change rip off and driver attitudes

Now this doesn't often happen to me whenever I order food. But tonight I've decided to never order from Pizza Hut again until things have been fixed with their drivers. I have for several weeks now ordered from Pizza Hut's website whenever I have cravings for Pizza because I actually love their food.
Tonight I ordered my usual stuff 2 drinks, Large Daily Special (Tonight it was Canadian Pizza), and Cinnaparts. Once my order was sent I tracked the driver through the link they provide you alright.
About 5 minutes into watching the driver thing, the GPS tracking thing apparently suddenly stopped working. More then likely the dude attempted to turn it off so he couldn't be tracked. Meaning he was as they say [censor]ing the dog.
Guy was 20 minutes late to my apartment building which never happened before, maybe only 1 minute or two. I get the call to go meet him downstairs soon as he shows up.
I asked him first of all if he had change for a 20 and he blantantly says no I don't, and snatches my money out of my hand quickly and then said he could go get change quickly if I wanted to hold onto my pizza. I said no because I don't trust anyone to do that. He gets mad and says well Im sorry maam I don't have any extra change then and then turns and leaves quickly.
I call the call center to complain that the driver ripped me off, they said they would talk to someone at the Merivale store. They take my info down, and then I get pissed off and call the actual store and complained, the lady said she would call the driver and tell him to get his [censor] back immediately to my place with the correct change.
20 minutes after this he shows up looking pissed off at me, and hands me my change that was due to me, and then grumpily and rudely says You didn't have to call the store maam I would have given you back your change. I gave him a glare and turned and walked away back up to my apartment.
I don't know what is crawling up Pizza Hut's butt in the last few years, but hiring someone who is more then likely ripping customers off by pretending to not have enough change so they can keep the rest for themselves is just plain wrong. The guy was lucky I didn't call the cops on him for what he attempted to do.
All I can say is, Im sorry Pizza Hut but you just lost a customer now due to this incident. I hope you can deal with this guy before he ends up causing a lawsuit the next time to happen.
ordered pizza was over 40 minutes late
We ordered pizza online and wait time was 40 minutes, needless to say after an hoyr and ten minutes i called to see where our puzza was. A girl name nikki answered and pyt me on hold for over ten minutes, i was very anger and hung up after she never came back to the phone. It shouldnt of took ten minutes to answer or find out a simple question . So i waited 5 minures called back, same girl answered and then she told me it was a two hour wait. I explained when i ordered it was suppose to be a40 minute wait. Very angry, if it wait is what is says and something changes shouldnt they call customers to let them know its gonna be another hoyr and 20 minutes? Most people order food to get it soon not two hours, if i knew it was such a long wait i could of had ordered sonewhere else. I believe poor judegment was made on behalf of that pizza hut store and poor management. the delivery guy appologized and said they had 20 orders after mine, and he would let manager know . I ordered my pizza at 7:08 and received my pizza at 8:21.i am enclosing my receipt with my complaint. As an experience manager myself I would never treat my customers with poor experience or with rudeness. Thank you for your time . This store is located in Huber Heights Ohio.

Afternoon, I just stopped in at the Broadway Pizza hut in Bismarck ND for a lunch buffet. Now I want to start by telling you I love pizza hut pizza. I stopped in this last Monday and the buffet was closed due to staffing issues so I left because I do not have time to wait for a pizza and eat it before I have to be back to work. So I went in today and had the buffet. To start there was 2 slices of pizza on the buffet and maybe 4 bread sticks with only 8 people seated to eat ( not to busy ). So I went for the salad bar, the salad bar had no carton's or sunflower seeds on the bar, what's up with that? They always have something. The lady that sat me was nice enough but I had eaten my entire salad before I was asked what I wanted to drink. The guy seated kitty corner to me waited 15 minutes to get his drink refilled and finally got up and left after asking the server for a refill. With 8 people in the store there was barely enough pizza for everyone to eat. I like the buffet because you get some variety and don't have to run to the buffet table in hopes of getting a slice. The 3 slices I had were good and the salad was fresh besides a few missing ingredients that are almost always available. I have just seen a huge decline in service at this store in the last couple of years and want to bring it to some ones attention. It is dissapointing to see a store I have eaten at for 40 years fall on its face because of lack of proper management. It may be a lack of good employees or a manager that just doesn't care but it is sad to see. This happened at 825 E Broadway Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501. I don't want a refund or a free meal. I just want someone that cares to see this email and try to make a difference. I would prefer to not see this store close but as it is going I cant imagine it will be here long. Thanks for your time.

