Dear Sir,
I am complaining about the treatment received from a certain Perodua Salesman, and also the false information he has given. On the 27th/12/2008, I have met Eric Ng @ Gary, the salesman, and inquired about his advertisement of Year End Sales 2008 Perodua Cars, advertised in The Star Online. He guaranteed that there's extra gifts if I purchase a 2008 Viva car and we discussed together what the extra gifts would be (free tinting, sand blasting, steering lock, etc). I paid my downpayment on the 29th/December/2008 and signed the agreement on that same day.
I then only received my car on the 26th/January/2009 which was colleced by my partner as I was away at my hometown due to emergency reasons therefore I was unable to check if the extra gifts where there together with the car. As I arrived back to KL, I tried to organise with Eric a date which I can collect my extra gifts. However, his excuses were that he's busy with the F1 exhibition or that he's in Putrajaya with the immigration. So, I suggested him to leave the things with his collegues in the showroom, however receive no response from him as if he was trying to ignore me!
I am very disappointed as he is now totally ignoring my calls and my messages and I am left with no choice but to barge into his office this coming weekend! It has been 3months and it is more than enough to get a steering lock, touch n go and also the commission he promised to give to a friend who recommended this showroom. I am well aware that salesman get commissions from selling the company's product but in this case, the salesman lied to me as long as he can sale the product and I am not just going to sit knowing that this man gave me false information.
Please let me know what I can do to solve this problem and to let no one else experience the same thing.

call directly to their showroom.. claim what you should get... i booked car 2 weeks before raya but until now the same excuse they give to me, car no stock, production slow, (that's not my prob). I chase them everyday.

This also apply to sales person at usj 9 perodua showroom. She agreed the price rm42000 but went back up to rm42377 after making rm200 booking fee as part down payment. Dishonourable n unethical business conduct. I am going to cancel my purchase. I always have choices to go somewhere...
Accident cars send to repair to perodua but the service was very poor, and the body & paint manager was irresponsible, wasting our time to send the car 2 times, before handover does not inspect properly
on 23rd of november at 9.32 am i called the Perodua Baling to book for appointment. The customer service answered my call but told me to wait and she began to talk to other customer then, i wait but after a few minutes she just hung up my call and not call me back after that. So rude!

I placed my car for repair on 16 November 2022. I get back my car at Perodua Service Centre Kampar few days ago. There's still has the same problem for one of the car seat, it still can't lock
Hit by a car on 13 November 2022. The following week I’ve sent my car to claim insurance.
Till date, no update from them. Tried to call them many times but cannot go through. Sometimes they even hang up on me. So disappointed with the service.
Promised that the car will be ready in 2 weeks but still no update. Its been almost a month now.
Oil filter tidak berkualiti, sudah 2 kali isu perkara yang sama... Tiada perubahan...
The problem is that there is a problem with the car. It is only available on Saturday and cannot be warranty. Other service centers can do warranty. Complaints on saturday can't done for warranty?

Go there for a service at Perodua Seberang Jaya (7/1/23) but got a major problems after that.
- MIL warning pop up
- When accelerating, car have no power and started to shut down
- Car shaking heavily when idle
already fix at perodua bayan lepas and mechanic told me that they not properly setting the control boards
Service not do it properly, 3 times i have to come due to problem after service. What kind of mechanic cannot do it properly. I have a lot of work to do, but still need to come again and again due to car still got problem

Hi, I just received my car on 10 June 2023 and observed that the accessories at the gear shifter have a gap (see attached picture). It is very inconvenience every time I want to shift the gear. I've provided two pictures for references.

Car agent told that car booking only takes for maximum 3 months, but I have booked my car since August 2023, yet still not able to get any feedback or update from the agent for now (February 2024). I have paid for deposit as well as car plate number.
Worse service. After service change engine oil my car lost power. This problem have 3 times already, every time after service the same problem come again. Did ativa car is a problem car?

It was sent to workstation Tasek in 16 June 2024.
But I just be informed that the airbag is delaying until mid of October. Please check how can it be so slow(4 months from June).
My vehicle is all fine repaired now but we are dragging because of your airbag!
