With due respect, this letter has been written to inform you that my father, the shipper have placed an order through Pos Laju 1 week ago. My father (Shipper) has also paid the amount through cash but still, I have got no response from your end. The box has been routed to Singapore at 02:27 PM
remarks: "Item en route to Singapore" and yet I have not received the goods. I have called several times with POS Laju Malaysia but I have got no response. What kind of service are you providing to the customers? I am waiting for my goods for the last 1 week. This sort of unprofessional behavior can result in losing your customers. This is the 8 times, I have experienced this same incident.
Please find the attached receipt of the items. Please respond to my request to refunding me the amount I have wasted on your site or track the parcel and send it to me. I hope you will take action on my complaint as soon as possible.

Delay in oversea shipment
I ask pos malaysia to return the shipment to the sender since custom cannot go through. Now I dont know what happen to my shipment since then. Been emailing to pos malaysia customer services department but no one attend.

9.9.20 - 11.9.20 - advice them to return the goods to the country origin, they reply will do so and process will take around 3 month. I noted.
19.10.20 - follow up on the current status, they replied on 4.11.20 - mentioned POS KLIA HUB closed due to Coronavirus impact of the Kaya Cluster in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and Putrajaya. Therefore, all Customs clearance process will be unavailable during this period, will check and update later.
23.11.2020 - follow up again to know the status of the shipment since its already 3 month. No one response to the email.
5.12.20 - follow up again to know the status. Now I dont what happen to the shipment - it worth thousand ringgit they better handle them nicely without any damage or loses.

Unauthorized declared value change for the international shipment
The declared value of my international shipment was doubled by POS (3000 to 6000RM) due to unknown reasons. I was shipping my personal belongings (used clothes, shoes, and cosmetics), never any goods to sell or smth.
So my mom has to pay now an enormous sum to receive the parcel!
It's apart from the high cost they charge for the express shipment.
Undelivered item
My items arrived at the destination. But for 2 days the posman did not deliver. If they find it so difficult to sent, they can call my phone to take the item myself. Instead the item was kept for 2 days. This is so inconvenient. Why must they delay the delivery. I am going to tell people NOT to use the courier. Very unreliable, very untrustworthy
Delivery never made
I'm so frustrated with Pos Malaysia service. During the MCO period since March, there were supposedly 3 deliveries from Pos Malaysia. The entire family is at home due to MCO. However, Pos Malaysia staff only drop a paper saying unable to deliver because 'Anda tiada di rumah' and requires me to collect the post from Pos Malaysia outlet which is close to 10km away.
This happens for ALL deliveries. If Pos Malaysia doesn't want to fulfill the responsibilities of deliveries, please end your service. All other deliveries for online purchase are able to be fulfilled by other companies, I can't understand why it is such a challenge for Pos Malaysia to do that.
It is an embarrassment for the country for the company to carry the 'National Courier' name with such lousy service level.
My parcel in the ezbox was not collected and not sent out for delivery

My parcel was not collected from the Ezbox @ Tesco Ampang since 18/11 until today 29/11, still status was not collected by Pos Laju staff. Why it taken so long. Call the supplier, they said the parcel already put in the EZBox for PosLaju staff to collect and despatch to me... Please taken an action. If there any problem pls let me know at [protected]. I've ordered a printer online. I even pay for the post charges. Its a printer. U know how much does it cost to post a printer? And the parcel was moving around god know why. End up in pos laju bangi. What I don't understand is that. Ive been at home never leave my house. And one fine day they updated the status could not be delivered because could not contact the person receiving the item. That's not logic at all. No calls no vans or pos laju lorries was ever round my house and you updated like that. And end up sending me a message to pickup the item myself. My husband is working all day everyday. And I have kids and a baby to take care of. And it's cmco. U expect me to there to pickup the item myself? I paid for your service pos laju! In the message they provide a number but no one picks up the phone to respond. So my printer nak jadi kan pekasam ke kat pos laju bangi tu? Please be responsible. U guys are so frustrating!

However, item is received by someone named Rita Jumadi without my knowing. And I got no information about the item after.
