11th Jan 2021 morning show out delivery, but 6pm tracker show delivery unsuccessful. Was at home for the whole day, not even a single call or message . This is unacceptable, deliver staff at least to male a call when arrive delivery address. wasted my time.
This is the worst delivery service I ever face with!

Poor customer care service
Despite numerous attempt to contact the company for 2 days I have not been able to obtain an acceptable feedback on my query for a service produce call EziPos. Further details as follows:-
I bought a headset online on 22 Dec 2020. The item was delivered to EziPos warehouse in Houston, Portland US on 4 Jan 2021. Subsequently I received an email from EziPos stating the product has arrived at their warehouse and was asked to file custom clearance and shipping payment. But when I log in to my EziPos account, I couldn't find the parcel information as requested as repeatedly the systems failed to find my parcel id and also merchant tracking no. So, I went to log an online feedback and also attempted a lot of time to contact them but to no avail. I even went to their facebook page and found out that many customers are complaining the same sort of issue and very unhappy with their service and response.
I have attached some snapshot of the complaint, product tracking purchase, etc for your reference.

Desired outcome: Pos Malaysia should provide a dedicated help centre or customer contact agent for customer to call to follow up on their enquiry and also ensure their systems is working fine.

your branch personal service very poor ,a tamil lady at the pos malaysia branch falim aeon big.
The tamil lady which in charge of the branch, by looking at the branch personnel chart.she refuse to service me eventhoug i am the last customer in the premise.she is acting as though she is very busy with her work.And this is not the first time she refused to service me on paying my bills.During my previous visit to the pos malaysia falim aeonbig branch, her attitute was very bad giving me a soul face.Date and time on my present visit, 4-1-2021 and time is from 12.40pm to 12.50pm.Thank you.
Letter got damaged on delivery
My letters often got damaged in the letter box - i.e. the envelopes get torn.
This is not an isolated case, it has been happening many many times before.
I wish that the postman should be more careful in pushing the letters into the letter box.
Desired outcome: Deliver the letter undamaged.

Many times i have enquiries on this item but no solid response from poslaju. The item is urgent and needed for me.

Sikap posmen mencampakkan barang di atas kereta pelanggan
Pada 17/12/2020(khamis) anggaran pukul 2.15 petang..seorang posmen poslaju telah menelefon saya ketika itu (saya berada diluar dan tengah memandu) bagitau yang beliau ada dihadapan rumah saya.tidak sempat saya bercakap..beliau putuskan talian.Pabila sampai dirumah..saya dapati barang yang beliau hantar itu berada di atas kereta kesayangan suami saya.Suami saya marahkan saya..sebab itu barang pesanan saya.Jika ada kerosakkan(kemik/pecah) pada kereta itu..siapakah yang harus dipertanggungjawap..sedangkan saya telah sediakan bakul untuk barangan pos serta papan tanda(JANGAN LETAK BARANG DI ATAS KERETA INI) saya harap dan tidak mahu pekara ini berlaku lagi.Pekara ini berlaku di Taman Indah Seremban N.9.
Received a wrong parcel
Poslaju sent me a wrong parcel today evening. My aunt collected on behalf because I was at work. Realised it only after opening the parcel. Received few of my parcels from Poslaju since this morning. So, I opened all the parcel & I realised one of it is not mine.
Appreciate if you could solve this problem to the soonest.
EziPoz item returned to "sender"
Your EziPoz website is so bare bones in terms of item tracking that it just says out for delivery, no other information at all. It doesnt tell you or allude that you can use the EziPoz item code for poslaju track n trace. If I had known this, I would have also been made aware that your delivery rider jsut couldn't be bothered to drop off the parcel to a 24/7 Guard duty and just dropped a red card into the mail box for 7 days pickup from the pos office. But, how did this parcel not get dropped off, but another parcel from EziPoz did? Inconsistent. Now the parcel is sent back, but because its a US company, I have to talk to them, but how? No ideas given from Pos.
God forbid you spend over RM 50 for your parcel to have a tour of Malaysia before being sent back, without any effort on POS part. I understand local item local delivery, RM 1 delivery fee more or less, fine can talk to seller. RM 50 Id atleast expect an auto-generated email that the parcel you spent alot of money just to get here is ready for collection from such n such place.

A delivery guy used a slur word calling me a negotiated after delivery my items on the 7th I happened to check my pos laju tracking app to see that he called me a negro and it was recorded on the pos laju app I want to know if pos laju is built on racism and hate because I see no reason why a delivery guy will used such word on me his number 010215252981
