Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

Elaine I am currently dealing with the same problem i ordered 3 tablets for my children in 11/28/12 can you tell me how long it took to get your refund? I have emailed them and they gave me a real standard 2-3 weeks per FAQs answer. If I don't get the refund I wont be able to get them something else.

If you paid with paypal file a complaint with them, if not file with the credit card you used. I have already filed and escalated mine through paypal. They have no intentions of sending me those boots. They closed my account because I continued to complain.

I purchased a 3 peice set- PC tablet 7" with stylus and black case last Nov 2012. I received the product which truned out to be defective. I emailed nomorerack customer support about return/refund and I got multiple reponses from different staff on diffrent times. On their email, I got 2 different addresses to return the products. I asked for CONTACT NUMBER of nomorerack.com to talk to custmoer service people but never got any answer. I asked to be given info on how to access record of my transaction and charges when logged on to nomorerac.com site BUT I still don't get anu answer. NOMORERACK.COM IS REALLY SCARY SITETO ORDER ONLINE, AND GIVE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

Complete SCAM! Awful, awful, awful. Ordered sheets 26 days ago with a "promise of delivery within 10-14 days." Still no sheets. The only way to contact is via email and I keep getting auto-replies saying someone will contact me within 48 hours. 5 emails later (with only auto-replies) and I'm ready to call the credit card company and dispute the charges. NEVER use this company! Hassle completely not worth the supposed "savings."

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. You will regret it. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW. My wife and I ordered Christmas Presents for our children. I lost my job this year, so we are completely broke and couldn't even afford gifts. But because of the prices, we ordered items well over 3 weeks ago. I attempted to contact the 800# and was disconnected twice. I attempted the live chat with no response. I emailed them and haven't gotten a response. My order is showing as "Shipped" and "Complete". When we tried (Several times) to click on he link to track your order... It just pulls up a blank page. I will never use this "FAKE" Company again and warn everyone I can about them.

We have 5 kids and have had the worst year of our lives financially. We don't have the money to buy gifts for them again. I had to sell a lot of things just to afford what we did get. If someone doesn't get back to us, our kids Christmas is going to be ruined! All because I trusted this site. I can't believe this! Please be warned, and don't let it happen to you.

You should contact the Better Business Bureau. They are the ones that got the ball rolling for me. You can file a complaint online, and they will contact nomorerack on your behalf. The BBB contacted me the very next day. The BBB is very familiar with nomorerack, so that should help. I pray you can get this resolved and have a Merry Christmas. If it is a little later than Christmas, the children will understand, I too came from a family with five kids. My dad worked as a carpenter, and during this time of year didn't have a lot of money. Mom and dad always made it great for us, even if we didn't get everything we wanted, we had all we needed. God bless you and your family.

I purchased a pair of boots back on Novemeber 19th and have not yet recieved my order. I recieved a email about 3 days after I made the purchase saying that my item had shipped with a tracking number, when I click on the tracking number, I get a blank page. I tired going on Ups and Fedex website to track, to no avail. After sending 3 emails to the company, I finally recieved a email back but I am still not satisfied! I finally thought I found a 1800 number for them but am told that they are just a company that gets in touch with the company for you and they too sent a email for me. This website is a total scam! I am trying now to get my money back and I assure you, I will never order from them again.

order was placed on November 9th, 2012, and i had the same problem with the orders did not come in said it will be here in 3 to 5 biz and after a month i still have not received my whole order i bought the items for my wife b-day it passed i had to buy her other gift and im still out of my money tried they had the nerve to tell me "If your order was placed before Dec 10th, we guarantee delivery in time for Christmas"i was like please befor you tell me more dumb things can you please look at my order dont mean to be rude but if my order was placed on November 9th, 2012 and you tell me BS like shipping is on strike for over a month just give me a RMA so i can get my money back and what do you know they want to give me store credit ill never shop here again

Horrible! Items were received but some were really flawed. Sapphire earrings had nicks out of the surface of the gem and a strange cloudy color on one. Earrings were so dark they did not look like sapphires at all. Another pair of double tier earring had a visble gap on one earring but the other was flush and fine. I most likely will not order again, it is too much of a hit or miss. I contacted them about replacements but got a serious run around. They were out of stock but yet advertising it on their site. Bogus!

I have had the worst online shopping experience with this website. I bought an item of clothing which clearly did not follow standard sizing rules. Anyway, I emailed customer service asking how to return the item and got the instructions and returned it. Its been 3 months since I am still fighting to get a refund for it. I have talked to 4 different people now and I am absolutely frustrated. Those jerks can keep my money. Learnt my lesson - never buy anything from nomorerack and I advise others to do the same.

I have ordered about 10 items, 2-3 weeks later have not received 1/2 of them; quality is not the best; one of the items was different from the one on the pictures, very low quality, poor customer service.

