When I was placing two orders at Panda off of Mt.Vernon I 1st placed a Panda bowl with cho-mein and orange chicken, 2nd was a 2 plate one entree with Rice and Double Orange Chicken, after I realized that the bowl was pretty much the same price as a 2 plate & 1 entree (1.10$) asked to change my pand bowl I was told no because my bowl was already made, also got told she'll just add a side not considering that I clearly wanted to change my order. I felt cut off I payed for a side that came in a little box when I could've had 2 orders of 2 entees and 1 side.

We went to the panda at eastern and Sahara in Las Vegas NV and went to drive thru and we ordered a bigger plate and two regular plates. When we got done she said she will have the total at the window. So when we got to the window I asked her to repeat my order. She held up a finger and closed the window. She came back and told us the order for the two smaller plates and when she got to the bigger plate she named one entree and said she didn't remember the other one but it was there she said. We had to tell her 3 more times to make sure it was right. We got home and found the third item was one of the other two items. Not happy

My mother and I ordered food and the lady said they were not done preparing the food. Once it was done they skipped over us to the men behind us giving them what we asked. They did not think about maybe saying they were here first instead they paid. We both reacted asking her what happened we were here first?! She half apologized saying sorry and screaming to wait once we were heading out the door. This was an act of racial discrimination because it happened to only us up to that point. Please teach the employees to treat people as equals because we go to public places to enjoy our food and most importantly WE PAY not steal from them. We felt disrespected, discriminated, humiliated such a disappointment with the Springfield, VA store.

pepper chicken
I ordered a big three plate I was given the pepper chicken when I got home it smelled burned and was very not good. I called and talk to Rawin the assistant manager and she said that I could come back and she would replace it or refund, I'm on aurora and that was not a option. I have eaten there several time and can't believe this happened. I will think twice before visiting again.
reporting harassing discriminating and racist behavior of panda express associate named "crystal" at hawthorn mall vernon hills, il 60061.
We are Asian Indians living in Northern Suburbs of Il, today around 6 PM Chicago time, my wife and I went to the Hawthorn Mall in Vernon Hills IL to look at some stuff and to grab a bite at food court, my wife went downstairs to get a drink where as I went to the Panda Express and started waiting patiently in line, when it was my turn then I asked the male associate to give me four spring rolls, instead of handing me my food he told me to go the cash register / counter, I went to the cash counter where associate Crystal was at the cash register and she was helping a customer, there were 2 girls standing in front of me as well. When she was done with the customer she was helping I said "excuse me, he sent me here, I just need 4 spring rolls so should I go back to him or start waiting here in line" and that was it she first looked at me, noticed my dark complexion and started yelling at me saying "I had interrupted her" where as all I had asked was should I wait here in line or go back to the first associate for my spring rolls, her behavior was really bad, racist and discriminating and she told me multiple times that I do not have any right to ask any questions and she will call the security and get me kicked out. I had only asked her a simple question and I am still thinking "what did I do wrong" ?
Above all when my wife asked associate crystal why is she yelling and insulting her husband she said that I was filming / video taping where as I even did not had my phone or camera in my hand the first place but when she started insulting my wife as well clearly because she has dark complexion as well then I tried to take a picture of the associate and the shop so that I can file an official complaint and seeing that associate Crystal ran to the phone to call the security, my wife and I had enough and we quietly left but clearly that was the highlight of our days, we are in our late 40s and no one ever insulted us like that ever and not because of our dark complexion but today was the day.
Please keep this in mind that I know my rights as a legal Citizen Of USA, I can go to the court, hire an attorney, file a law suit but right now I an not thinking about anything like that but that may change in future.