I ordered online, my order number is 604485 using swipe cc upon delivery. Afeter 6 mins someone called that their store (The one who is delivering) doesnt have cc payment method and they only use punch payment.
Ordering online might or should be the easiest way ordering but this kind os service makes it hard. May I remind that this is not a customers problem, if you do have problem with your service, fixed it and dont tell your customer rhat yoi do t have it.
timing
I had called in my local shop for a carry out order and they had me on hold for at least 15 minutes. I called back and they put me back on hold and I was on hold by the time I left my house until I got to Pizza Hut. I then had to sit there an additional 20 minutes and all I ordered was a cookie pie. I had waited far too long for a fast food service
tooele ut manager
Your manager at your location in Tooele, UT, has hired an employee who is not only her daughter but has 6 charges of theft and 2 drug charges. They are currently pending due to upcoming court dates. The managers name is Danette Daughetee and the employee is Michelle Mayo. They consistently talk about these charges loud enough for everyone to hear. Dani and her daughter work together. I have had to explain to my child what theft and drugs are. I have complained before but it has gotten nowhere, considering Danette is the manager and Michelle is her daughter. Michelle has been arrested 7 times since May of 2017. I don't feel this type of person is appropriate to have in a "family" establishment.
Trouble makers and lies. I know both these guys personally and what you are stating is untrue. You are just trying to cause problems. Maybe get your facts in order before you attempt to cause issues. I am a employee there and work with them no one has complained. Michelle works harder than anyone including me. Dani holds every one account able and expects more from Michelle. You should be embarrassed. Thou shalt not lie.
You could contact the location owner or corporate office to voice your opinion if you wish. While they should most likely not be discussing it in front of customers, people with criminal backgrounds still need to work to pay bills and support themselves and their families. There could be more to the situations than what you overhear as well.
I would like to make a complaint about my service at pizza hut in bellefontaine neighbors
On 10/28/2017 I onlined a order to my local pizza hut(Bellefontaine Neighborhood)First and for most when I arrived within 30min I was told that there was no online order and I would have to re order and it would be another 30min...I have had numerous of issues with this location but I don't won't to have to travel out of my neighborhood just for a pizza joint that is less than 5mins away.The employee's were not dressed in clean uniforms, no gloves, and no hair nets...The store was not clean and they had no condiments.The worst part of it all is that i waited for 30mins and one of the rude employee's told me that they messed up my order and they would have to remake it and it would be another 30mins...So now i have waited for an hour and was giving my pizza and it was completly wrong for the second time...I would like a full refund of my money which was $16 and gift card for the right order.I paid with my Debt Card transaction was made between 3:30 & 4:30.Thank You, Tonya Box

I understand asking for a refund, but asking for a refund and a gift card makes you seem like you're just trying to get something for free. Did you receive and eat the pizza? If so, at most what they might do is refund you for that pizza, which would be a loss to the store in and of itself (since then you would have received a free pizza). If you haven't received or eaten a pizza, then they may offer you some sort of discount off of your next purchase in addition to refunding your original order.
As a side note, legally restaurants/companies are not required to wear hair net or gloves while preparing food as longer as certain hygiene methods are utilized (ie: hand washing).
manager of monticello arkansas pizza hut
This woman showed up from california and immediately took over as manager. My husband is type 1 diabetic and she will not let him take his breaks for food and insulin. She gives him so many hours he has over time and then accuses him of stealing hours and working too much. All of her employees are having sex with each other in the bathroom while my husband does the job. They were hired to do. She has threatened to fire him for working too many hours that she has given him, she never does her job. Anytime they fail inspection she blames my husband when it was her job to clean the area up the day before. When someone calls in she calls my husband instead of going up there herself. Something needs to be done or i'll hire a lawyer and handle it myself.

I'm complaining cause there service sucks my husband called 2 hours in advance for 3 dinner boxes with 2-2 liter sodas to be called to have someone take his card number and to give his order hang up and to be called back to be told they couldn't complete the order without the card and the ID of the person ordering the pizza, to be called back they didn't have enough dough for they order that they had, had a very busy weekend. I had to go pick up the pizzas and to complain to be told that he called the 800 number which i have the receipt which my husband didn't called the 800 number. I didn't receive my order correctly or my soda's or wings he was not polite he does not need to be a manager or any type of manager material . I think my husband should get a refund on his money soda's and wings.
Did you ask for a refund or replacement when you picked up the pizzas and noticed your items were missing? If you never received/ate them then you should definitely be credited for their cost.

Placed order over the phone for delivery, get a call from delivery driver saying he couldn't find my house . After a short discussion, we figure out the call center had sent my order to the wrong town . I tell him to have the manager call me when he gets back to the store . Apparently I sat my phone down long enough to miss the call . I They hung up the second time before I got to it, I called back immediately . All of this and I'm dealing with 3 hungry kids, no pizza and she tells me even though it will end up being about two hrs. after I order . Since I didn't pick up instantly when they called me about their screw up, they will remake it and deliver in about thirty min. at full price of course . I told her to keep her pizza and I will order somewhere else next time .
I am complaining about the staff
I live in ardmore, OK my boyfriend and I have came to eat supper at the pizza hut on commerce across from our Wal-Mart. The staff was sitting around doing nothing. On October 29, 2017 at 1821, I Jose Ramirez picked up my online order in the amount of 26.02. Ticket number: 100/I, Unit # 002505, Store phone number [protected], located on Caraway Rd in Jonesboro, AR. The server was very rude and had an attitude. I went to the window to pick up the order, and when she came to the window to attend me her response was "What you want?", She handed me the two boxes of pizza, and asked me to sign a receipt, and disappeared without saying anything else. After waiting over ten minutes for her to return with the rest of my order and take the receipt, she comes back take the receipt and leaves. I then ring the bell again, because she has yet to bring out the rest of my order (boneless buffalo wings), she comes to the window and say what now? I ask how about the rest of the order, she says they still cooking the chicken, I ask how long? and she tells me three minutes. Almost twenty minutes later she comes back with the chicken, without a sorry for wait, your welcome, or anything. I placed the order online over an hour in advance. This is very poor service.