You have also been victimize...I was also SCAMMED by these CROOKS...I order Boots and never received them...Its been almost a month...Sent me a invalid tracking number through Fed-Ex., so I called Fed-Ex 1800# only to be told that number couldn"t be tracked ...SHOPPERS BEWARE!

Horrible, awful, terrible, those are just 3 of the words to describe this rip-off company. I sincerely think they need to be investigated by the Attorney General. The same thing has happened to both me and my sister. Orders placed, partially shipped, some items never received, the standard response of we will refund your money after 21 days, blah, blah, blah. One item I placed took over a MONTH to receive. I finally blasted them an email and surprise, surprise, my items arrived. I have had it with this company, they should not be in business. I warn everyone, do not shop here or you will go thru the frustrations others have, just read the complaints. They are all the same.

I placed my ored for 3 pairs of boots on November 26. Plenty of time to receive before Christmas. They said 2-3 weeks. Ive tried several times to contact them via live chat, emails and never get results. I just get emails saying they received my concerns, emails. Its now Dec 23 and I have yet to hear from the, I want ALL my money back or I am reporting them to fraud. Do not do buisness with this company.
Im also reporting them to my credit card company as fraudulant buisness practices and the BBB.

Like everyone else I have not received my boots that was ordered on November 26th.
But what I will be doing is contacting a few television stations to get this company exposed. there are too many people out in the world that are ordering from this company to save a buck and are not receiving their merchandise nor refunds.

Ordered "UGG BOOTS" off of this site stating they were at a discounted rate for the holidays. Boots were ordered on Novermber 26th and stated would be delivered by christmas eve. I received an email a couple days later stating that they had shipped but with an invalid tracking number. Emailed 4 different times to customer service since there is no phone number to contact them at. Customer service rep stated had been shipped just delayed due to holiday season. Asked how I could return them for my money back and she said they do not offer money back JUST CREDIT FOR PURCHASES ON THEIR SITE! The boots finally arrived on December 22nd with the box all damaged. Opened the box and the boots are not UGG at all they are some off brand that I have never heard of and the stitching on the soles was terrible that there were holes in both boots near the toes and the boots bottoms looked and felt like styrofoam. This site is terrible and I hope people read these comments before ordering from them in the future what a waste of money.

I ordered 2 items on 11/26/2012. The website guarantees 10-14 days for delivery of items; I got 1 item within the guaranteed delivery time. However, it was the wrong item. The 2nd item has still not been delivered. I received a shipping notification 2 days ago from the company, but when I check tracking, it shows USPS still has not even received the item to ship. These were to be a Christmas present, but it is now a day after Christmas and I still have not received the item. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I ordered 9 things on Cyber Monday. Figured this was early enough to order presents for Christmas. Guess I figured wrong. Items were missing. Some never shipped nor decided to tell me they weren't being shipped. Problems with their vendor or something? How is that my issue if a business does business with somebody and THEY fail. Nobody responded for live chat or emails. Finally had to sit on hold. They still don't know why or where parts of my order are, will see if I get my refund.

I received a email stating that the Boots I order had been shipped, but yet to receive them...But if I where to receive them I wouldn't dare put them on my foot or a child feet...These are HEARTLESS CRIMINALS behind this SCAM, no telling where they getting these item from, may have puts something in/on the shoes with the intent too ROTTEN my/our FOOT off and I'm sorry but $24 plus dollar isn't worth that...But I shop online pretty often NEVER once did it cross my mind I was about to become a victim of a SCAM...PLEASE stay away from Nomorerack.com Website...

After hearing about this site on The View, I thought I'd check it out to see what kind of deals they had. Several items were very appealing, i.e. Ugg boots and discounted clothing; however, I thought I'd start with a very small purchase to see if I was satisfied before I bought anything more expensive. I spent $9 on (2) "cubic zirconia" tennis bracelets. The picture was lovely, and they were supposed to be worth $100! They arrived in a reasonable amount of time----the 2 bracelets, very shiny indeed, but strung together on stretchy wire like cheap ones you can get in the Dollar Store. I already have 1 cubic zirconia tennis bracelet, and believe me, these are NOT cubic zirconia. I definitely will not be giving them as gifts as I had planned. I'd be embarrassed to give them! $9 for a 50 cent item--Wow! They are cheap, cheap, cheap! Guess my nieces will get them for playing dress-up, although they'll probably break before they get to use them much. All I can say is, I'm glad I didn't spend more than $9 to learn the lesson to NEVER use this company again. I hope they don't get away with their scamming for very much longer. I feel badly for the people who did Christmas shopping on this site. If the products they ended up getting were as crappy as these bracelets, I'm sure they're very (justifiably) upset! Yes, they should be reported to the Attorney General.