The family ate at a Panda Express in Oakview Mall in OMaha NE yesterday 7/21/17. We ordered and paid with no inclination of our order not fulfilled as ordered. My husband had to wait for a fresh meal, which we understood and appreciated. However I ordered a healthy meal of chicken with mushrooms and the side of veggies. They were out of veggies and brown rice. I had to go with my third option of white rice... they did not say anything about this until my husband picked up his food. How do you run out of vegetables and have no brown rice ready? ESP when it is on the menu?
horrible employee
She was rude the whole time. She had no manners at all! She was the cashier and she was even rude to the people before us she should have the right to worl with customers with that attitude.Her name is Minerva. Her face was the face of discust towards all the customers so im standing up for all of them not just me. She needs to change her attitude or be fired.
long wait in line then a messed up order
I waited in line for 20 minutes, then I finally got my food and they served me the wrong food. I ordered orange chicken and I was given mushroom chicken. I pulled back through the drive through went up to the lady and told her about the mistake. She said sorry and didn't offer me anything for the mistake. I was late for work then on lunch so unfortunately I didn't even have time to eat the food. I was not very happy!

I went with a couple of friends to get some food. The time was 3:39. Its the one on fowler ave in tampa fl. The drive thru worker was rude. She had an attitude and just seemed like she didnt want to be there. We told her we had two orders and she never got the second order which was mine. We left as we were in a hurry. All i want is to make sure her poor work perfomance doesnt go unnoticed.

We each ordered fried rice and the teriyaki chicken. She told us there would be a 20 minute wait for the chicken! I cannot make this up! I was immediately bummed and shocked they would even allow this at the drive thru! So we ordered fried rice and orange chicken instead and to my surprise, we had to "pull around "and wait another 5-7 minutes
I am not happy with our service times for what we ordered and it made us late to our movie.

I went In to eat at the gunbarell location in Chattanooga tn and they don't wear gloves when cooking they touch other items AN come back touching different food items that's not safe and it's nasty I think all people cooking should wear gloves and the service was bad as usual. The manager there is very rude I also see her talking loud AN rude to her employees I just think I'm going to submit a complaint to the health department for the unsafe On going OF the kitchen not using gloves

I work close to the Santa Nella Panda and I eat there all the time, the last 3 week, the service has been really bad, the working need to brush up on customer care...and they give very small portions, as I compare to the one I eat at in Los Banos...I'm not a complainer but today was the worst...I order 4 lunches and was only able to fill one order because lack of food in the trays and the employees seen clueless, so I left to a different place to eat (Santa Nella)...Not only did I leave but (2) other people left also...It will probable be awhile before I go back but thought I'd let you know that place needs some attention...a lady name Jean was on top of her game but I noticed she has been gone, you lost a good employee if she moved on...
panda express not offering teriyaki chicken
At both locations in Corpus Christi at Saratoga and Staples locations, there is a Sign hanging on order board that there is no teriyaki chicken available. The signs have been up for a while now. It's my favorite meal to get at Panda Express and I haven't been able to order for three plus weeks.
When I asked the person at the window why they haven't had the teriyaki chicken, he said their grill is broken and I mentioned the Staples locations grill was broken as well. Thought someone should know if their motive is to push patrons to a higher priced meal. It's very odd to have the grill broken at both locations for so long. Three plus weeks at both locations. On July 4th I went to panda express on my lunch break. I was sitting at a table and was eating my lunch. I was approached by a man and was verbally assaulted and the guy blocked me from getting out the booth. Every single employee sat and watched and offered no assistance. the guy demanded money and after giving him what I had one the of the employees then started to wash windows not even asking if I was ok. I asked her why they didn't offer help get a manager and she stated that this guy comes in here 2 to 3 times a week doing this to customers. I work for southwest airlines and many of southwest employees eat here since its right by our HDQ. I have notified my company of the situation so no one else will be in the situation I was in while inside the restaurant eating my lunch.. This particular place needs some sort of people that will help customers from verbal assualt and basically being robbed. this location was 9411 webb chapel dallas tx
I'm sorry that happened to you but what about taking some responsibility for your own safety? Why did you give this man money? Why didn't you just say "no", "leave me alone", "let me pass or I'm calling the police". You just hand anyone money that asks you? If he threatened you then why didn't you call the police. I really hope you don't depend on strangers to get you through life.

