underpaid invoice with bitcoin, still waiting for refund
Hello! On November 7, 2019 I attempted to purchase an account using Bitcoin. This was my first time so I was very unfamiliar with the entire process. I purchased what I thought was the exact amount and then sent the payment over to you guys. I did not realize there were fees involved on both ends and so the amount that I sent to you guys was not the amount in "full" after the fees. However, all of the bitcoin that I had sent was still debited from my wallet and into yours. I submitted a ticket immediately after and I received a very plain response about it taking 48 hours to process. I have waited over a week now and I have yet to receive anything back. I'm sure you see from the Order ID : #5367991 I sent the equivalent of $464.19 in bitcoin, which was not the amount in full I needed for the order yet I was still charged and left with nothing. A few hours later I was able to buy the account after doing an entire separate transaction while awaiting my previous refund. I'm sure you can understand this is quite a lot of money that I have been waiting to be refunded and have yet to resolve. I went to purchase some in game currency on the 15th of November. The site allowed me to select an offer and pay for it. However, upon a successful payment through bitcoin the order I had PAID for became ‘unavailable'. As a result, i was charged and did not receive my currency. Furthermore, I contacted support and was regurgitated the same answer Copy and paste answer with no eta on my refund.

I decided to use PlayerAuctions to get some gold in Archeage - the first time I tried it did not work, saying "payment failed". I tried again and it did, so I successfully purchased some.
After a few days, I tried to buy some more, but it kept saying Payment failed, even though I used the same payment method(s). After a couple tries, the 4th time the payment went through and it worked. Unfortunately I had to cancel this one since the seller did not deliver on time at all.
After another day, My account was suspended for some reason, and I have not yet received a refund for the order I have canceled earlier.
I cannot log in to see my account order(s) # since It was suspended.
I tried making a ticket but no one replied yet.

urgent ("' disbursement") problem
I've been facing problems with Payoneer and skrill,
I tried to contact customer service more than 5 times asking for the 70 USD bank transfer option. Unfortunately none of them replied to me it's been a week since I opened this case.
I asked them at least to hold ( freeze) my funds since my linked payoneer account is not verified but still I had no replies..
So by that if they send my current funds it will get lost into the Unverified payoneer account.
I will appreciate if they only (" Freeze My funds till I figure out a solution for the disbursement options" or provide the 70 USD bank transfer option.)

wow account queued for immediate processing
I sold an account last Nov 6 in PA. The buyer confirms the payment and had to wait until Nov 9th (3 days) for the funds to clear and be released. Now it's November 11th already and I sent them various emails regarding this sale, they merged and closed my tickets but there was no response with regards on my complaint for "Queued for immediate processing". Now I'm planning to get my account back. What do you think?

bitcoin sent but playerauctions claiming payment has not been received. $1,000!
I attempted to purchase a WoW account via playerauctions on 11-9-2019 and instead ended up out close to $1, 000 and dealing with horrendous customer service.
I'm disappointed because I often use PlayerAuctions and have had good experiences. But in my opinion there is no excuse for taking almost $1, 000 of someone's money and not delivering.
I first bought an account for $440 using my credit card, which despite having plenty of money available was declined due to "security." I have sent in a driver's license, talked to them on the phone, and completed dozens of transactions, but I was declined for security?
I was then told to proceed with bitcoin (as can be seen in my screenshots), but after completing that transaction I was informed that PlayerAuctions did not "capture" any money so I should contact my payment gateway. I'm assuming this is because there is a 20 min timer to pay with Bitcoin but the transactions take longer than 20 minutes to process. Others have had similar issues (google it).
In short, PlayerAuctions keeps pointing me to the Gateway, which in this case was GoCoin or perhaps my CoinBase wallet. But GoCoin keeps sending me back to PlayerAuctions (screenshots), and the transaction has clearly been processed by CoinBase and received (but not spent yet) on the other side.
I did my part and paid for my account twice! The first transaction still took the money even though they claimed to deny my credit card. Now I lost About $500 worth of bitcoin, paid fee's, etc. and I'm sitting here with nothing while they tell me I'm out of luck and won't tell me how I can get a refund.
I like doing business with PlayerAuctions, and despite frustrations hope this can be resolved. But if not, let this be a cautionary tell for other people and take your business somewhere else that won't charge you and not give your money back.

