carrot cake slices
I purchase carrot cake slices at least 5-6 times a week from your family store parow. The bakery staff doesnt even ask for my order anymore as they all know by now I makectge same purchase everyday. about a month ago I started getting thus dry heavy dense product and have voiced my dissatisfaction several times. today however im livid and apalled by what i received in exchange for my R30. ive been told that they have been ordering from their regular supplier hence the change in product. im furious that management finds it fit to have a price increase twice this year and provide a less inferior dry product. today the two slices off today are so hard the layers seperate because tg e firk cannot penetrate it. the counterhand on duty were Sky an Shaneece. please don't expext me to drive 20mins to be treated like I'm being unreasonable and should be thankfull for spending my money everyday on cake which belongs in a bin and not in a customer's shopping basket

cold meat department
On Wednesday, 18 July 2018, I visited the Pick n Pay Flora Centre. Did some shopping and wanted to buy cold meat. The lady told me the "slice" machine is not working and that she could not help me. When I asked if she could cut it with a knife, she replied no! I then asked her to call the Manager. Bekkie (Manager) came and I spoke to him. He said the "slicer" had been broken since Monday. On Tuesday someone came out to look at the "slicer" and that person told him (Bekkie) he will bring a new machine. So yesterday, no "new" slicer or alternative arrangements was made for slicing cold meat.
I then asked Bekkie, what is his "back-up" plan if things like this occur, he then replied there is no "back-up" plan. So for 3 days, no cold meat could be sold cause of this. I then suggest to him why does he not go down to the Pick n Pay in Goldman Street and do the cutting there, so his shop can have at least "vacuumed" pack cold meat. He then replied "I did not think of that".
So I'm asking, does "the responsible Owner/Manager/Person" not have any "back-up" plan (i.e. slicer etc) for a shop if instances like this occur and surely a "new" slicer" should have been sent to the Branch on Monday or latest Tuesday!
Awaiting your responce

purity
pick n pay had a special 7 purity's for R50, i wanted to take 63 purity's (vanilla and Prune) but unfortunately they did not have enough stock so they told me they will order it in. and then i asked for a rain cheque to make sure this price will still be given to me.
its been 3 weeks since i have not received the quantities i ordered today was the 4th time i went there and still not the correct quantities only 14 was provided a week ago.
and apparently its not acceptable to scratch out and give me some items and scratch out again, as its not my doing but the lady(manager) that works for pnp did this.
Can i get feedback why don't they put in my order and get the quantity that needs to be supplied. why short of stock every time i get there im still short of 49 purity's.
and then a surprised they tell me they will not phone or give me feedback unless they received stock(make not they never took my number).as i know no one is making note of this at all.
Always a new story i just phoned [protected]
for the first time a lady took my number said she will give me a call in 20 mins im i received a call back and has been told she just placed a order with a customer number. Why only now after all this time. ( first time im calling cause if i have to drive to pnp for the 5th time without receiving my child's food i will just lose it.
Apparently Saturday i will receive this
Please can i get feedback and not excuses why have things taken 3 weeks.
And i will gladly send the picture of the rain-cheque

staff attitude at the pick n pay clothing at pavilion, westville durban
On Sunday 1 July, I was shopping at the Pavilion store, waited in line to pay. I was called to a till to then be told that till is faulty I must wait until a till frees up, understandable no issues. As tills freed up, customers from lines were called and I had to wait. Then once I was eventually seen to, I had purchased for about R1600. I then handed in my debit card and cashier told me, "oh god, this card" I asked if anything is a problem and she said ABSA cards do not work, but she will try it. payment didn't go through and I then handed in a standard bank card, as I was told ABSA bank is a problem. Standard bank card never worked either, so I enquired why this card is not working as I was told ABSA is a problem, and cashier was very rude and told me to just have patience. I called for the manager who came and spoke to his staff for a while with no regard for me, I think his name was Terence or Talent, I am not entirely sure. He honestly had no care for customer as his staff is right. He was no help, he says I must come back the following day and I asked what if card system still not working and he just said we will keep your stuff until system works and your card can function.
I am not normally a person who complains as I was very thrilled when pick n pay clothing opened at Pavilion, but the manager and staff just know they are there to work, no care about the customer at all.
It was a very terrible experience especially since my card was not the issue, their system was but they made it seem like I was the problem. I could've easily withdrawn money and made my purchases but their attitude just put me totally off pick n pay and their stores.

