Hello, i feel really disapointed about player auction.
I buy a account on March 26th all was fine i get the acc etc.
But for a 100$ acc i take a insurance.
Few month later like 2-3 i see i can't acess to the account.
I'm like "Damn he scam me anyway it's over"
But ! in november i remember i have a insurance.
So i create a dispute provide screenshot of steam i can't connect and the account have a mobile authentificator.
The next day i see on a forum, the guys who sell me the account on March sell it again it was so [censored]ing lucky like win lottery he have the old account on this forum since 2012.
And by chance he post only one time on this forum for selling his account few day ago.
I understand the mistrust of playerauction cause it's impossible he post few day before i post a dispute.
it's the biggest coincidence, and next day they said to me dispute closed we don't refund you.
It's disgusting the seller on playerauction dispute never respond
100$ wasted i would like to retake for chrismas.
Don't buy on player auction, go on playerup and don't take insurance it's useless !

I have submited about 4 tickets and not as much as a email back on regards to my situation i tried to purchase $110 worth of product ans the Order Failed after doing so i checked my bank and it had deducted the amount i understand it might take a day so i waited and still nothing i called my bank they told me its the website i have purchased it from that they must process it before i May receive my money back so then i have been messaging as well as emailing them on this regard and they have not responded whats so ever.

Everything is fine with my bank account. I contacted my bank and they say it is on Player auctions end. It is difficult to contact the company since there is no phone number. I want to buy this account before someone else does so its a time sensitive matter so I am reaching out here as well hoping someone from the company will help me and tell me what I need to do?

This sounds like your payment is being declined. And to confirm, yes, it's not with your bank but rather with our system. We have an anti-fraud security system in place at the website, and if there are account information irregularities and inconsistencies, then our system will have to decline the payment. I am sorry for the hassle, but this is in place as protection for the community.
What you can do is double check your information both on your PA account and on your payment option, and make sure everything is correct and in order. Kindly make sure as well that the information for both your PA account and payment account matches. Try again at a later time, but if it fails, your option would be to pay through GoCoin (BitCoin). Sorry but under these circumstances, this would be the only way to pay.

player auctions - false advertising, scam and support couldn't care less as long as they get their money
The site claims safe trading but the truth is different. I spent near 90$ buying two accounts from the same seller, Steam account plus a game account that was linked to Steam and you need to play the game but he sold them separately.
The seller is smart and waited more than 6 months to recover the accounts, no Paypal support or anything at this point and I didn't have option to buy insurance. I have messages from him saying I can't do anything to recover the accounts nor my money because Paypal protection expired and playerauctions won't help, he was right. Neither would help, Paypal told me to go to the police, they claimed there was nothing they could do because time has passed and it doesn't matter if I have proof.
Player auctions and their support team couldn't care less, I showed them messages from Steam support where they say the account was recovered by the original owner, messages from the seller incriminating himself but yet they only bothered to contact the seller when they know he has been ignoring my messages, days after they just marked request as solved without solving anything and after inquiring further they sent an automated message saying the seller didn't reply and I didn't have insurance...
Not to mention most of the time support replies without reading what you wrote, it took me a while to get them to read or pretend to have read my request and proof.
Seller/Scammer wins all the way.
I always bought thinking it was safe trading as their website claim but given my experience with orders 3290828 and 3294348 I can safely say far from safe.

Anyway the thing is other sites would take some responsability and help at least by reporting the seller to Paypal for scam, you are cool with the seller being a scammer and allowing him to get away with it, that's why I wrote the complain.
Someone scams using your site and you just contact him? That's your support? and days later when he doesn't answer you think too bad case close let's mark the request as solved the proof doesn't matter. That sounds right to you?
Not to mention I've been asking for help for over a month about something that should be the least you could do but I still haven't managed to get a reply where you really read my request and offer the help I need.

But please note that even if it has insurance, this order was over a year ago; an insurance lasts for a year, and it would have ran out during November 2017 so even if it has one, the order is already outside of our scope.

