I called this company on March 26 to order a part with order # [protected]. They confirmed with VIN and pin plug type wile waiting for them on the phone for at least 10 minutes. The part came, was taken to mechanic for only for him to say it doesn't fit. I called again to exchange. They suggested I buy another one while return RMA this one. They got the part that wasn't even taken out of the actual box they sent and now they wont refund because the item apparently didn't have an original box to go with it. Apparently for these ppl here its ok to send it without an OG box wrapped in brown paper and a generic box, but not for me to tape it and send it like it came. Photo attached to how it came and sent back)

They are rude. all the steps they took were misleading starting from the part number. Sending it w/o original box and refusing to refund the money while I was kind enough to pay back shipping for their mistake. I have been on the phone back and forth with this fraudulent company and resolved nothin. No apologies, no reasoning, not able to take care of anything. These people seem to be professionals when it comes to scamming a customer. I am certain they do this for a living. All I have left now is to BBB and my Bank while these guys are already on another scam spree.