epi-max cream assorted 400g & bad service provided
Today 27th june 2018 I went to pick n pay in pan africa mall. I was very happy as I walk to the pay point to pay for my epi-max 400g that had a promo ticket of r59.99 assorted & did not specify which & was the only epi - max cream on the shelf, without any labels showing that there was other kinds that is on promotion. My cream scanned r94.95 & as the supervisor check she told me that excluding epi-max plus but there is nowhere stated that. I am very upset because the label was clear "assorted" but the supervisor told me : "it does not work like that. "Kindly find the attached

camel filter classic in the soft pack
to whom it my concern,
hope this e-mail find you in good health
my family nd i are supporting PnP for over 36 yrs nd find most of the senior staff very helpful nd supportive...i have made lots of PnP staff friends in N1-city, Claremont, Wynberg nd Tygervalley...they very helpful nd go out of their way to solve our problems.
today, 16/06/2018 at the Wynberg PnP, around 19h00 i ask the one supervisor to call the manager, Roelof v/d Berg. he promised me 2 days ago that my cigarettes will be here today.to my dismay it was not.i spend almost R1800 pm on this Camel cigarettes, at this store.i had problems with getting this item at this store uncountable times, but when Lea-Ann became manager, things seemed to be sorted...now u have this new branch/floor manager with the attitude nd aggression of someone who has no skills in dealing with customers complains. rumors form reliable sources has seen Roelof treating customers like dirt. he humiliated me nd raised his voice, loudly in anger when i confronted him in a normal fashion about why the cigarettes he promised was not available again.he even told me that he dont need my support nd should go shopping somewhere else nd i should leave his store.we end up in his office nd behind close doors he keep produce that unethical behavior. he told me he cant keep track of all the items that needs to be available ...just for the record, this store no longer sells peculated coffee..seriously ?
Wynberg store has it's problems but now, i think, u got a man that walks around with his hands in his pockets nd try to be as disliked nd unhelpful as can be.u have now thrown the cat among-st the pigeons nd made most of your senior staff very unhappy.
i thank u kindly, for listening to my incident nd hope you will use discretion in dealing with this complained

paid for goods not received
I bought my father a shirt and jacket for fathersday. As I payed the system froze. No i received an sms the transaction went off. My bank statement shows money reserved but not that spesific transaction yet. I was told to get a copy of my bank statement as proof of the transaction so it could be sent to head office. Now it does not yet reflect as its under reserved? Now its a waiting game and prob a fathersday ruined as I have not taken the goods or should I say was not allowed to. Thank u once again for the shocking service that will never improve.
pnp vouchers misleading
I feel very unhappy and feel that pnp vouchers are misleading. They gave me a voucher for R50 off a R500, got to the till and didnt get my discount. They couldn't tell me why and sent it off to head office., they the emailed me and said that baby formula doesnt count. How? Why? As i bought it from pnp too and the voucher didnt specify anything. I feel its mislead and unfair. I got another voucher like that now, and im not interested. That's how i feel bout it right now.

