Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.
I don't get what I order, I was told I have a credit, but now I don't, I will never order from there again, an the people are so mean, an they just brush me off, like when I order something, pizza hut never said I ordered
I ordered three pizzas and when i got one there was a blue cheese pack sitting right on the pizza. Cheese smooshed and imprinted with a little square in it from the package. Its unsanitary and just unappealing to me. Ive never had this issue before.
Pizza always cold when i pick it up and the sauce always half done.kids always want pizza. But i refuse to buy anymore bc of poor services.
One hair I'm thinking accident. I pull it out and not finish that slice. Then as I'm picking up another slice I see another hair. As I'm about to get an upset stomach I start to check the pizza over and find another one.

I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza with the stuffed crust and 12 mild wings. Total price was $42.78. I thought it was a bit too much. Is that the correct amount. I could not believe it. Thanks.
I ordered 2 pizzas online, one pizza had the wrong crust and the other had wrong sauce

The cashier was very rude and my pizza was very dry! I asked for extra sc and this was not on the pizza, I was afraid to take it back, and reorder in fear that my pizza may be spit on... I am requesting a refund, or some kind of discount on my next order however, it will not be the same location!
Im located at 955 Carew Street, Springfield Massachusetts and the nearest pizza hut store is 10 mins drive away but why don't they deliver to my address its not a bad area or violent this is beyond outrageous and i feel victimized because i do not like anywhere else but pizza hut, fix this issue immediately. We are in America
They was 30 late to give me the pizza to feed my kids. One of my kid is on meds and needed to eat. Just was very unfriendly and didn't care about my family. I would wanted them to give me a discount on my order. At least do that for my wait
They were 30 minutes late with my order and I was very upset on the gush uncooked chicken wings they brought I called to complain the young girl gave me attitude and hung up on me twice
I called to add a drink to my online order on April 21 2018 and I experience a very rude person you guys have hired. I can't recall her name but just know I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
They had no fountain drink, had to use paper plates and plastic forks the food was good but the place did not look good
Pizza was cold and overcooked. Wife was very dissatisfied.
She said couldn't taste marinara cause it was overcooked. Hard as a rock.

The past two times i have ordered pepperoni pizza from pizza hut in clanton al has not been good at all. There was no cheese on half of the pizza! I had to add cheese when i got home. Unexceptable. I will not go back to that one again.
Delivery was not available on a Saturday night. That is unacceptable. I think you needed to know what is happening at the Butler, Missouri Pizza Hut.
Not thrilled with this new menu. Pan pizza is what Pizza Hut pizza is known for. Adding an additional fee for pizza other than thin or hand tossed? Also bring back the bakery style breadsticks. They used to have the best breadsticks. You are not Little Caesar's crazy bread...no longer a Pizza Hut food fan.
I'm highly upset. Money was pulled off my card when ordered at 230 today but ifs752 and no pizza and crappy people all just sending me to random pizza huts ... ocean mu money back now. My kids are hungry
I ordered the box with boneless wings and a side of barbecue boneless wings only a acouple had sauce on the the others were reg. I did pay for bbq to get reg . I was very dis satisfied with my order.
I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and when I got the pizza it was slimy and not done all the way. Also the pizza was paper thin. I did not enjoy having to pay 20.74 and didn't get what I paid for. Very upsetting because I always order the same thing and never have I ever got any mess like this.

So I called Pizza Hut because I ordered online and it's been about 2 hours and I haven't got my pizza or the other stuff I order. And when the lady answered the phone she was rude and nasty about it and I asked her a few questions and she was still rude.
I would like to file a formal complaint. I placed an order online. The order was placed at 05:10 and it deliver at 6:45 . Pizza wrong order not cooked driver is rude so does manger, I called back they did not want to pick up phone
Yesterday my husband and I went for lunch.we have ordered one tikka pizza and garlic wraps. Pizza was ok but garlic wrap was not cooked from inside as per picture in here. It was not at all similar to what they are advertising.we are disappointed with the food. We left it there and had our lunch at Subway.
on 11/30/2017 i picked up 6 pizzas for my sons birthday and when i got home my pizzaz where more than half wrong and when i called twice i got hung up on.i spent over 60 dollars and totally got cheated i feel.

I ordered pizza from pizza hut tkday at 9:00pm. Kt is 10:12 pm and it hasn't been delivered. I called them it says they close at 10:00. So i can't call. And they did not deliver. This is not right. They shouldn't have taken order or sent confirmations if they couldn't delivered.
I was double charged by the pizza hut in ocala in the foxwood plaza on Thursday and a manager called me and said it would be refunded back and it was never refunded
When I ordered my pizza from the ephrata Washington Pizza Hut Last night they got my toppings wrong they got the kind dough I wanted wrong they didn't Put extra sauce on my pizza like I had asked and they didn't give me a side of jalapenos like I had also asked. Not happy.

Today i visit the pizza hut store and the service is worst. They are serving thw worst quality. And after telling about the quality they are doing again and again. The service is also worst. They give the order after the 1 hr of order procedure. I never think to visit pizza hut again.

I ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks and a cookie. The thin and crispy pizza was burnt. The crust was so hard we couldn't bite into it. The breadsticks were also over cooked. When I called the store to let them know they didn't answer. So disappointing!
Pizza had a hair baked under cheese pazone had two hairs baked into it both were long black hairs
