I had been planning to arrange a trip to istanbul for my parents as a wedding anniversary gift. Fortunately, one of my friends refer me to myflightsearch. To my surprise there were so many budget-friendly options available at their site and when I called the customer service, I was not only given some additional senior citizen flight discount but also got the whole itinerary customized as per my budget. I am really thankful for making my wish executed in such a wonderful way. Keep up the good work.
Airline tickets
I booked a flight from Evansville, Ind. to Tucson, Az. with Myflightsearch.com on
April 29 2020 and paid 235.20 USD received a booking ref but no confirmation number. I called Delta the airline, and was told that I had been scammed and the company was a fraud. I have contacted Flight Search on this number: [protected] several times and I am always told I would have aconfirmation number by the end of the day as of this date 5/14/2020 I have not received anything
Carryon fee paid twice
I took a trip to Florida, from Cleveland, back in January 2020. I used MyFlightSearch website and booked my tickets including carryon bag fees which I paid $30+ each way...again through their website and I have the papers to prove this transaction. When I boarded the flight, Spirit Airlines stated I did not have carryon added to my ticket so they forced me to pay $65 round trip carryon fee (attached). I contacted MyFlightSearch multiple times, they said Spirit owed me the money back. I contacted Spirit multiple times, they said MyFlight Search owed me the money back. MyFlightSearch has been extremely uncooperative for providing me a refund for monies I paid for and didn't show up on the scanned eticket at the airport. They no longer answer my emails, and they refuse to help with on their customer service line [protected].
MyFlightSearch owes me $65 and won't reimburse me for their error. DO NOT USE MyFlightSearch, they are not customer care!

Flight refund
I purchased two airline tickets on feb 12, 2020.
the next morning no eticket. I called my flight and they saif the ailine raised the rate and ther wasnt enough time to get a new rate before takeoff. (I went to the airport and bough the exact same tickets for the same price plus counter fee) A week later i get the refund for the initial purchase of the tickets and the same day i get a charge for double the amount. $2079 to be exact. They then refunded that debit and charged the same amount again. Thie is leaving me out of $2079. They wasnt supossed to be able to use my debit card information for that transaction. The only thing that legally could be charged is the initial debit for $1039. This was no doubt an illegal act of fraud and cyber theft. I will pursue this to the end of my abilities until i get a refund or the business is no longer conducting business in this country. Reservation # 366812
Tickets not being refunded
I booked 2 tickets on Feb 25 & cancelled them Feb 26. Booking numbers 376839 & 376854. I had confirmation of the cancellation of these bookings & have yet to receive the refund. Could you please look into this?

Lack of customer service support; ticket cancellation due to covid-19
I have sent this mail to cancel my booking since over four days due to the COViD-19 pandemic and up till now, no one has responded to mails I have also tried to called the aircanada but I was referred back to the agent through which I bought the ticket.
If the booking can not be cancelled, I expect that I should be allowed to rebook. Unfortunately, neither myflightserch.com or air canada has responses to m.
Saskatchewan government has declared a state of emergency, part of the points they made is restriction of travel to n fro the province, with this development, take it that I will not be embarking on the travel I booked from your website ( March 27-Regina to Toronto and March 29-Toronto back to Regina).
I hope I will be contacted about what option I will have as regards the booking.

My name is Cesar Abellera. I purchased a ticket on Oct. 21. 2019 (Cathay airlines) booking # 315609 for Jan. 01, 2020 flight to Manila. Unfortunately when I went to Lax, check in, found out no ticket, no booking from cathay. I was so frustrated. I called your office and staff told me that they will refund the money ($ 835.75 dollars) to be exact and within 2 weeks I will get thru mail. 4 weeks past, no check received. Called for follow up, somebody told me, send to wrong address and it was returned. Staff told me it will be resend, wait for 1 week, still no check received, but somebody told me that its mailed already. I gave the right address to where it should be mailed but until now, its been 2 weeks since i speak with your staff that told me that its in the mail. I called yesterday 3/12/20, placed me on hold then hang up on me. Called again, answering machine on... left a message but no message received. I called this Am machine on, so i decided to send you this E-mail. I'm hoping I'll get a response from you and pls. take care of this problem. Worst experience. This company is fraud. How is this company still doing business ? This company has charged me 2541.37USD with reference to booking number 360465. I book on their site from where google direct me on January 28, 2018. They even send me confirmation emails. After that they call me and was told the price on the ticket went up and if I would like to pay more. I refused the charge and cancelled. I received a email with the cancelation. After that I received another mail the next day where they said they as an error charge my card and that I was going to receive a refund which I'm still waiting.