ripoff
On the 23rd of may I had a voucher to receive double points on that day, so I bought a lot of stuff that I don't really need. Needless to say, I did not receive my double points. I bought for r698.82 and only got 358 points. This morning my daughter also bought a lot of stuff as she had a voucher to get r50 discount if she buys for more than r500. She also did not receive her discount. This is rediculous. I need somebody to go into this and come back to me as soon as possible. Nobody goes into your website before they go shopping to read the terms and conditions. This is mis representitave. Every thing has to be stated on your app. I even bought cinnamon the other day and did not get my discount. When I queried about this, they said to me I had to buy two in order to reveive my discount. It is rediculous! I am a very unhappy customer this morning. Please let me know what you are going to do about this as you are cheating your customers! I feel like going to the newspapers... Or I will tell everybody rather to support checkers in future! rude cashier
Today at Pick n Pay Centre Walk I bought easy mix which was priced R13.99 but at the till it read R16.49 so I told the cashier Botshelo and she said it's R16.49 and there's nothing she can do. So when I told her I saw it with R13.99 she then told me rudely that i must take it or leave it while she was taking it away from me. I then asked her to call the manager and she called while she mocked me saying "Ereng R13.99 mo ngwaneng" of which was very rude while she was busy eyeing me like I'm disgusting. This is very disturbing and this kind of attitude can make you lose customers easily
pick n pay clothing
To whom it may concern:
I have always bought clothing items from Pick & Pay clothing for the good quality and affordability, but my last few purchases has left me speechless and quite angry.
I was left in a very embarrassing situation with clients when a brand new pair of jeggings ripped right in the front on the 1st day I've worn them! I still had the receipt so exchanged them soon after (bought and exchanged at the Paarl Mall branch)
The second item is a pair of ankle boots that had a zipper break on the 4th time I ever worn them. I had to cut the shoe off my foot as it was stuck. Unfortunately I could not get a refund as I bought them in Summer (around Feb) and only wore them now in June.
I had to ask myself if this is just bad luck? But I've also noticed some bra's that get worn out and discolored after only a few washed and I'm thinking the over all quality of your clothing items are just getting so bad that it's a risk to buy.
A timely response in the matter would be much appreciated.
Regards
Judy

parmalat 2% long life milk
On Sunday, 3 June, I purchased 2 x 6 packs of Parmalat 2% milk at your Kenilworth Centre Branch, as the isle assistsnt said the Faircape 2% which I originally wanted was out if stock! I was horrified when I got home to discover that there were worms wriggling at the bottom of each of the milk cartons!
I unpacked my other groceries & went right back to Pnp. At Customer services, they politely refunded my money, however, had no interest in the fact that such a product was in fact on their shelves. I shop at this store all the time, but this incident has opened my eyes.
Also, when u returned, there was actually 2% Faircape milk on a huge trolley, ready to be merchandised. This tells me that the isle assistant lied when he said they were sold out!
Very, very disappointing!
withdrawal of money
I was at Pick n Pay Birchleigh North Centre in Kempton Park on 30.05.2018. I wanted to draw money from the till because the ATM teller for Nedbank was not working. The cashier said that she only got R100 in the till. Why if you have the facility the cashier are always saying that they don't have money. Are they just to lazy to do their job or must the management of the store wake up and make sure that they have enough money in their tills to assist customers with withdrawals.
bakery
They advertised snow balls for R7.99, only the lady at the bakery to give me a slip charging the snowball for R8.99. complained to the lady by the name of Brenda who was serving me, only for her to give me attitude telling me its not her fault, instead of her apologising about it, I asked for the mananger only for her to tell me than the manager is in the meeting I have to wait for her to finishing. I had to waste my time going to the front to look for another manager, im very disappointed with the service I got there, People like Brenda are bad for the business, she's very rude to customers.
pick n pay milk
Good day. I purchased a litre of pick n.Pay full cream milk at pick n pay. When I opened it, it was very thick...not sour, but thick. It didn't dissolve in the water. My children refused to drink and myself got the chills. It is the first time that this happens. I've always had wonderful experiences with pick n pay products, but this was unacceptable. I had to throw the milk away.

golden delicious apples 1,5kg pack
On 19/5/2018 I visited PIck n Pay Boskruin store Kelly Avenue Boskruin and purchased a 1, 5 KG pack of "Golden Delicious Apples". Upon returning home I ate an apple but noticed it was a Granny Smith Apple and not Golden Delicious as the pack states! I dislike Granny Smith apples and am extremely agitated that PNP try deceive the customer by packing incorrect variant in Golden Delicious pack. This is my money, time and petrol wasted purchasing this product packaged incorrectly!