chicken wings vs bites
We often go in to get pizza and wings. Tonite when we arrived and ordered take out, we were told they didn't have wings but did have boneless. Thinking it would be comparable we relunctantly said ok...
This is a sorry excuse for boneless and for $6.59! Photo attached of the pitiful tiny bites of mostly breading on chicken!
(McDonald's chicken mcnuggets are better than this for a lot less and better quality! 10 for $4.50)

overcharged
I had place an order from Pizza Hut on October 28, 2017. My order total was $30.33 . The next day when I was checking my transaction I had been charger $36.00. The tip had been given to the driver in cash and on the website there was no option to leave a tip through card. So I'm not sure what $6 extra were charged for. I have provided photos. On my transactions it appears as NPC international, when i searched it up Pizza Hut and Wendys popped up.
inhumane treatment of an animal in a local pizza hut

I have patronized Pizza hut for a number of years, and recently visited a site that may cause me to no longer remain a customer. As someone who has always been an advocate for animals, I was appalled at what I witnessed at a the Gilbertsville, Pennslyvania restaurant. Beside the cash register was a beautiful live frog that someone has captive in a jug.Upon voicing my concern the waitress laughed at me and said, "oh he is happy he swims around". This poor creature is prisoner in a bottle for the amusement of I do not know whom.
I was ambivalent to argue, fearing that they would dispose of the frog.I realize that that is a very unsophisticated area, but this is shear ignorance.
I would like to have the animal moved to a humane setting.

On Sunday, October 29, 2017, our family ordered two medium pizza's from Pizza Hut. We started the ordering process at 2:46pm. Our order was placed with the Pizza Hut on Belmont Rd., Richmond, VA [protected]). We were promised our order in 55 mins time. However, our order had not arrived by 4:30pm. At 4:18pm I called Pizza Hut to find out what was going on with our order. I was told that there was only one driver and that he had four deliveries to make. During the time I was on the phone, which was 21 mins and 8 seconds of your representatives putting me back and forth on hold, the delivery arrived. While on the phone i was told that my ordxer would be discounted, then i was told it would be free. During all of the, i examined my order and found out that one of the pizza's not made correctly. I examined this to one of the persons on the phone and I was put on hold again. I even put your driver on my phone to speak with your customer service rep about a resolution to the situation. in all this time, my pizza's are getting wet, cold, breathed on by the driver and myself, and at some point the driver is touching is nose with my pizza's in his hand. The driver and I were still waiting for yet another person to come to the phone. Finally, I told the driver to take the pizza's back to Pizza Hut and I hung up the phone after the 21 plus mins. AND, the to add insult to injury, someone called me back, from [protected] and proceeded to argue with me and accused me of not hold on LONG ENOUGH to be helped. Seriously! I couldn't believe my ears. I don't need to tell you how utterly disgusted I was with this situation. This entire matter was absolutely ABSURD. From the initial order to the conclusion-this situation made no sense at all. This was beyond POOR customer service. All of these calls and the duration are logged on my phone. I even have camera's monitoring my home and the arrival of your driver is recorded. Is this truly how your company wants to do business. If so, perhaps it's time for Pizza Hut to close its doors for good.

I ordered an order of fries, mozzarella sticks and Quepapas online for take out at the Pizza Hut on 4400 Lake Michigan Dr at Wilson in Standale (Walker ) MI on 10/29/2017 at around 3:30 pm. I was told the 11.66 order would be ready at 3:56 so I went to the store. I waited for 45 minutes for my order. When I got home (a short distance) the food was cold, the fries were soggy and limp. I would like a refund for the poor quality food. The order number was 3171029143719001181027532.
rude management
The manager was extremely rude when I was asking about the wings being $7 dollars on the receipt when they were showing $5 with pizza purchase, she rudely said there was a coupon on the bottom of the receipt added, I said oh I didn't have a coupon, but it did show discount. Then I asked about the stuff crust being so thin we could barely eat it and stated that's how it always was. She said we were just wanting a free meal! She is not someone I would want to be in a management position. She is rude and gives her family and friends special treatments such as free food.
unclean and unhygienic
Yesterday 28th of october 2017 night me and my friend went to pizzhut in nerul, navi mumbai store. When we visited store it was totally unclean and unhygienic. Tissue papers, pieces of chips and other food pieces was also lying on the floor. Even floor was not clean and because of that mosquito and flies could be found on the store. Tables were also not clean once customer had completed the food. When we asked about Cleanness issue on order counter he said to talk to manager and manager was not bothered to listen the complaint and not even came out. It seems they have not taken it seriously. We alzo asked them Pizzahut itself is a Brand and due to it people come to u to get hygiene food, ur staff must to visit other Department store of pizz hut and learn the Cleanness.