I have been coming to this Panda since it opened and almost every single time I have come through my order has either been wrong or they have been missing products. today I went through and thankfully I checked my bag knowing what to expect and was missing an entree, most times I get home before i figure it out. This is extremely frustrating, and when I let the employees know what happened they don't act like it matters. It's a waste if my time going through the drive thru only to have to get out of my. Are and have my order fixed, or to be at home and have to drive all the way back. I am very unsatisfied with this location!
waiting on food at 10:16 am for 15 minutes
I am a regular customer at the Panda Express in store #866 in Visalia California.. i walk around 10:10 am .. there was only an assistant mang.. name liliana .. while approaching the ordering counter there was only fried rice, chowmein and orange chicken.. i order 2-2 item plates and 1 lg alacart of steam rice and chowmein.. i find it very disturbing that non of the entrees i eat were nowhere to be found- not even the steam rice was put in the warmer.. this store was so unprepared for opening hours.. what i don't understand that why i had to wait for all my food to be made for more than 15 min..when store is open.. most of the customers behind me had to wait to.. whats even worst your manager didnt even bother to apologize for the wait ...you would think id like to wait for my food .. well i dont .. especially when the store should be ready .. this is inexcusable .. i come in and paid a good amount of money for good quality, customer service and unfortunately i didnt get..

I just walked in to panda express #0738, I stood there waiting for 7 minutes for someone to help me, I can see at least 5 people in uniform standing and talking by the cashier.
when I finally get help, I ask the girl behind the counter if she had "Steamed brown rice" ... she replies " Jazmin rice"...
after she gets my order going I can see all those employees in uniform working with one guy trying to get his order right. mean while I can clearly see that all the food is going and replenishment are not coming from the cooks.
I ordered Terryiaki chicken and she tells me that there will be a wait so they can make some more, I said NOPE just give me what you have and put the sauce on the side. I knew what would happen if I would wait for chicken. it would not be till 30min. before I see my meal..
so now I move down to the cashier and wait there for a while till some kid comes and grabs first 3 meals and I tell him " Those are not mine, mine is only one meal" he said " we are just waiting for your chicken" I said, that it all ready has the chicken just waiting on the SAUCE.. after the girl told him to just give me my sauce the guy continues to load 2 meals that were not even mine! I said again "those are not mine, I ONLY HAVE ONE MEAL" he hands me my food in the bag side ways... I open my bag and I have all the juice from my meal all over the bag, no napkin no fork, not even a fortune cookie... and I still had to pay full price for getting the bottom of the chicken barrel . during this whole event all the workers were in a group having a good time and laughing... this was the worse service ever! it seem like everyone who walked in speaking Spanish were served with excellence. I and an other guy who look like a hipster, did not get the same treatment. For example the guy was standing near me ready to order and a Hispanic lady walked in right before him and began to talk to the server in Spanish . the server stopped working on my order and finish with hers... BAD BUSINESS !

I ordered for the 1st time online for pick up at the Flower Mound, TX location off Flower Mound Rd. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp with Chow Mein. Got to the restaurant, and had to wait for them to prepare it. Got back to the office, and I only had 3 shrimps, and 1 walnut. Nothing like I expected. Not worth $9.00... very disappointed. :( Not sure if this is what you get, or if this was truly a mess up by the staff?

The drive through has chairs in front of it so it can't be used when things get hectic. The drive thru service is horrible. I usually end up with old food or small portions. I visit this place at least twice a week.. I love this place but I am becoming more dissatisfied with them and their service.. Alot of the staff is young, rude and clueless to what's going on...Today was it for me.. I received some of the oldest rice i have ever received.. The time was 12:45 today's date is June 13, 2017.Also they are always running out of food you always have to wait and they don't even offer a cup of water while you wait.