Purchased a Blizzard account from a seller, the account was reclaimed one week after I had received it. Even though I paid for Player Guardian Protection, I was not reimbursed. The workers didn't even look into the case, as on a previous occasion I had been rightfully reimbursed, but in this same scenario they claimed I couldn't provide evidence. I showed snapshots FROM BLIZZARD that the account was compromised and reclaimed. The seller couldn't even form a coherent sentence during the dispute and WON?! This site caters to shady sellers because they bring in money, they don't care if said sellers scam their consumers. Get this, I'm not even allowed to leave a negative review on the seller that gave me either an unsecure account, or reclaimed it themselves. I'm legitimately disgusted that they allow sales but require unobtainable "evidence" to reimburse buyers. Nothing but a cash grab, no care for integrity or customer satisfaction.

I have purchased an account through them with insurance, the previous owner reclaimed the account and yet they sided with him in the dispute
I buy this Blizzard account and as soon as I verified everything was fine I get locked out of the account by the owner, whom also changed everything from email phone number associated with the account etc. I have emails from Blizzard proving that the original owner of the account reclaimed it as he had to send a picture with an ID so it couldn;t possibly be me. PlayerAuction still sided with the seller and wouldn;t reimburse me when I also purchased the insurance they offer specifically for cases like this. They are a fraud.

Please do not let this company scam you as well, I bought a footnote account thinking this company would protect me from scams, maybe I was Naive thinking player auctions would help me to at least try and protect me.
Basically a person would not provide the information through player auctions and would only provide it directly through email, not trusting someone and thinking I could trust player auction I told them to send the information to player auction in which they did not and refused to do so, I filed a dispute with player auction and they returned saying the seller sent me the information when the seller didnt send me anything, its so clear in the communications through player auctions but they still sided with the seller, completely ignoring the buyer. BEWARE, they will take your money to.
I will also complain to Paypal if I do not get any response, this is totally unacceptable business.
I cannot see how PayPal can continue to deal with this company if they continue to do dealings like I experienced.

Then further I purchased the standard edition from "their" site and the payment goes through but then they cancel the whole deal, try reach out to them and have no response whatsoever. Any order I place with any type of payment method that I've access to fails. In the status I get:

Then there are delays on payment processing refunds, and some people don't even get their money back at all.
The issue is confirmed with first time buyers as well as sellers. Their email confirmation isn't working, and neither do they call or text to confirm identity of the parties involved. Support is provided via Zendesk, which is slow and delayed responses, if at all. They've been uncooperative in resolving this. This company will not return any emails and avoids providing the service they promise.
They work with the seller and provide zero support for the buyer. I spent over $500 on a virtual good and Playerauction insurance that was later ripped off on. They have yet to acknowledge the failed delivery and I am working my financial institution. Avoid at all cost.

So I set up an offer in order to sell my gloves from CSGO. I later decided to change my mind and wanted to get my gloves back, I requested cancelation 30+ times and they have yet to get their bot to send my gloves back to me.
Overall, I do not recommend selling anything STEAM related on playerauction's website. Their bot will not send you your item back. Be warned, I have lost $100+.

very poor communication and ticket resolution
This is my second purchase from PlayerAuctions and the first transaction proceeded smoothly due to the small amount related to the purchase.
However, this second purchase (Order# 3892125 involves a much larger one and is now stuck at the "Verifying Payment" stage. I've checked their support articles and have checked my email in case their Payments Risk Management Team contacted me for additional info (as they claim they would for transactions that take more than 20 minutes to clear) and have received no such contact attempts.
I've since created a help ticket and it's been almost a day and have received no response from PA. The seller has also created multiple tickets as well and we are both in contact with each other and are growing increasingly infuriated with the lack of communication from PA. We've created another ticket this morning, too.
There's been no issue with my payment method as Paypal literally states that the charge is awaiting confirmation by the merchant (PlayerAuctions).

