I would like to express my disappointment with my experience with Perodua's service. This would be a very long "story-telling" email, but I appreciate your time to expedite the issues raised in this complaint to any relevant dept or yours.
A few months ago, my car was in an accident and was sent to Perodua Body Repair and Painting at Kepong outlet. Service was very slow during that period. They made consecutive claims to the insurance for total of 6 times. After the car was repaired, I was sent back to the same place for inspection for the first time due to tire issues. Ironically, the staff did not install the shock absorbers correctly, causing the car to make noise.
The second time it was because my car's gear oil was leaking, and the reason they gave me was that my insurance company didn't approve it, so they didn't help me fix it. Does this mean the car that was returned to me was not fixed well? So, when staff discovers the issue but the insurance company doesn't approve it, does that mean they are pretending not to discover the issue?
Then I waited a month for the gear leak to be fixed. But my gearbox is so tight that it's difficult to shift, so Perodua Body & Repair asked me to send it to the Service Center to claim my car warranty. Therefore, I sent it to Perodua Service Center Kepong Outlet to resolve the issue. Now, the Perodua service center staff told me that my car has a problem with my gearbox. So they helped me report for my car to claim the warranty. However, the staff did not explain the problem that affected the gearbox.
Again, I should stress that I am disappointed with you, PERODUA.