Received a refund from the payment processor GoCoin today. PlayerAuctions was also being more responsive and likely would have sorted things out in time. Not happy with the loss of time, paying $40 or so in bitcoin fee's and getting nothing, and still losing out on what I wanted to buy. But lesson learned. Make sure when there is a timer you bail out of the transaction if the timer is close to zero and just start it again instead of hoping the payment will be complete before the timer expires.
Still haven't received an update on how I can get a refund. They are claiming a payment hasn't been "captured, " but the link I was given by GoPay for the PlayerAuctions invoice clearly shows that the money has been received on that wallet. As is shown in the screenshots.

don’t sell on playerauctions - you'll never get your money
Listed an account for sale, it sold, I facilitated a seamless transaction and had a happy buyer. I waited the 3 days to get my money. 3 days pass - no money. I wait an additional 4 days thinking they're busy - still, no money.
I reach out and spoke with a lady named Melissa. She told me that they no longer disburse funds to PayPal - even though I setup PayPal as my disbursement method when I listed the account for sale. She told me to setup an account on Payoneer or skrill. Otherwise, I don't get my money.
Waiting on getting my Payoneer account setup - again, don't bother selling on this site. They'll make you jump through a series of hoops, take a ridiculous fee, and provide no assistance.

bitcoin address expired before btc transfer completed; no response
As per order #5349682, on October 31st, 2019 (10:48:19 PM), I placed an order for OSRS gold to be paid in Bitcoin (proof of transfer attached).
Unfortunately, when paying with cryptocurrency, PlayerAuctions has a 15-minute countdown timer set on the Bitcoin address you're supposed to send payment to. If it expires, apparently your order isn't confirmed even you still send the payment.
In my case, upon initiating transfer, there was an unexpected delay in transferring Bitcoin from my Coinbase BTC wallet to PlayerAuction's BTC address, so the transfer occurred after the 15 minutes ran out and the address had already expired.
I've submitted a support ticket to PlayerAuctions on October 31st and have yet to hear anything back from them.
As part of my order, I gave my BTC refund address. I cancelled the order on November 1st, 2019 (08:06:54 AM) and it's now been more than 24 hours since cancelling with no idea where my money has gone and no response from PlayerAuctions.

I have gotten 4 offers for my account, everytime someone tries to buy it all I get is "Pending Payment" according to PlayerAuctions support page its an issue from the buyers end. but 4 times in a row? Hi there. On player auctions I sold an account for 120 dollars expecting a cut of 99 dollars (order ID #5274969) once someone purchased this account I received an email from skrill that money was sent to my account. At the time I had not created a skrill account and thus had to. once I had created it I had to verify it, this took roughly 15 days to do but in the payment email this message was accompanying it "Please claim your money within the next 14 days. For security reasons, the money will be returned to the sender's account after 14 days.". I assume the money was sent back to PlayerAuctions and I have no way of receiving this money. Skrill has not helped at all, I have contacted the buyer who is checking if he got his money back or not but I assume he hasnt. please help, I dont want to lose 100 dollars and my account.

Having similar issue i paid with visa card an the payment cleared my account, so i canceled the order because i havent gotten a reply in 9 hours. Ive been wth PA for along time an for my payment to go through an in the image below you'll see i cant get my gold? I paid for it an its cleared on my bank statement using my visa. bitcoin timed out but still sent afterwards
I was paying for a account I was buying through my bitcoin wallet and it took my wallet a bit to successfully send the pending payment but playersauction has a stupid 20 minute timer so I ended up sending them the money but not confirming my purchase, I probably ended up losing all my $250 thanks to the delay. osrs account purchase still under “verification”
Just purchased OSRS account from playerauctions with BTC 5 hours ago and it's still under verification process. It's should have been done within 20-30 minutes. I can't get a refund the regular way and have to go through support (no live chat, don't reply to emails) but would rather have the account I purchased. Coinbase, where I sent the transaction has the payment going all the way through. So it's definitely on playerauctions end. I've sent in multiple tickets with the order number with pictures of my purchase attached. I spent $100 on my purchase and would like to know what's going on. At the end of the day I want the product I purchased. But obviously that's not happening...
I know for sure on order 5313888 there was a charge and that it was “absorbed” by your system. Would you like me to provide pictures from gocoins, playerauctions, and my bank statement prove that to you? I’ve talked to a customer service rep 3 days ago and haven’t heard a word since. I’ve sent at least 10 emails in a row with no response. You guys are holding over $100 for multiple days without any communication with the buyer that’s not professional at all. At the very least respond so customers don’t have to come on sites like these for answers, it’s ridiculous. I just want my account I purchased man... or the refund TODAY so I can actually spend my money

But what was the reason for charging my card to begin with? And then void out the transaction now i have to wait 5 business days for my refund? What was the whole point of this? Now I cant purchase the item i wanted through PA because i need to wait 5 days?

Payments from your payment account are already cashed out of your account whenever you purchase on our site. This is already in transit to us, but if there are issues or discrepancies with the account, we decline the payment and refund it back to you. This means the card is really being charged. I'm sorry for the hassle but this is how payments work in correlation with payment portals.

verifying payment, been over 2 hours
Recently they introduced a compliance team to check orders for verification, that's fine. What's not fine is it taking more than 2 hours with no email from support after I've sent like 8 emails or requests. Actually so frustrating, GO BACK TO YOUR OLD VERIFICATION METHODS, IT TOOK LIKE 5 MINUTES. If there's any playerauctions support people on here, and care to even do this the order ID is 307147