Hello, This complaint is with regards to booking Reference OY2PYR entered by travel agent MyFlightSearch.com.
I booked a flight for my daughter (removed) on Feb 8, 2020 for departure date of Feb 18, 2020, Chicago to Toronto (one way) . The e-ticket wasn't sent and I noticed I was charged $1000 USD extra for the ticket cost of $211.48 USD. I contacted MyFlightSearch.com same day. They did not provide any explanation and hanged up on me after telling me that I will be refunded the over charged. They somehow issued my e-ticket after I called several times next day and waited on the line for a long time.
I soon realized this company is a scam after going on-line and reading all the reviews. I wish I had done my homework before.
My immediate request to Air Canada is to please protect my ticket and do NOT allow them to cancel or change the booking as this is their business practice to scam even more money out of people. I should be the only person to authorize any change or cancellation. I do not have any plan to change this booking and do not want my daughter having problems at the airport for cancelled or no-ticket.
Would you please let me know if you will be able to block them from doing any change on this booking. The flight is up-coming on Feb 18 16:50 in Chicago. I am going through a lot of stress and feel that my rights have been violated. Please help me to prevent further damage.

over charging my account by over $2000, and no tickets!!!
I booked two tickets, got confirmation but never received tickets. Called for two days, no answer and left several messages. When I finally got t talk to someone they apologized but could not produce the tickets for my "confirmed" price but could get me tickets that were almost four times the original price. Declined the offer, booked tickets (at a higher rate than the original). When I got home I discovered an "apology" email advising of a technical glitch and I would receive a refund in 4-6 weeks.in checking with my bank, this company took over $2100 from my account for $114 tickets that they never produced! I so wish I would have done some research - I was in a time crunch and just booked. Oh, and when I tried to talk to someone about this mess, I was told there are no supervisors on weekends, the person I spoke with could only read a pre-written explanation about how they deal with problems! Never again! Zero stars.

How is this company still doing business ?
This company has charged me 2307.14 USD with reference to booking number 336939. Because of this Fraud, I have insufficient balance to pay my utility bills and house rent. I have to borrow money from my friend just to pay rent of my house.
I have seen many bad reviews of this company for charging huge amount on customer cards saying it's a technical glitch . How could it be a technical glitch for so many customers ? This company is taking money from multiple customers and taking interest on this amount. Most of the customers in the review has mentioned that they have not yet received the refund.
I have raised complaint in FTC and also asked my bank to dispute the charges. If you are also victim of this fraud then make sure to raise complaint to FTC (Federal Trade commision) . This company doesn't deserve to be in business and it has to be stopped.

I booked and paid for 2 tickets from Ottawa to Guadalajara on 23 Nov and we are now 26 Dec ad I have yet to receive my Eticket. Over the past few days I honed the company (customer services) on numerous occasions and received numerous calls from you, each time indicating that I was to receive my tickets imminently, but nothing ever happened. This evening I called again 3 times and I was cut off each time.
I talked to you customer services to no avail. We are now less that 3 days before my scheduled departure and I have yet to receive the tickets.

After my issue I did some research and found out that according to BBB there is an ALERT for this company due to the pattern of complaints on them.
I booked a flight on Nov 9th for my husband and I to go see my parents in Colorado for two days during Thanksgiving. With my husband being active duty military this was a rare opportunity for us to spend a holiday with family. When I tried to do early check in through our airline I was unable to find our flight and called myflightsearch customer support line. After being on hold for a while I was hung up on twice after giving my booking number to a representative. When one of the workers finally decided to speak to me I was informed that my ticket was not booked by a very rude and unprofessional representative (Joel or Jole) who then proceeded to yell at me after I got mad a firmly requested my money back ($591.18). I was provided with no solution and told to call tomorrow because it was the end of the work day for them. (I called at 4:20pm and they advertise 24/7 customer service on their website). I was never informed that there were issues with booking my flight until my call.
Stuff happens and we are only human. I would have no issues with this situation if I was informed politely that my ticket was not booked a day or two after I booked it. That way I would have had enough time to find new tickets. However the company is refusing to take responsibility and never actually stated that they will return my money. Because we were already almost six hundred dollars down it made it impossible for us to find and afford last minute tickets. Now we are stuck, unable to spend time with family on Thanksgiving. I have scheduled an appointment with legal on base on Tuesday to see our options. If somebody from California has experienced similar misfortune with this company please consider contacting me to see if we can join efforts.
After sending two angry emails to customer service it seems that company is blaming everything on the "airline changed the fare". The official response I got from them was;