Can someone please respond to me from playerauctions holy moly! Legit been waiting days for a response and no one ever replies and seeing as though my support ticket is literally getting no response what so ever on it I have to keep repeating my self and sending new complaints to try get someones attention to finally close my case... I recently submitted a support ticket concerning playerauctions that I had bought an oldschool runescape account for it only to be recovered by the seller and it started a hard process to get my money back through many attempts to prove that the account had been hacked back I have finally got in touch with jagex and sending a support ticket yesterday trying to recover the lost account (lost account email: [protected]@gmail.com) they have responded to that ticket earlier today in the picture provide, I have also provided proof of buy in a previous complaint that has also gone quiet so hopefully I can get a response on this one and someone can lighten up that dead support ticket that hasnt been answered for over 24 hours on playerauctions... Jagex clearly confirm in that email that the account had been claimed by the owner you can even see the support ticket I sent (personal info scribbled like out my full name and ip address in the shown support ticket) so I have delivered the recommended evidence from the previous complaint with alot of detail (the evidence you need to submit looks something like this: https://i.imgur.com/0YZRhOv.png) any response is much appreciated thanks. Bgloves, tent, fcape, ddefender, v... + '$115.00 insurance coverage for 1 year'" from this site a while back and after around a week the account got hacked back I tried to send a dispute but it got so confusing and they required evidence that I literally couldn't provide because I didnt have the account anymore and I just gave up... I've come back and i've sent multiple tickets to support only to be basically ignored and non responsive at all, all I need to know is how im going to get my money back and what evidence do I need to supply... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND TO ME FROM PLAYERAUCTIONS HOLY MOLY legit been waiting days for a response and no one ever replies and seeing as though my support ticket is literally getting no response what so ever on it i have to keep repeating my self and sending new complaints to try get someones attention to finally close my case...i recently submitted a support ticket concerning playerauctions that i had bought an oldschool runescape account for it only to be recovered by the seller and it started a hard process to get my money back through many attempts to prove that the account had been hacked back i have finally got in touch with jagex and sending a support ticket yesterday trying to recover the lost account (lost account email: wavestorm0@gmail.com) they have responded to that ticket earlier today in the picture provide, i have also provided proof of buy in a previous complaint that has also gone quiet so hopefully i can get a response on this one and someone can lighten up that dead support ticket that hasnt been answered for over 24 hours on playerauctions...jagex clearly confirm in that email that the account had been claimed by the owner you can even see the support ticket i sent (personal info scribbled like out my full name and ip address in the shown support ticket)so i have delivered the recommended evidence from the previous complaint with alot of detail (The evidence you need to submit looks something like this: https://i.imgur.com/0YZRhOv.png) any response is much appreciated thanks. also the support ticket id on playerauctions is #132064 and The order ID is #3156350. cheers.
hello i finally got an email from jagex support, i responded on playerauctions with the needed evidence.
Also got provided with email and password, this was the email used to log into the account: wavestorm0@gmail.com.
this email was almost 100% the email that was used to recover the account as i had no other access to it other than logging into the game.

You need to contact the game publisher and ask for a statement via email or Twitter, where their representative tells you what happened with the game account. The incriminating statement there is "the account was reclaimed by the original owner", which points to the seller as the one who claimed the account back. Once you're able to secure that, please send it back as an attachment to ticket thread #132064.

I bought an account like 15 days ago and there were a problem with the payment according to the playerauctions. Although the money is taken from my account I got an email right after purchasing "payment is declined" I even bought the account with insurance. So I got in touch with them and they told me payment is declined and the money will be refunded. After waiting for 10 days straigh nothing happening I got in touch with them by opening a ticket. They replied to me by asking for #orderid after 2 days. Can you believe it 2 days for an information which is already on ticket. So after providing them with the #orderid which is so hard to find apperantly, now its been 4 days without a respond. This site is a joke.

I've provided evidence countless amounts of times for my refund, and yet your team is still protecting the seller because I'm unable to provide proof of the seller reclaiming the account? what does your team deem valid proof? the seller post a selfie with his playerauctions username written on his forehead showing he recovered back the account? dream on, because no one will EVER be able to provide that, and i'm going to PROVIDE you PROOF that the SAME seller who scammed me out of the account, is RE-SELLING THE SAME ACCOUNT HE JUST SCAMMED ME OUT OF, but your team is still going to find a way to protect this seller to avoid my refund. which this site should be sued and shut down. Just give me my refund because I've provided MORE than enough evidence and proof.
The same happened to me, Jagex will never supply an official statement saying that the ''original owner recovered the account'' however I have proof that the account got locked and unlocked. This should be enough proof that the original owner has control over it as only the original owner can unlock an account unless specified, however playerauctions ignores me and disputed towards favor of the seller.

I'm sorry but you will need to secure a statement from the game publisher, where they tell you what happened to the account ("this account was reclaimed by the original owner").

The seller does not need to provide evidence at this point because you were able to login to the account which means he was able to hand over the account to you.
