/2012 I sent them legal notice by post by registered AD no.RG304116492IN in which I mentioned all the minute details but, I wasn’t paid attention at all. Upon getting no responses I sent notice to Motorola on 09/11/2012 by registered AD no. RG304117100IN but, the later one was not accepted by Motorola. Till the day I haven’t received any responses from Motorola

I’ve called Motorola Helpline multiple times and sent even two notices to Motorola but till the day, I’m not given complain number. This shows lack of cooperation and seriousness towards consumer.
On date 21/11/2012 I have informed Motorola UK about this matter, ‘Tijl’ was the representative from Motorola UK. She said that this is Motorola India service centre’s fault and they should be extending the warranty and get your phone repaired.
On date 23/11/2012 I have contacted Motorola 3 times then they informed me that they can’t help me in this matter because I should have informed them earlier, and they believe that I might have damaged the phone so, asked for CCTV footage for repairing but they denied every time and ignored complain every time. The names of representatives were Mr.Harsh, Mr.Manesh, Mr.Pradeep respectively out of which Mr.Pradeep replied bluntly.
It is clear that Motorola didn’t investigate into this matter and are ignoring my genuine case again and again. They didn’t even check the details or footage with the service center and kept ignoring my demand of CCTV footage.
I feel that I am helpless and I am deprived of my consumer rights by Motorola on both issues of warranty and damaged phone by Motorola. The legal and official process seems too long and tedious, I’m not sure when will I get justice. So, I request you to take appropriate actions on my behalf and please help me in this matter in all ways possible

I have got all the legal proofs, witnesses, documents and logs to support the facts mentioned in this letter.

For any further details please feel free to contact me at any time on +91-[protected].

I confirm all the details and data furnished are best of my knowledge.

Thanking you

Sincerely,
Sagar Tarkhala

This phone is the worst I've seen Motorola/Admiral put out. You barely touch the screen or grab the phone it changes of whats on the screen. The buttons that are on the side are not in a useful location whats so ever. Sometimes you cannot even go back to the home page it will not let you. So in short it is the worst phone and it sucks.

This is by far the worst phone I have ever had and I can't get any replacement since it was out of ebay. The battery life was horrible. I cannot use it at all when it is charging- the keys are completely unresponsive. I got stranded on the road 2 days ago with a dead phone because I had to use the gps for a total of 20 minutes on a full battery! Finnally fixed the problem by using an 5000mah extended battery from mpj. Besides the screen sometimes goes completely black and again unresponsive if I use the camera and the virtual keyboard was working fine but not the quarty!

To whom it may concern my name is Chanel Simpson and iam currently making installment payments on a Motorola X buy Sprint..I HATE this phone as I can here people when they call me but the person on the other side can not there comment is that my voice sounds muffled.. I was told by a sprint representive that I didn't have to pay for a phone that I was UNHAPPY with well that is BULL.. I have to still pay for it.. I HATE THIS PHONE not only does it over heat( It hasn't mattered if Wi-Fi has been off or if I've turned off all the standard reasons why a phone overheats... but no one can hear me..A Sprint represent admits this is a common problem with this phone.. Why would I want a phone that no one can here me this is REDICULOUS... Sprint's other suggestion was to down grade witch would be no big deal but it seems the down grades have worse problems than this phone. How do the manufactures get away with selling such poor quality devices to the consumers is beyond me anyway thanks for reading my complaint it would be nice if you can help find a solution to this problem thank you Chanel Simpson phone number [protected]

Dear Sir/Mam, I have ordered cellphone through Flipkart.com in the month of July 2014 and after 4 months my device starts to hang, auto-reboot, heating problem...even charger also stopped working...on 4th of April 2015 I went to Z.A. Mobiles located in G.F. - 4, Leela Mension, Naval Kishore Road, Hazratganj, Lucknow, Uttar pradesh. They simply told me the problem is in Software so get it on 6th of April..and then after they said there is a Motherboard Failure and it will take few days more...Then after in the evening of 9th April, 2015...after registering the complaint against Motorola I got call from Mr. Anuj Srivastav, Contact Number ( +91 [protected] ) who is an employee of Motorola Company...he discussed about my problems regarding to my device then offer me for ‪#‎Cash_Back‬...and I said 'm agree with that...and from that time I am still waiting for the solution...On 10th of April I called to company on [protected] ( Motorola Toll-Free Number ) to know the status and forward procedure of my complaint...but the company refused me to get talked with the supervisor...Whenever I called, they said they are arranging a call back for the next day...On 11-04-2015 I again called them and they said the same as before...and unfortunately they again failed to do so...On 12th of April when I again called them, as usual they started to make me fool by saying that they again arranging a call back due to absence of senior authority...And today on 13th April after getting too much tired and exhausted of this, when I called to customer care again they tried to convey me by saying that the senior will call you between 24-48 hrs...And also the Agent's attitude is too rude and she disconnected the call in the middle of argument...Since 4th of April till now 'm really getting frustrated because of there service...seriously it is worst I've ever seen...Today is the 9th day and 'm without my phone...I am suffering with a great distress and 'I'll not tolerate my loss due to there irresponsible behavior...Due to this 'm also getting delayed to my other works...My whole time is spending over this stuff...I'm without my phone and its too hard for me...from 4th April to 13th April...its been 9days...more than a week...and the Company is not taking it seriously...! Till now I had level out 2-3 times to service center of Motorola and I had done so many calls for this scenario...And as much as time they will get to solve this case they have to pay my losses...Please help me, what to do and how to do...because now 'm really getting over and over due to this fraudulent behavior of the company...! Right now I'm facing lot of problems due to this so kindly help me out as soon as possible...!

I got a Motorola Moto E cell phone with manufacture defect (sound automatically shut off during phone call and very week sound). I called Motorola customer service and was told to get a replacement phone, I have to pay $24.99 of premium fee. I said why should I pay for manufacturer defect? I was told this is Motorola policy and Motorola charge this money to all of the consumers. I bought this phone at the end of May this year and it never worked correctly.