I was to have a refund for tickets incorrectly booked by your company
October /22/2019 I purchased two tickets for las vegas, you booked the wrong dates
Ref# 315935, then you booked properly Ref# 370656 I was told a refund would take 8 days, nov 6th I contacted Eric in Customer service ID#5095 explained that the refund still outstanding $686.22USD He stated it would be done Nov/13/2019. Nov/15/2019 still no call back or refund. Please advise me when this refund will happen before I take to the proper authority.

Don't get involved with them! I tried to purchase air tickets, got booking number (booking reference 315691) and instructions to wait for e-ticket, never got any, called therm, got bunch of lies (my card didn't work, voice mail left, etc) and cancelled everything. Got charged during conversation (how about "bad" card?), got cancellation confirmation and never get refund (since 10/23/2019), called them multiple times and got some more lies (like they never charged me) and still no result. Reported them to FTC and BBB, and to my bank.
BBB is investigating them. I'm wondering why they are still in business?!

My mom booked a flight reservation through their site on 11/3/2019 and she got the booking receipt sent to her email (booking #: 321466) but not the e-tickets and my mom was concerned as well like why weren't the tickets being sent. So I called the customer service line and this guy with a heavy accent was real aggressive and rude and constantly cut me off when I was trying to answer his questions. But I kept being cut off and I was getting annoyed and he said give me the booking # and he said what email is it? And I gave the email and he said he sent it after I said I couldn't see it but wait 5 minutes or something and he said I got to cut the line or something and I just hung up. I had a weird feeling about this site and how it seems like those too good to be true scams and I have a feeling i'm right. And I want a refund cause this is unacceptable and poor customer service!

I am having feeling that after I was charged two times on my account for their technical issues reason, I have been bounced like a little ball everytime I call, stating by the representatives that i will receive my confirmation soon but you cannot speak with supervisor, cause he is out for emergency or still didnt came to work. If I dont get a ticket soon I will make this big.

Second is the cancellation the next day under double amount because of their mistake, not money as they state, cause I wouldnt ask double refund if I paid once of course. FRAUDS! We booked our flights to Cancun on 9/13 for flights on 11/3-11-6 to visit our hotel that we are having our wedding at. They charged me $407 and then apparently the fare changed so they canceled our booking. And no one told us. At all. So here I am, a month before we leave paying $850 for flights because they didn't tell us. NEVER AGAIN. I was even the one who had to call to see what the status was because I never hear anything. Fraud, fraud and fraud. I book plane tickets for Interjet Airline through MyFlightSearch.com. I was sent a confirmation and then soon after an e-mail saying that per my request the tickets had been cancelled. I called to an Indian call center and the lady was extremely pushy and rushed and said that my Citibank card wasn't accepted. So, I used another card and repeated the same process, which I normally wouldn't have done but a combo of the CS person's rushness and my business, I did it. In middle of this, the call center changed to identify themselves as Travel Avion. The said that it was a subidiary and that the price of my tickets had gone up. I ended up purchasinig the Interjet tickets at a price less than what I would have bought them on the InterJet site. When I hung up, I put did a Google Search of "Fraud Travel Avion" and found fraud warnings for MyFlightSearch and Avion. Same description. I called Interjet and actually was sold the tickets. I put a lock on both credit cards and just found that there was a declined charge for almost $3500 on Citi card trying to purchase InterJet tickets. Had my card not been locked I would have been charged $3500 to my card. I have read numerous strories exactly the same for people who have bought with Delta, British Airways and it was as if Travel Avion had "intercepted" the phone call. After talking to both call centers, it seemed like the same Indian call center working both companies. I called the CS MyFlightSearch and would have Travel Avion reps answer. It's a total Fraud. Run from both companies.
My booking is still pending in your system. Charges have been cleared as of Jan.22. Send booking payment to Alaska si they will confirm. So far they have no reservation for me
This is an offshore theft ring. No one has ever got a flight or anything from them. Just check their phone number, it is not linked to any real company.
